We went for Wednesday wings, it was great! Sonny was super friendly and gave us a great recommendation, the cauliflower wings in dragon spice were a winner

Beautiful spot for a good night out. Table easily provided, drinks ice cold and helpful service from our fantastic wait staff Sonny. To top it off my daughter won 'paper, scissors, rock' and a free dessert. Music selection 👌 Point to add although busy and a wee wait for food. The toilets were clean and pretty.

Vi besökte BrewDog för ölens skull, men samtidigt ville vi ha något att äta. Vi hade varit på gång hela dagen så det var skönt att få sitta ner, trots att det var lite stökigt med ungdomar som spelade något spel och blev lite högljudda. Vi beställde varsin hamburgare och den smakade riktigt gott. Vi provade lite ölsorter också och satt kvar en stund. Ett trevligt besök.

My burger was only just warm inside. I asked for a replacement (hot) one. Staff member apologised, saying the food should be hot, and he'll make sure I get another. Burger #2 arrived 10 minutes later. Exactly same problem as burger #1. I went to the bar and asked if it was company policy not to heat the food fully... he said it wasn't. I said I'd give up now - real shame, as the taste of the food was very good. My money was refunded, and I took the offer of a free drink. We often have a problem in the UK when it comes to serving hot food.

Visited on a Friday evening to Brewdog Paddington. To date it’s the 11th different Brewdog bar I’ve been to and the 1st time I’ve been to this one. Drinks are as you expect however the bar staff are slow and uninterested. I watched my food sit at the counter ready for 15mins with the kitchen staff furiously ringing the bell… 2 of the bar staff chatted away for that time instead. I had to resort to letting them know once they finished their conversation if I could have my order. No apologies or any change in behaviour, just food dumped on the table and walked off. The male server with the ponytail then continued to stare at me afterwards. I have a brewdog tattoo and receive 20% discount. However he made me show it everytime I went to the bar - “it’s still there mate, don’t worry” Food wasn’t the greatest, and parts of the sharing platter looked like it had been chewed by a dog first. Probably the worst Brewdog I’ve been to.

I ordered the 'CLUCKY THIS TIME' vegan version of 'CLUCK NORRIS.' I showed and told them twice not to confuse it with the non-vegan option, but after half an hour, I received the chicken version of 'CLUCK NORRIS.' I requested the vegan version again, but the staff came and told me they had received the wrong order after another half an hour, and he said he would correct it once more. The worst thing is that they got it wrong for the third time. I don't understand how they got it wrong three times. I had to wait 1.5 hours to get my food, and the burger tasted really awful. This was a terrible situation, especially for me as a diabetic. I will never go to this place again.

My belongings were stolen within the premises of this very pub in daylight, so this is not the safest place to drink or dine: as stated by the staff "the thefts are increasing in this area" The thieves are aware of the lack of adequate viewing angles of the CCTV and therefore take advantage of this particular bars location.

The location is excellent but there were a number of issues. The most significant one is that they do not give you a full pint when you order one of their pricey beers. We were a group of five and all our glasses arrived only 4/5 full which is not ok, especially not if you share these kind of prices. Then they told us that to be allowed to remain outside, we would have to order a ‘substantial’ meal because of council licensing regulations. We ordered some burgers which were ok but the fried were not great but what really shocked us was that nobody at the other tables ordered food so it seems like an upselling technique. Weird place.

Made us pay for our order up front, like McDonald's, instead of a proper restaurant. Must have had a lot of people refuse to pay for their crappy food when they saw it. Ordered the 'Feast' appetizer for 2. Came to the table with 3 chicken wings and 1 chicken strip cut in half. For 2. Could have ordered the double wings with 2 sides for $2 more. Not good food.

Excellent, as always. Great innovative beers. BrewDog is I think a troubled ship - but the beers are amazing. The company has some difficult Qs to answer, and their HQ has not done that well. Hope that maybe they can treat their people as well as they do the beer.

Was asked to order off the QR code on the table. Waited 20 minutes for a drink and 40 minutes for food. The food was cold and ordinary, we asked for no coriander on the burger and it came anyway. The server just shrugged as though bad luck. The chicken burger was hard to bite into and ripped the roof off my mouth. Definitely would never be back

Food was nice. Good place for a quick bite or if you are going out. Service was good and quick. I actually enjoyed it but a very limited range of food.

Terrible. DO NOT eat here if you are vegetarian. Went on a Monday as it offers 2-4-1 on vegetarian and vegan mains. Unfortunately I was served a chicken burger and realised half way through. I got an apology (and money back) but that doesn’t really cut it after being vegetarian for over 30 years. Brewdog operate lip service, everything thing they say sounds great but is consistently the opposite. Avoid, avoid, avoid. There are many amazing places in Paddington basin, please choose anything else.

Very disappointing experience at Brewdog. Inexcusable mess up with the order. All food was genuinely cold and after waiting for 15 minutes between one item coming and the other one it turned out to be meat after ordering a vegan burger. A brand that pays lip service to its supposed values. Waste of time and money. I would have had a better time at Wetherspoons. At least you know what you’re getting and they don’t pretend to be something they clearly don’t care about in reality.

The most unfriendly, and unhappy staff ever seen in a pub. Very unhappy bartender, and very unhappy waitress. A couple was eating in a table and they were expelled from it because they just got a new reservation

Went to visit Brewdog after a day in Paddington. It was a Friday night and extremely busy. Many, many tables were reserved but not been used (they’re ere still reserved 30 minutes after their reserve time started) we walked around with our drinks and finally got a table outside seconds after a couple had finished their drinks and went off. We were then told by a waiter that we had to order food to sit outside. We said we were going to order food on the app, a lot wasn’t available due to people ordering the cheapest thing just to ensure they could remain sat outside. We then sat by the water but were told we couldn’t drink with our glasses there as people had thrown them in the water and smashed glass everywhere in the past. The waiter agreed to let us finish our drink sat on the edge of the water, which we really appreciated. I really liked Brewdog, but would suggest a policy that if you don’t arrive 10 minutes after your table reservation started, you lose your reservation. There was 6 tables reserved and all of them were empty, past their reservation time! Thank you Brewdog!

Literally the worst service and staff attitude I’ve ever experienced. Waited 45 minutes for 3 scoops of ice cream which never came. When we asked for a refund it suddenly appeared like it had been scooped with hands into a bowl. The manageress didn’t bother to come to us until it was all done offering us beer to take away as compensation!!!! Honestly service doesn’t get much worse than this. And staff just kept saying it’s coming!!

Visited here a few times now. We ordered the loaded chips, a white wine, and a flight of the IPA ales. We were served by Richard, who was super polite, and helpful. We would recommend a visit here and get an outside table, for Great views of the Paddington canal basin. 5 stars. 💥💥💥💥💥

Good little bar this with a good outdoor area. It was quiet so not much atmosphere but the beer was good and we spent some time there. The staff weren’t overly helpful here to be honest which was a shame. Still recommend.
