One of mu favourite places for East Asian desserts. This little gem has been around for years. The owner is very friendly. There’s just so much to choose from. The new durian pudding ice cream is nice and creamy. Would recommend it for durian lovers. The taro hot tea is tasty, would a try.

Went here with my boyfriend and ordered noodles for each of us followed by dessert. Desserts honestly tasted really good and would definitely want to try again!! However, I got the WORST food poisoning ever that night and even after 5 minutes of leaving I wanted to throw up. Also, I've been reading the reviews and saw people saying how they were being charged for TAP WATER? IM SORRY WHAT?? Like I'm not sure if that's legal or illegal I can't find a solid answer online but that's still kind of outrageous. Especially when the drinks they do offer can be pretty expensive anyway! Honestly such a shame :( the desserts looked so pretty but I don't wanna go back and get sick again

The service provided was terrible. We were shown to a table for four of us and given menus. Only two of us wanted to order something so the issue came when we tried to order. We ordered 2 items and were then informed that each person, except children, had to order at least one item. As we had 2 children with is we pointed out that we had each ordered an item. The menus were then rudely snatched from my hand. About 10 minutes later another member of staff came over to question us about the ages of our children and explained the rule about children was only for those under the age of 12, so they asked us to order more items. At this point as we didn't want to order food we had no intention of eating we decided to leave. It seemed a strange way to run a business and treat customers. Be wary of the rule about having to order an item per person if you visit this place.

We got two crepes, a drink and a another kind of dessert, the food was great and the servers were very available but every other aspect is honestly quite awful and feels like a scam which is honestly a pity. First of all they CHARGE 50p FOR TAP WATER claiming it’s needed for “cleaning fees” and there’s a policy of at least one dish per person even though some of the things we had planned to order were not available, they also asked if we wanted ice cream or whipped cream on the desserts without mentioning the extra charges. Sorry for the pictures of half eaten food, was not initially planning on leaving a review.

Honestly my favourite go to dessert place. I went here several times with friends and family and will be eating here again. There’s lots of options to choose from but the only thing is that there’s a minimum of one order for each person so if your dining for 2, each person has to order something which is understandable but the portion size is quite large so if you can’t eat a lot and get full then it wouldn’t be such a great idea to come here unless your going with someone who can help you out.

Superb menu with some really refreshing items! I had a smoothie and members of my family had deserts. Across the table there are good ratings! The deserts even had star shaped fruit. (A quick edit to say that the size of drinks and deserts are well worth the price!) My brother had the spring rolls and they where good, a little crisp for my liking but everyone has their own opinion and preferences. I'd recommend coming here if it's a hot day, the seats are comfortable and the staff are very kind. If I had one gripe from my experience it would be the amount of reserved tables and the fact you can only stay for 45 minutes.

Initially, seemed cute and quiet. There was a sudden change in atmosphere when the most uncharismatic server comes out, he had no manners and even less personality. We were seated, but later told that you have to order one item per person. Traveling as a family of four, this was insane, especially considering their baby-sized portions ranged from £6-10 per item. The cafe was dead, so we asked if this rule was in place, and the relentless awkward robot that they called a server said that it was. We asked why this was, as the restaurant was dead and they were turning down our money, and they stated that there was no service charge. The logic of this business and the server was truly shown in this moment. A standard tip is around 15-20%, so how does making my family buy three extra items make any sense? It felt like being in North Korea!!

It was the fact that we were already by the door and she had to say it loud for us to hear.. maybe there could be a system in place so staff can keep track of which customer has paid or not?

Not the biggest fan of the service as well as how we were told that if we wanted to eat each person would have to order, like we just had lunch and the proportions were pretty big me and my friends had to share but the server said it was not possible and was forced to do take out, this was even weirder as she put our desserts in cups instead of a bowl or normal container and the plastic top was impossible to open with the flat wooden spoon that were impossible to scoop with.

Walked past this place on a day out. It looked hidden very unique so me and my partner went to try this. If you don’t like rules then this place is not for you. You have to order 1 item per person.…..we decided to order, “‘Mango Lover” and “Matcha Azuki” We were greeted with 2 small baby portions. I went from a mango lover to a hater, the dessert was barely cold, mango tasted funky and it had barely any shaved ice, had to dig my way through warm bubbles. The matcha ice cream was okay but everything else was bitter so I couldn’t finish it. Make sure to not eat a lot of food if you plan on going to this place for dessert, especially if you're in a pair or group. Go to Meet Fresh because there will be less rules and you will actually be a Mango Lover.

We also ordered the taiwanese bubble tea, which to their credit was delicious except for a few of their bubbles that were totally uncooked and were hard as rocks. I understand that at peak time it is hard to keep up with the demand but serving hard rock bubbles is just unacceptable. We also got mango lover and lychee tea which were great. So overall, i would say great food but only visit them when they are not as busy because they can’t seem to keep up their standards then.

The selection of desserts is simplistic by hits the spot. There are a number of options to choose from which allows everyone to make their own. This small stop by gives one the opportunity to enjoy a small treat in the heart Soho, China Town. Stationed on the first floor, this vicinity encourages those to quickly pick, eat, enjoy and leave as the wait and fluctuation of customers is unreal during peak hours. If you like Asian desserts, and are in town, I would recommend a short stop by to taste the sweet refreshing delights.

We visited this dessert café for the 1st time, the menu looked really good, with a lot of choices, we were really looking forward to having some yummy dessert as it was such a hot day and we have just had really nice lunch. The service was slow, we were sitting there for quite a while with no one coming to take our orders, finally someone came after they have finished serving the desserts to the table next to us. There were 3 of us, after looking through the menu, we decided to order 2 desserts but then the waitress advised that we must each order at least an item from the menu, this was ridiculous as this is not an eat as much as you can menu where you are worried that some unpaid person will take extra food, why must we order an item each even when we don't fancy having a dessert or a drink? Why can't we share? As not to spoil a nice family outing, we then ordered an additional dessert, but then the dessert was not what was described or at least expected, the ice cream desserts looked nice but apart from the ice cream, they were not very nice, full of ice and just sweetness with not much taste, the additional dessert red bean soup was a complete disappointment, we don't normally leave without finishing our dessert but we just couldn't finish it, we all tried to have the dessert but it was so bad that we really couldn't manage to finish it. This experience had definitely spoilt our otherwise really nice outing as this was the last place we visited before heading home.

Visited after seeing it on Tiktok. Lovely friendly service, delicious bubble tea and some K-pop in the background. My 11 yr old absolutely loved it.

I'm so glad to have found this cosy cafe for dessert, as it can be quite easy to miss. We ordered: -Mango sweet soup with peanut mochi dumplings - a nice subtle taste of mango, which was slightly sweet with real mango chunks inside. The peanut mochi dumplings were also very tasty. -Strawberry and chocolate waffle was hot and crispy, which was complimented well with the strawberry, chocolate sauce and ice cream. They have a large variety of desserts and bubble tea. All portions were a good size and was decently priced. It did take a while to order, as the staff seemed quite busy but they were friendly and helpful. It is definitely a casual place to hangout with some good desserts. Highly recommend.

We stopped by here for Mango and Pomelo desserts and coffees. Our desserts and drinks were very good. The Kpop playing on the screens was good and trendy, even for my old ears! :) The price was very good for the area. I would revisit to try more of the menu.

Lovely little place. Good boba tea! I am a KPOP fan and it was nice that their were K-POP music videos playing in the cafe whilst I was enjoying my boba tea. I would recommend the strawberry milk with strawberry popping, my partner had mango green tea with passion fruit boba. I can’t wait to go back again. Staff friendly.

A little hard to spot due to it being upstairs but it was the most adorable cafe! I went twice in one day-the bubble tea was delicious, staff were friendly and I recommend the red bean dumplings! Had loads of fun and the free wifi was a nice bonus-enjoyed watching the music videos playing on the tv too! 10/10

I went to Pavilion Road to meet a girlfriend for coffee, a love sunny day so a lot of places were busy, however all of the outside tables at Ottolenghi were free. I went in and ordered two coffees from a rather surly and indifferent girl and said we’d be outside, we were then approached by a somewhat officious waitress who said you had to pay a service charge to sit at the outside tables, bearing in mind this was 10h30 and didn’t want to eat, plus all the tables were empty. She rattled on making no sense at all by which time our coffees arrived. She had by then disappeared, so we drank our insipid and tepid coffees and cleared off a few doors down to the more welcoming Bread Ahead. Come on Ottolonghi, treating locals with contempt? You’re not a Michelin starred restaurant but a deli, stop sitting on your laurels and sort out your appalling staff!

I've come here a couple of times. Very good place to eat and drink. My soya chai latte was amazing. My sister had orange juice there.

Very helpful and very educated in whiskey. Tasted some new Irish and Scotch Whiskey, sampled a bourbon I was curious about, and bought a whiskey that came recommended. Met some lovely people. A fantastic little place to sample some of the best whiskey from around the world.

Nice and reasonably priced, like all Wetherspoon pubs. The food isn't great, but it's okay for the price. You can also order and pay via the app and everything will then be brought to the table
