Stopped at the tea cosy for a cup of tea this morning, as you would imagine one might. We were turned away as we did not want to purchase food. I could understand if they were busy, but they weren’t. Establishment was 40% full at the time and remained that way when we walked back past 30 minutes later. Ironic name - they should consider a change.

DISGUSTING SERVICE- INCREDIBLY RUDE WAITRESS. Lots of tables free so I sit down and order a coffee from a waitress who takes my order. A quarter of an hour later another older waitress comes out and asks me what I want to order. I tell her I ordered a coffee some time ago with her colleague. She very rudely tells me now there are less tables free I can’t just have a coffee and I have to order more. Even though a man on the table next to me is just having a cup of tea. No apology for keeping me waiting, no acknowledgement that her colleague took my order 15 mins ago without saying it was a problem, no sense of customer service at all. Just extremely rude and aggressive. I said are you not even going to apologise and she just said something arrogant to me and walked off. Absolutely disgusting customer service will never go back- you have been warned.

My fiancee and I love to walk through Primrose Hill and then stop in for coffee and crepes. Each time I’ve gotten a different crepe and enjoyed it more than the last. The outdoor seating is great for people watching as folks pass between the park and shops. Service has always been speedy and smiling and we’ve been multiple times.

Today was my anniversary so I, a divorced women, decided to go with my best girl to “Le tea cosy” (which was not cosy at all!). Even tho the creeps were okay, the place was utterly despicable ; cramped, unhygienic (do you even have a janitorial team?!) and the service was pathetically slow!!! Plus the crepes were very overpriced and took way to much time to prepare. Do not recommend.

Decent coffee stop on way to Primrose Hill. Limited selection of pastries. Crepes made to order. Good service. Plenty of outside seating to watch the world go by.

Excellent food and staff I like to eat fresh healthy nutritious food I had the broccoli and date salad with king prawns best salad ever ! Both my daughters had a steak and they also raved about it. Cocktails are gorgeous too. Highly recommend

The whole menu is greasy, high sugar fake meat options. No salad, veg or fruit here. If you diabetic or sugar sensitive avoid! I follow a WFPD and hate the taste of meat. I had a side of beans that were very average, they could have served it on a lettuce leaf or something to make it healthier.

On 19 September at 11am, we were very offended by the racist attitude of the bearded staff member who served us on the leftmost side facing the counter. He first greeted us with ni hao and told us that we were not Chinese, but after repeatedly taunting us with ni hao, xie xie, and other Chinese terms, he continued to be racist to us despite the protests of the staff next to him. I felt bad and tried to quickly leave with my shopping bag containing food, but he rudely blocked my hand, and said "napkin" acted in an unknown manner. His racist behaviour made our trip very unpleasant. We will never use this cafe again, nor will we recommend it to our friends. If the head office would put some effort into managing their employees, You could be a beloved brand.

This is such a beautiful bar however the experience was utterly disappointing. I entered the bar, three members of staff walked past me and not one acknowledged me and said hello. I eventually got the bar tender’s attention and he told me to grab a table and it’s table service After ten minutes no one had acknowledged me any further, so I went to the bar and ordered a glass of wine. The wine was fine After about 30 minutes I’d finished my wine. Nobody be came to take a subsequent order. After another 40 minutes I gave up. I went to the bar and paid, again, despite trying to mention the issue with the table service the bar tender just said “those guys are responsible for table service”. No apology. Not even a thank you etc.
