I’ve never been to Pergola before and was super excited for our first visit. On arrival the vibe was promising with great music and a bongo player and Saxophonist. We were seated by a lovely girl who was on her first shift working at Pergola. She took our drinks orders which was fine but 35/40 minutes later we were still waiting. Not sure why it took so long considering it was just a vodka,lemonade & lime and a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. We then had to chase 3 different members of staff. When the drinks finally came over they gave us the bottle of wine as it was. No wine cooler which I find astonishing considering we were paying £48 for a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. The manager did apologise and brought some cocktails over but it seemed that most tables were complaining and had the same cocktails on their table. We ordered food which came out reasonably fast. Most of it was fine but the mac & cheese was basically dry pasta with some cheese on. We then ordered more drinks (same order as the first) and shock the same thing happened we waited absolutely ages and then when they eventually turned up we were told we needed to vacate the table. We asked for the bill and 20 minutes later we are still sat there waiting for it. We went to the bar with our drinks as the lady said we could wait there. No one came and it was only when we got sick of waiting and wanted to leave and asked the waitress about our bill she looked confused and clearly hadn’t even remembered. She then got her manager who finally gave us the bill. It was an absolutely shocking visit and so disappointing. It’s not a cheap place and considering how much we spent I think it’s just not on. Unfortunately I would never go back or recommend.

Fui a almorzar ayer. El servicio era desorganizado y lento y las comidas se servían una a la vez. Unos 15 - 20 minutos entre el primero que llega y el último La calidad de los alimentos era mala. Un crepé tenía huevo sin cocer. La señal al lado de los baños decía que estaban cerrados. Una experiencia pobre y sobrepreciosa.

Please avoid this it is the worst evening I have had out for a long time. The food was way way way below standard. We paid £35 each for a tiny bottle of what was supposed to be Gin but tasted like dishwater...... We waited over 20 mins for a drink and had to ask 3 times to be served!!! It was not the characters fault they tried there best but way substandard offer to customers. the food was terrible a couple of sandwiches with indistinguishable contents and the cakes were even worse. I am sure they cannot continue to advertise this and get away with charging so much.......

Frappuccino took way too long and it wasn’t busy but the staff were really kind. The caramel frappuccino drink also tasted different to normal and in my opinion for the worse.

What an absolute shower of s**t. Waited an hour for food. Clearly they were completely unable to deal with the function they had and normal customers. We gave up and cancelled the food and left as had to get daughter. Ruined our Saturday night. There’s nothing worse than telling people you can serve them when clearly you have no ability to do so. Why not just close the kitchen for the function? Greediness and an incompetent bar manager.

Please can Cafe Nero clean and update the furniture it’s soo dirty we have been visiting the cafe for years but I wish the owner could give it a thorough ‘deep clean’. It is in a lovely busy location but needs some TLC Thank you to the lovely staff. Good service.

Staff had no face masks nor were they telling customers to wear them Complete disregard of Government safty rules. AVOID..local supermarkets protect their staff and customers, Chegworths do not

No wifi! I regularly stay in this area for business. Everytime I go, I find that the wifi is not working. I basically want to work there, so it wastes my money every time. It is also in a mobile data black out spot. Sort it out Costa!

Good visit to this food outlet set up as a pub. We needed to have a small bite to eat before our long haul flight to Bangkok. We found they did small plates so had lamb kofta and tandoori chicken- lovely- found the staff were so friendly even though it was busy. 10 out of for their service and smiles. I know it’s Heathrow but it was a lovely experience and well worth a visit if you’re using Terminal 2. The rest of the menu looked good as well.

Excelente comida y personal Me gusta comer alimentos nutritivos frescos y saludables ¡Tenía la mejor ensalada de brócoli y dátiles con gambas reales! Mis dos hijas tomaron un filete y también deliraron al respecto. Los cócteles también son preciosos. Muy recomendable

  9. 41 con descuento de personal para pescado y papas fritas estándar, frijoles, cebolla en escabeche, agua y café. Comida fría como siempre una larga cola incluso en tiempos tranquilos. El personal rara vez sonríe, la mayoría discute entre ellos e incluso con los clientes. Realmente necesito rezar y dejar de sobrecargar.

Bangers & Mash y jamón, huevos y patatas fritas pedidos y ambos eran satisfactorios. Cerveza y bebidas calientes también como se esperaba con el servicio siendo 'parche' (a veces demasiado lento y a veces demasiado rápido!") El servicio y la calidad seguirán siendo los mismos que para todos los establecimientos de "postseguridad" donde la elección y la competencia son limitadas.

If you like mice with your meal and film, your in the right place. I have nothing good to say about this place which is a shame as I read good reviews which were completely wrong!!
