Cuter from the outside… walked in and had high hopes but after waiting 10 min for 2 oat milk mochas, it wasn’t busy, we were extremely disappointed. Coffee was cold and , in my opinion, not very tasty. I’m not picky with coffee so I think it’s difficult to mess up but cold coffee is never good unless served on ice.

Great coffee shop. Fast service. Brownie was amazing. Good atmosphere. Everything you want from a coffee shop.

Coffee is really nasty. I drink coffee every week somewhere, but this is really not good coffee. Never go back.

Good location, lousy service today... 10mins waiting for hot milk to accompany my friend's tea, my latte was lukewarm... Just one tatty toilet, no soap to dispenser... Wouldn't go back...

Busy specialty coffee shop in London. That didn’t affect the quality of the coffee though! I had ordered a long black. Barista put in milk when I only asked for it black. They remade the drink with no fuss. Overall, great experience

Very cool atmosphere. Unisex bathrooms in poor condition. And the coffee was very bad for my taste, totally bitter. I ordered a mocha coffee and they still put 3 sachets of sweetener in there, no way to drink it.

They don't have fresh croissants even though I saw them this morning

A very good place to have a hot chocolate or a coffee on a cold day, perhaps to read a book. Cozy and pleasant atmosphere, easily accessible.

First two cups of coffee were luke warm. Asked for replacements and these were not properly hot. Disappointing experience, staff should know how to make a decent cup of coffee.

Nice the Coffee is delivered to the table but our hot Latte coffee was just warm and the pain au chocolat was all bread and no chocolate. Personally I will not come back again. Coffee is nice taste but that's the only good thing.

We had coffee, hot chocolate and flap jacks - everything was perfect. Will definitely be going back. Staff were friendly and delivered our drinks to our table. Lovely place certainly worth a visit

Ordered a scone with whipped cream but didn't get any cream. When asked, I was informed that they've just run out... Why didn't you inform me before I paid? I wouldn't buy a dry scone. + I paid extra for an add-on that wasn't even provided...

nice coffee but pastries were disappointing. replaced my flapjack with a brownie but both very dry. Didnt finish it. The benches were very uncomfortable had to sit on my coat as my leg had gone numb. Needs repadding or replacing completely. Toilet was filthy. Bins full. Tissue papers all over the floor. Hadnt been check in ages. Pity place used to be nice.

One of the few coffee places that serves cortado.

This was once an excellent coffee shop, but sadly it's deteriorated. Drinks, whether staying in or takeaway, are now all served in paper cups even though the proper cups are highly visible. I asked for a simple Americano and waited over 20 mins dorit; asking twice didn't help. It's such a shame this place has gone downhill and I won't be visiting again

Fantastic coffee and great service, it is no wonder that this coffee chain is expanding so fast. The coffee is great quality and always worth stopping for a coffee here when passing by. Staff are friendly and it has a nice atmosphere. They seem to take their coffee very seriously here .They have an app that you can also pre-prder and there is good discounts when you sign up, so that is a useful tip.

Coffee is very good but the cafe itself is not great.In the summer perhaps it might be more pleasant but on a cold day it is not a nice place to be -it felt really cold inside.Several customers were sitting with their coats on.After reading some reviews claiming the place serves great croissants I was looking forward to my breakfast there but the only croissants available were with ham and cheese.No plain ones on offer and not many other options.Overall a slightly disappointing experience(despite the coffee itself being very good).

I like the scone, that was really good. 5/5 Coffee (Cappuccino) was good and well prepared 4/5 Service also good. I did not like the raisin swirl, it tasted boring. Overall worth a stop if it‘s on the way :)

I used to go here 2-3 times each week and it was great: smiling, friendly service, good quality products, no wait time. Sometime earlier this month all the regular staff left. The new staff haven’t got a clue. I really don’t think they have had any training at all. Now there are generally 3 members of staff; used to be 5. There is always a queue to place your order. There are no longer any smiling staff. They have no idea about doing simple things like toasted croissants - they are either not toasted at all (cold) or burnt. I pointed this out on 3 separate occasions and got the response each time “not my fault, it’s the machine”. Well, the machine worked fine previously. Then once you order coffee, you wait at the other end for more than 10 minutes with the 10+ other people waiting. The place is now a disaster. It’s Pret now on for me.

Great coffee with friendly service. There is space for about 25 people to sit in. The turnover is pretty quick so usually has space to sit If sitting in, they will bring your order to you in proper cups and plates. There is not much room for bulky luggage or prams though.

Didn't eat but often grab a coffee there and it's a good stop along Piccadilly with a good food selection, nice people, great coffee.

Regular @ this branch since its opening, but won’t be returning NO MORE! the service has gone down HILL. Not expecting a Michelin star attention here , however, some staffs r just Rude Rude Rude!!!

A Bijou coffee shop with seating outside too. Lovely long black coffee. Packed with flavour. Cake nice too and has toilets for customers.

The coffee was superb! A nice place for a relax whilst being in Piccadilly. Went with the family which was not great due to the limited space. Took a pushchair in and it was not practical. Toilets were very small and not clean. Long wait and not ideal with children.

Great place to grab a cup of iced coffee on the go. Staff are friendly enough. However, there’s not always space available if you’re looking for a space to sit during peak times.

Drip coffee ( pour over ) is very bad ..i think it old or cheap coffee beans. I couldn't drink it. Orange cake is delicious and different

Ordered a hot chocolate they would only accept card not only that the cup is a small for a medium and the drink taste horrible for the price i paid for it dont taste like good hot chocolate

A place that has turned into a factory for the production of drinks with staff who absolutely do not care about the final result and the quality of the drinks, since there are a lot of people. Complete indifference of the staff to the preparation of drinks and feedback from guests. I'll never come back again

Projects an air of professionalism and proficiency that’s soon dissipated by the coffee which ( on the day ) was markedly bitter and tepid. The usual array of “lite bites” albeit satisfactory hardly tempted extraordinary nor reanimated the obvious. The service was industry efficient and perfunctory: the way I prefer it. Remarkably average despite appearance.

Stopped in for a weekday late breakfast. Great service, good coffee and tasty food. Cheese and tomato toasted croissant, and a sausage and egg muffin - yum!

Visiting from NYC, it did the job for quick breakfast pick up. There does seem to be some confusion during the rush periods but I got everything I ordered and, thus, no complaints.

We have searched many of the tourists trap coffee shops and not found a decent coffee… … until, that is, we found Gentlemen Baristas! Located adjacent to the Ritz they specialise in excellent coffee, including the classic Kiwi Long Black. The coffee was an excellent blend and it hadn’t been over roasted.

Love the team, the coffee, the treats. Always a great vibe and the friendliest service.

I had an espresso. Very friendly lovely person who took the order. What a pleasure. The coffee was somewhat sour. I felt it lacked richness. In all fairness , I didn't try anything else. Maybe their food or other drinks are better. The ambience and location is lovely. An update: I came back after a few days and this time had an Americano and a fruit scone. Brilliant! Completely loved it. I love this place . A must visit 😍

I ordered a coffee and tea, paid and the. Went to collect my order. When I got to the collection point I was told they had run out of breakfast tea ! I asked for a refund which they took about 10 minutes trying to do and then told Me it would be back on my card… it has not been refunded to me and I’m really annoyed. Very badly run and organised. Won’t be going back ! Far better places down the road

This is a lovely little coffee shop. There were a lot of different types on offer. There were also a lot of different eats available that were very tasty.

I have been to this venue a few times and have had a similar experience each time. Some staff seem to be new and haven't received proper training and don't seem to know where items like extra sweetener or napkins are. The toilets are dirty and don't seem to be cleaned or replenished. The benches are very uncomfortable and have a missing bit in the area that is covered with material. With so much competition, the offering could be a lot better.

Das war der (für unseren Geschmack) mit Abstand schlechteste Espresso, den wir jemals hatten - der Kaffee hatte so viel Säure, dass wir ihn als ungenießbar einstufen mussten. Ähnlich lief es mit dem Latte Macciato, der nur mit viel, viel Zucker wenigstens zur Hälfte getrunken werden konnte. Nicht noch einmal.

Bad service turned good. First time visit 18months ago. Terrible service, rude staff. Wrote an email to let them know and they really proved themselves by apologizing and offering free drinks and cake for me and a friend. Upon my return we were treated excellently with great coffee and amazing cake.

A sweet place to have a coffee break! Coffee is aromatic, delicious and served in beautiful blue cups. The cafe is perfectly located and the atmosphere is lovely.

For a place in this location with a staff that wants to come across as tolerant and progressive (I'm looking at you, pink-haired guy), You guys can be quite rude to paying customers who may have their own things, like being on the spectrum or having autism. A small reminder, if needed: no one is forcing you to work in customer contact, and you are literally paid to behave professionally towards every customer.

The best oat latte I’ve had on our Europe trip. The lines moves fairly quickly, seating can be hard to find. There’s only one restroom stall and it’s very small, relatively clean. There’s a few outdoor seating too.

Great food, we had the egg souffle brioche and the roast ham sandwich, as well as espresso and iced coffee and the pistachio orange cake. The cake was a bit too sweet, but the sandwiches were great. And they have an amazing selection otherwise and a nice atmosphere and friendly staff.

Nice location and a very nicely prepared cappuccino make this an easy recommendation for me. On one of the most famous roads in London and as it's heading down to the probably the busiest tourist area around, this place can get very busy, but does seem to have just about enough seats. You may have to wait in line though so be prepared. Only one toilet, which is a little disappointing. Apart from that... highly recommended.

Loved the flat white. Cool horse drawn on it as well 😄. The cookie bit sweet for my taste. You can charge your phone inside as well , friendly staff , free water

Had my breakfast here since it opened and it has gradually gone down hill as the prices have gone up. First they withdrew proper plates and cups using the excuse the dishwasher was broken. They now use single use plastic plates and cups permanently. This morning I was advised they have withdrawn table service.

They still don’t take cash. Really a shame.

I really love GB- quality variety of beans and excellent v60 pour over. The staff actually know about coffee and you always get a great latte or flat white from someone who knows how to steam milk without burning it.

Coffee is horrible . Made it twice for me , think milk off .. cake slice was good though . Would I go again , nope

Place with no toilets. We have come to take 4 coffees and the place has no toilets. Well they have a perfectly made sign with a out of order on it. It is required to have a toilet when you give food and drinks and people are sitting. This has happened before that for not cleaning services they just add a "out of order". I cannot understand why if you must provide by law toilets there is no one fixing them. Also is ironic that they suggest you go to the park to go for toilets, is the staff also going to the park for toilets? I don't think so. This is not good for this coffee when the quality was good but this makes us think why you should go there if they don't give facilities?

Good location but toilet out of order. I bet that staff can use it but not the customers so they don’t have to clean it. It is a legal requirement to have an operative toilet.

Coffee was good. Croissants looked great but were very dry, had to throw them out !
