Always friendly, always efficient and welcoming. Clean. Go every morning before work and would not choose anywhere else!

Nice Costa. Could have milk free food, but that is probably a problem with all Costas

My co-workers and I entered a Costa coffee shop with the intention of purchasing a refreshing drink. Unfortunately, the lady who attended to us displayed a rather impolite demeanour. While she was multitasking, serving another customer while taking our order, her attempt to be efficient resulted in her getting our order wrong. One of my colleagues received her drink, only to realize that it was the incorrect size. Despite requesting a medium-sized drink, she was given a small one instead. When my colleague kindly pointed out the mistake to the lady who served us, she replied in a dismissive tone, stating, "You asked for a small, and that's what I charged you for." Instead of offering an apology, the lady's response was not only rude but also showed no willingness to rectify the situation. Furthermore, she added, "If you had wanted a medium, I would have charged you accordingly." In addition to the previous incident, I should mention that the lady serving us went further and accused my colleague of being mistaken about her initial order. Despite my colleague's clear recollection of asking for a medium-sized drink, the lady adamantly insisted that my colleague had requested a small drink and was at fault. This accusation only escalated the tension and left my colleague feeling frustrated and unheard.

Google says 24 hrs open i turn up there at 07:00 am it was all closed on Saturday which was ridiculous but i had a good morning walk though! I felt healthy

Horrible staff experience. I visited this costa with my pregnant friend and we're regular Costa customers. We intended to buy a costa flask, get a drink in it and use the toilet. So as we got in my friend who is pregnant went ahead to use the toilet and after she came back we looked at the flask collection and asked a member of staff for a blue coloured one. He said it was out of stock and we didn't like any other colours so we decided to not get our drink. Just as we we were leaving he called us from back asking, "Are you not buying any drink? I know people like you." This really triggered us and we had an argument there, yet he did not apologise to us but another kind member of staff came in and apologised on behalf of him.

Costa was open when Pret turned me away! Great staff at this branch, nice layout and plenty of comfortable seating.

Friendly staff, clean and nice atmosphere

One of the quieter Costas which is always appreciated in busy London!

Lovely place staff are friendly and very helpful and the service is excellent.

This is my favourite Costa in the city because it has seating that isn't permanently full of businessmen or people preparing for job interviews. Staff actually say hello like they mean it too, which is unusual for this area. Highly recommend but also don't bother because if you do I'll never get a seat again. But do go, it's great.

First time in this Costa, staff were very friendly.

Calm and organised, great coffee and good place to sit and get some work done (when its not breakfast/lunch rush). A young lady by the name of 'Carlotta'(might have spelt it wrong) is very kind, service always with a smile and remembers her customers.

Quality has gone down drastically since the staff has changed. Bought a wholemeal porridge. The first one blew up in the microwave so I was asked to hand them another one. That one was undercooked, so I got it cold. Wouldn't recommend

A pronto Costa, so even quicker service, no seats take away only, but the usual food selections to go with your brew. Very convenient

Really nice Costa in Liverpool Street. Great prices, great coffee, fantastic staff etc. This is the place to stop for coffee when in Liverpool Street area.
