Cafe Nero in City of London, Westminster

Me gustan las tostadas de champiñones y mascarpone de Caffè Nero. La sucursal para llevar que visitamos en la estación de Paddington tenía un personal amable y un servicio eficiente. Parecía haber una buena selección de opciones frías y calientes. Toastie era muy bueno!

Firstly Caffe Nero is my hands down favourite of the Big Four coffe chains, and this branch is 100% undoubtedly the best of the bunch! The staff are super polite and anticipate all my needs and more, going above the call of duty, every time. It has become like a second home when I am in central London. Perfect for hot-desking, business meetings, a quick bite, a lazy lunch or just relaxing Very impressed with the atmosphere and music as well which makes for an all round excellent experience. And lastly as a solo customer I feel like my possessions are 100% safe when I go outside for a phonecall or to the toilet. Ten out of ten!

The women who was working last night on the 22nd march was so rude and had a dirty look on her face the whole time was not nice at all. Waited nearly 20 minutes for a croissant to be warmed up, and she hadn’t even put it in the toaster and still serving other customers. We did tell her we was in a rush and she just looked at us like we were idiots.

Ordered tea, not difficult, came with a seemingly pint of milk and undrinkable. Waste of money, I would avoid

After a long journey to London, on a hot day - my sister and I fancied an iced coffee before we carried on to the underground. I ordered their advertised iced latte with coconut and caramel, but just with oat milk rather than dairy milk. The server was busy, but it was very fast service. So when we took our drinks and walked off - on tasting them as we got to the underground, I realised the coconut and caramel iced latte I ordered, had no coconut or caramel in it! So a hefty £4.15 price tag for a simple iced coffee. Service really wasn’t great. I understand it’s a busy place, but it’s not an excuse to forget small details.

Had to wait until baristas finish to discuss some girl, not only did wrong coffee but forgot to add any napkins. Maybe a little bit of client attention would help.
