Like it says, delicious healthy food. Had the salmon, roasted vegetables and cauliflower rice. My friends had the chicken. Everyone loved. Nothing fancy. Just good healthy food.

Extortion. £2 for some wet spinach, almost £8 to get that with some chicken you can definitely make better at home. It's very unclear what the prices are so you get slapped with a way bigger bill than you anticipated because of their dodgy marketing tactics. That's the main reason for 1 star. Otherwise the food is okay, probably not actually healthy for you but their store's name convinced you otherwise.

Bit of a rip off, and very misleading pricing. £2 for a handful of spinach with nothing else on it - no thanks. They even charge for a squirt of sauce which the staff sneakily suggest to you without saying it costs even more and has no pricing displayed for. Other stuff is quite tasty hence 2 stars but all in all definitely not good value for money and taking full advantage of people who want to eat healthy as there aren’t many other healthy options in the area

Definitely the brand get my attention, well designed ranges of salads to choose from, good quality food and well executed too, if you looking for an fancy healthy meal this place will be your goal, cosy staff and great location.

Ordered through deliveroo. The turkey patty (burger) had a extremely hard item within it (looked like a piece of bone) which then broke my tooth in half. I reached out to these guys on multiple occasions for an explanation and have been completely ignored - with no contact, not even an apology! Disgusting service (lack of). The rest of the food was freezing cold and bland. Stay clear of this company - not worth the money, nor the experience!

The worst experience ever we order food and they mixed meat in one tray with all the other vegetable sides despite requesting the meat should be packed separately. Despite ordering multiple qualities of each item this was all crammed into one small containing and full price charged. The customer service response was diabolical, and we would never order off this company again there a disgrace. We have also reported them to Trading Standards.

Great food and even better staff! Been going to Simple Health for a few months now and Angela, Sarah and Musa make ever trip down worthwhile - plus they even remember my order - 5 stars for the food and 6 for the staff!

I was served by the lovely Sara today. The food is always great and the service is too. Great selection of proteins, salads and vegetarian choices.

I overall enjoy this place and eat here a lot for convenience. Good enough food and friendly staff. Main gripe is their portions are wildly inconsistent, usually on the smaller side. Sometimes it feels like they are purposely putting so little on the plate you need to ask for more. I shouldnt be able to count the potatoes just from a quick glance. I also usually come later and they have plenty leftover so I imagine they throw a lot away. So please train staff to not go so light on the salads - it will keep people coming back in the long run.

Greens were bitter, chicken was cold and slightly soggy due to a thin breadcrumb, and the pesto tasted of nothing except for the faintest bit of basil. The pasta also hadn't been properly salted when cooked so didn't really taste of anything. Service was good and friendly but there food here is poor. Go to Birley's down the road and get a better, bigger salad for less.

Great food and awesome staff - simple!

The Vegan salad box was a joke as I found a live worm in my salad and had to throw away the entire food. I asked for vegan protein and received a live worm. Never will I ever return to this place as it is filthy and disgusting and not good value for money. Check your salad for worms and other disgusting extra which you did not ask for !

Stopped off at this place for a takeaway coffee on my way to an appointment with my barrister at nearby chambers. I put my very important file down while adding sugar to the coffee and, forgetting to pick up the file, left the premises and carried on along Fleet Street to my appointment.. A couple of minutes later a couple of hundred yards along Fleet Street I hear a shouting behind me “Stop, madam, you forgot something!” I turned around to see one of the two wonderful staff had run after me with the file! A few more seconds and I would have turned off onto a side street and she may never have caught me. I am greatly indebted to this lovely young lady and her colleague. To have turned up at my meeting without my notes would have been most embarrassing. Oh, and the coffee was great!

More seasoning needed, and the pesto pasta was pretty oily alongside being bland. Maybe I ordered badly but I think there are better salad bars around!

I have just had my first lunch from Simple today and I absolutely loved it. I will be going back for sure.

I was at simple health kitchen in Watling street last week. I am a too good to go customer, I walked in, I had already redeemed my voucher (my fault), I was told to go to see the manager who was rude (she shouted “I cannot do this … bla bla bla)… and to be honest I couldn’t understand what she was saying because of her English and the shouting and meanwhile I could hear the Italian girl on the background calling me different nasty names OUT LOUD in Italian ( this b… and this c…) and on top of that she was swearing out loud (swears towards god and … OUT LOUD so that all other customers could hear it). I pretended I didn’t hear that but as a customer regardless of the price we pay we are still customers. But being sworn to this way IS JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU INSULT GOD. I hope the management can check the cctv footage to check this episode. As far as I am concerned …… never again. Katia

Nowhere better for breakfast and lunch - Dario, Nina & Giovana are amazing, their customer service is the best I’ve experienced in the St Paul’s area!! Cannot recommend enough!!

Simplistic cold kitchen should be its name. They forgot 1/3 of our order and delivered it mixed up and cold. Overpriced and a waste of time. Very disappointing experience.

Waitress with northern accent and red hair needs to be trained on her customer services skills to treat all customers fairly. She also seems to be making up her own rules - was told they charge 30p for a paper bag! Last time I checked the charge was for plastic bags not paper bags! Clearly untrue as I’ve been there before and not been charged for a bag. Considering their extortionate charges they need to work on their customer services

love the new winter menu but somehow staff look very stressed and the new manager is a little rude and very loud

A long wait for undercooked, greasy, flavourless salmon and disappointing veg. They were meant to start serving lunch at 11:30, which is when I arrived, but they were not yet ready. Once they were ready to take orders, the salmon was still ready, but was due in 4 to 5 minutes. 12 minutes later, it was brought out and added to my meal, which I took hurriedly back to my desk. Imagine my disappointment to bite into flavourless, greasy (not the good kind of oily you want with salmon), that was quite undercooked. That went into the bin. The potatoes and root veg were edible once I added a very healthy dose of sriracha. The wasted time alone would put this place out of business in most business districts of the world. Combine that with bad food, and I don't know how they keep the lights on.

A friend suggested going here for lunch as it it close to where she works. The service at the counter was friendly, helpful, and efficient. There was a range of vegetarian and lean meat dishes, all of which appeared to be freshly prepared, relatively healthy, and of good quality. The ones I tried were all tasty. Considering the location of the restaurant the food does not appear to be overpriced. I would happily eat here again.

it used to be a nice quiet place with healthy food but lately the menu hasn't changed (labels do not reflect the actual calories and what's on the website), staff members change every day, outside people queue for ages (and apparently because of the new "till system"... that's the excuse apparently .. only regular customers can get away with a meal... FOR FREE)... so nooo sorry. not again

Nice staff but incredibly expensive for what it is. £7 for avocado on toast! The quality of ingredients are ok definitely not what you’d expect for such a premium price. Better off going to a supermarket or the sandwich shop across the road.

My order from Simple Health kitchen order on deliveroo. Not sure if the restaurant or deliveroo is to blame but I have never seen anything as bad as this. It looks like the delivery rider has eaten half of it and it was cooked on the streets. Disgusting. Photos attached.

Healthy fresh food served everyday by an amazing staff (specially my man Dario)

The food and concept is amazing. I am writing this review as the owner needs to know what is going on. Your staff will ruin your business. I arrived at 10.55 and the staff had already packed away most of the breakfast food. When I pointed out it was not yet 11am I was dealt with very rudely. Rather than attempt to make something out of the ingredients on display I was told they would not do it. I persisted and was made a disgusting omelet out of ham and broccoli which they had the audacity to charge for. The manager and another member of staff offered no apology and were very rude to me. I then ate the omelet and in ten minutes I saw your staff turn away two customers. On another occasion I have seen the manager shrieking and carrying on in the store. If I was you I would send a mystery shopper to check what is going on. I’m quite shocked at what I have seen today.

One of the best places in the area where to buy a work lunch. The quality is excellent, the price is very reasonable and you have a lot of choice. The staff is very kind too. Strongly suggested!

Perfect when you don’t want to get bloated with fast food yet need something substantial still! A good range but a bit difficult for those who like their food a bit more plain I.E: a domestic salad. Staff were welcoming too!

Good choices of healthy salads and meats. One of my regular eateries for lunch on the go. For one main and two sides the £6.90 price tag is definitely worth it.

I cannot fault the food as I thought it tasted quite nice (Thai curry) but somewhat expensive for a modest portion size costing £9 for lunch considering there are many lunch venues in close proximity. That being said, I would go here again but would not be my first choice and would go sparingly as it is overly expensive for what you get
