Nawal Mithai in Newham

i just had a very horrible experience today at Slough branch, customer service is so so bad. I ordered two boxes and lady asked if that's it to which I applied yes but straight away I asked if I can one more box of sweets and the girl was so rude. She started slacking me that I should know what I want because she was about to pack my bags. Bear in mind I still not paid yet. To which I said don't worry I will pay what I have ordered and please leave it and she started arguing with me that I shouldn't take things to heart and became agitated. I did say to her that I actually wanted to order more and her attitude forced me to just leave. Just when I was about to leave and still in shop she started bad mouthing me and funny thing is that there were only two customers in the shop so it's not that they are too busy. Fair to say I won't be going back again and recommend others to perhaps try Ambala because their staff don't treat you like dirt and make you angry. Horrible experience!!!!

We was they one of best Pakistani sweet bakery in slough. Unfortunately when we went there guy was not welcoming look tired and untidy. Looks like he was doing us special favour as charity wrong , pathetic behaviour. Quality their mathai was very bad too sweet feel like using cheap ingredients. Overall quality was poor and disgusting

I called up today to ask if they have small chocolate cake as it’s my sons birthday, I r bee I’ll with inflamed lungs, so I don’t want to make a visit for nothing and then come back if they don’t have it s. Y chest is really bad can hardly breath. They picked up and put it down, and they picked up again and just saint speak and I can here them serving other customers, after one minute they put the phone down. And I called again I asked why he did all thst he is telling me they are busy and I need to come down, so I replied but also a customer I’m going come I just want to know if they have a small chocolate cake, he didn’t answer and put the phone down again, it’s Ramadan and this isn’t on, I’m ill as it is and he is being rude. I’m never ever going there. I called up the green st branch at least they were cooperative even though they were busy. By the way it happened in the Whitechapel branch

Mi esposo le compró mitha a Nawal. . . . . . Debo decir que su Jelebi y gulab jamun estaban muy deliciosos y el jelebi estaba crujiente y muy sabroso, lo mejor que he probado en mucho tiempo. ¡Nawal es mi mejor tienda mithai a partir de ahora! ! La única crítica es que el gulab jamun es un poco pequeño.

He probado dos cosas desde aquí: aloo samosa y un laddoo blanco y ambos fueron EXCELENTES. La calidad es fantástica, el sabor limpio y auténtico. He probado aloo samosas en muchos lugares de Londres, particularmente en restaurantes en Green Street y este es el mejor.

A sofisticação e a leveza estão aqui, nesses doces que poderiam ser os mesmos encontrados nos estados brasileiros, com um pouco menos de açúcar. Os doces se parecem com cajuzinho, beijinho, bolinho de chuva (frio), doces árabes com mais leva e mais amêndoas. São diferentes e com nomes bem complicados, mas são todos bem interessantes, e nem tive tempo e estomago para conseguir provar todos os doces da confeitaria. Caso consigam, tenham coragem e comprem um de cada e depois repitam os que gostaram mais. Tem um de figo seco com amêndoas, sublime.
