costa Coffee london bridge in Southwark - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

The new staff are talking in front of customers in their own language (Indian). They are not focused on taking the proper order or charging you for other items/drinks. Is that normal? Where are the proper barista people, why did you employ those people who don't have any respect and bring their culture here in the UK? It is a shame!

Das Café sieht auf den ersten Blick ganz einladend aus, aber nur auf den Ersten. Dann aber wird man von unfreundlichem Personal empfangen das keinen Hehl daraus macht, dass die blöden Touristen nerven… die Toiletten, der Boden, die Tische… alles ist sehr schmutzig… Fazit für uns: nie wieder!

Went too costa as I do everyone morning with my son before we make our way too school. my son always has a hot chocolate and I have a latte. I decided to be clumsy and spill my latte everywhere, how embarrassing….. they were very good they cleaned it up and made me another one free of charge love going there anyway the stuff are always so polite 😁

The staff shouted at me because I didn't understand why I couldn't choose the size of my drink and it wasn't explained to me. Some girl staff member suddenly started verbally abusing me by shouting. Unacceptable. Then they overcharged me by offering "cream on top" but failing to mention it was at an extra charge. Bunch of lazy, scammy, nasty employees, the lot of them. No kindness, no customer service, just rudeness and prejudice. If you are a customer with disability, do not go there. What a miserable experience. Will never go to a Costa coffee ever again.

i had never seen a barista lash out at a customer when *they* were got the order wrong bc they misheard it but i guess there’s a first time for everything! 2 stars bc they did apologise but yikes i don’t go to a coffee shop to be screamed at im tired from my job too :/

There are so many coffee shops in London but they are all very expensive Costa makes very good coffee and still the price of a coffee is very affordable

We’re not open... I have always found that to sell your wares you need to be able to meet the needs of the customer, never again!

Whilst visiting London we always look for Costa Coffee shops we've not visited before and the one close to London Bridge was a delight to visit Friendly, helpful staff and of course delicious coffees

The cafe was quiet the day I was there but I could imagine it being manic at peak times. They had separate tea and coffee stations at opposite ends of the counter — presumably to help with service during peak times.
