Starbucks in City of London, Westminster

Staff blocked main seating area 2 hours prior to closing time. Pushing all customers into a few corner seats. Here is the view 92 mins prior to closing. So staff can leave at 7 pm sharp. Two stars for friendly service.

Jeremy's served me to day out standing drinks maker which I really enjoyed he should be promoted many thanks.

Fue lo suficientemente agradable No tengo ninguna queja. El lugar es un poco pequeño, por lo que no es realmente adecuado para compromisos largos, pero está bien para una bebida rápida mientras se espera a alguien.

I love Starbucks. Part of the reason is their consistency and their willingness to customize orders. So, I was very upset when, on a recent visit, I ordered a coconut cappuccino for myself, and asked the barista to put a bit of the coconut milk into a small cup for my child. "Like a babyccino?", she asked? Yes, I replied. After we'd had our drinks, I asked for a top-up on the babyccino, reminding her that it was made with coconut milk. She told me that babyccinos can only be made with dairy milk, and had made ours with dairy. I completely understand if Starbucks in the UK only makes babyccinos with dairy milk, but it would have been good to know that before giving me dairy instead of nondairy! When I brought this up, she argued with me saying that babyccinos are always this way and that I should have know. (Note: in other countries, they can be made with non-dairy. Also, at a Starbucks near St. Paul's, we had one made with coconut milk just days before.) My child does not have a serious dairy allergy, so we were ok. However, many children are extremely sensitive to dairy, and I was shocked that a Starbucks employee would be so careless (and unapologetic) about this.

Stopped for a coffee and update emails as they have free internet. Very friendly staff. Great location to all transport.

We dont love Starbucks coffee but like where they are- grabbed our emails- booked a few shows- and the lattes were fine. Very quick and easy and nice vibe.

Its always a good idea to have a Starbucks as a break.. The Christmas Flavours were so super and tasty.. Sweets and cakes are always wonderful.. The outside seat are so amazing by the canal

This starbucks is located in Sheldon Square beside the canal and near Paddington Station which is very handy. I had a good coffee and a comfortable arm chair ner the window, looking at the canal and the world going by.

We were staying in a hotel nearby and when we came back from our daily excursions around London we stopped in the afternoon for coffee and cake.

Lovely location outside Paddington by grand Union canal - limited seating but filthy soiled toilet - won't be returning

I had 20 minutes to spare, so I looked up for a Starbucks while down by the regents canal. There was one person serving and another one who kept disappearing. I ordered a hot chocolate. I noticed it was not not very full as he was squirting cream in, but thought it is the weekend, hold off an argument. When I drank it, the drink was Luke warm. I tried another gulp just to double check. I took it back to the counter to the same man who made it the first time. Now, I am not sure but I think he took exception, but he appeared upset, took my drink threw it away and start to fill up a smaller cup than the one I had given him!!! So I asked him was he was up to, I was informed, well you have drunk some. My retort was, yes I did and it was cold like I told you. It was also 3/4 qtrs full before you squirted cream in it. The cream has melted, hence the level is around where it was at the beginning. So, you need to give me a full original sized one. He was not happy and he needs to be more professional. I also told him, if I had wanted two different sized drinks I would buy them and it was not up to him to make the decision. Not a good place.

This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been too. I've been using daily since July when our offices moved to Sheldon Sq. Not a day passes when the staff do not smile and greet you warmly and genuinely. Also very organized, when there are twenty odd people in the queue they keep so calm and orderly... super team work! Bravo Starbucks :-)

I always had breakfast at Starbucks during my short visit in London. I love the warm atmosphere there is in every Starbucks coffee and I like either sweet food/beverage or salt dish. <3 Everyone must experience it at least once in a life's time.

It was sweltering and I needed to cool down. Not just a cold drink but a pleasantly cold cafe. The way they grind up the ice without it breaking down is so much better than Costa where we had been earlier in the day.

The frappacchino tastes the same as the USA locations. The pastries were different as they had British pies such as meat pies.
