Starbucks London South Bank - County Hall in Bexley

Unterirdisch schlecht...das komplette Angebot (Getränke, Snacks) ist völlig überteuert und geschmacklich nichts besonderes. Dank extrem guter Marketingstrategie eben bei zu vielen Leuten ein Muss ...die einzige Toilette war absolut inakzeptabel (verdreckt, kein Toilettenpapier, keine Seife...) und unter normalen Umständen würde dies auch kein Mensch so akzeptieren. Aber da Trendmarke "Starbucks " offenbar schon.

A section of the store was closed off when there were existing paying customers still drinking their coffee and were told to leave at 18.30 as it was 'company policy' despite the closing time of 21.30. After making our own seating arrangements as the store was full we were told to leave as there was a delivery as we were still drinking and eating items purchased in-store. It was raining so we were unable to finish drinking outside.

As a Starbucks employee, my daughter enjoyed sampling Starbucks in 6 different countries during our trip to Europe. For the most part, we were impressed by the way Starbucks protects its brand and shares its own language among stores and customers. This store was different. The person taking the order was visibly annoyed by the specifics of my daughter's order. Then the two people making drinks complained about it when they read the order. To make it worse, the Frappuccino was filled with marble-sized ice chunks. Not only did they not like the order, but they didn't blend it. Worst Starbucks - not acting like a Starbucks

Popped in here for breakfast one morning whilst staying at the Premier Inn across the road. Food and drinks were the usual Starbucks standard. Lovely ladies serving and a nice little outdoor seating area.

Hot day. We sanitised and enter looking for a cold drink. The staff had restocked the fridge placing all the warm drinks in front of the cold. We had to reach behind the fully stock display to find drinks cold enough to enjoy, only to have a member of staff (lady) shake her head continuously as she went back to rearrange the straight lines….and continued to shake her head for the entire time we were there. So the problem is poor attitude, terrible training or awful regional management. 0/10. Avoid, plenty of other choices nearby.

I come to this little shop quite often and the staff are great as well as the coffee they serve. However, there is a member of the staff who really makes the difference and she’s Fabiana, one of the managers. As soon as she sees me or any of my colleagues entering the shop she already knows what we want and always greets us in a super friendly way. Today my friend grabbed a coffee for me and as Fabiana knew it was for me she wrote a little note in my cup. It truly made my day. These little things are what make the difference. Thanks Fabiana and team 😉😉

This is the third time we have come to London to stay at the Premier inn and used this Starbucks before booking in. After purchasing food and drinks we have found on every visit the toilet is out of order. This visit we realised staff members were clearly using the facilities so not out of order just can’t be bothered to clean them!! If you are going to have a toilet stop closing it.

very small, an odd queing system, wasnt sure where to stand, people standing waiting for drinks block the table that has the milk/sugar etc, not very well thought out design, service was really poor on Saturday 28h Sept lunchtime. toilet was absolutly filthy and our table wasnt clean. probably understaffed but they get lots of customers due to the location so i'd expect better

Popped in here today. It looks very inviting from outside, but what a disappointment inside. Hardly any seating, half of which was taken up with someone on a computer sitting alone. Had to queue to collect our drinks, not unusual in Starbucks, but here there is no room for this queue. Best place is outside if the weather is good. Won’t be back.

In clima autunnalinvernale (era novembre e tirava un forte vento) una cioccolata o un bel caffè da Starbucks è una tappa obbligata. Questo poi che si trova di fronte al London Eye ha un suo perchè.

Arriving early, I went in search of a coffee house. This looked just the place, lots of seating outside in the 'square', much available. However entering the pokey little entrance I could not work out where I should stand to be served. I went one way, the serving later called someone from the other end. Another lady just walked in, no queueing, & got served instantly. I moved again, finally giving up the will to live, before I got served. Yet that wasn't the worst. At the end of the counter, where they appeared to be serving the purchases, there was room for 4 people, & 8 were pushing to reach it. Having escaped I sat outside, telling myself next time there must be somewhere else!

We arrived back at Waterloo too early for our train and decided to wander around the London Eye embankment area and happened to come to this Starbucks for a drink and a short respite from killing time. Not the greatest Starbucks we have visited! Location is good, but we arrived early evening and at this point they were on a wind down to close at 8 pm. Toilets were closed, inside seating was restricted to a few seats as the outside furniture was being stacked inside and only takeaway cups were being offered. Drinks were the usual Starbucks standard but the atmosphere wouldn't encourage me to return to this particular shop. The young man who served us though, was very pleasant and even though he was working hard with the volume of customers, he still managed to greet everyone with a smile.

Having not visited Starbucks for many years , i thought by now they might be more environmentally friendly for sit in customers. Not so! Ordered leaf tea, was about to be served it in disposable cup but requested a porcelain cup just in time When asked for ice tea in a glass it was too far for the staffs imagination and he said he had to measure it in plastic cup! To top it all off leaf tea comes in a nylon tea bag, you would need a knife to compost is contents as the bag is non compostable.

Second starbucks in 2 days to be short changed at. Maybe they hear the accent and think we dont know the coins yet . Disappointing!

This Starbucks location has many table outside but on a sunny day they were all taken and the place very crowded. Nevertheless, service inside was quick, friendly and professional.

with so many attractions near this cafe; being crowded is understandable. kudos to their prompt service. the staff is friendly, cooperative and on their feet. coffee was fantastic as usual. there are tables placed outside for eat-ins.

웨스트런던 노팅힐 포토벨로로드에 있는 스타벅스예요 수요일저녁에 갔는데 평일이라 작은매장이지만 붐비지않고 자리가 많았어요. 늦게까지 오픈하지않고 8시에 닫아서 아쉬웠지만 직원분들도 친절하고 전반적으로 좋았어요 추천해요

Algunos pueden decir que Starbucks es Starbucks, pero esta rama que vivo enfrente y, por tanto, visita a diario es genial. Hay un servicio rápido con personal encantador, amable y su expositor de pasteles, etc. siempre mantuvo muy atractivo y ordenado. He estado en algunas ramas donde una vez artículos se venden parece un lío, pero en County Hall que están en la cima de su juego y siempre parece bueno. Es genial si vas a una atracción en el South Bank como el London Eye, el London Dungeon, El Acuario, etc.

Popped in to grab a coffee to to keep me warm on the way home, very friendly staff and quick service.

Starbucks é Starbucks né?! E ter uma em frente ao hotel não tem preço, ambiente agradável, atendimento cortês e wifi.

I go here almost everyday since I work for the dungeons on South Bank. It is a little pricey but it is central London so it’s reasonable. Staff are friendly and always smiley. (Especially Shani) who always brightens my day when she’s around. :)

Ho soggiornato a Londra per un mese e non mi sono fatto mancare i magici e deliziosi caffè di Starbucks! La loro catena è sparsa in tutto il mondo ed ognuno di loro offre un ottimo servizio ad un prezzo più che ragionevole!

Typical of any overpriced Starbuck's, this location serves cold weak coffee, processed food...just your usual Starbuck's.

They can't even keep the outside area clean - this is a public disgrace. Clean up or close down. Coffee spills everywhere. Dirtiest part of this much used square.

Qué desastre. De bebida pedir a pagar al producto final, que necesitaba ser remodelado debido a continuación en una crema poniendo en té verde y soja Frap. ! Me hubiera gustado que mi vida fue una intolerancia como la chica oriental preguntó si era sólo una preferencia de estilo de vida. La actitud vino a mí, así que. Mi Starbucks app siempre tiene 100 libras británicas por mes en gracias a dios, esto no es mi rama normal. .

Visited a couple of times as stayed nearby, and very close to London Eye/London Dungeon. Staff very friendly and made drinks well and as quickly as they could, but exceptionally busy store, difficult to get a table/clean table.

Nice cafe too small we couldn't get a seat so didn't stay.They had a very good and varied selection of sandwiches and wraps . But very limited seating area.

Tienen buen personal aquí y el mal personal, hoy me dieron personal mal. Pedí un vaso de plástico trajeron agua Ethos servidor con tres dedos dentro de taza, acababa sirve al cliente anterior y tomado dinero y usado hasta con las manos! Pedí otra taza y señaló con una sonrisa lo que había hecho, pero acabo y rollo de los ojos. Esperamos por la zona para beber y este estaba sucio no había sido limpiada de edades aunque rollo toallas de papel estaba en el mostrador. Otros días está impecable, así que obviamente no deben estar capacitados adecuadamente o algunos empleados, no importaba. No sé cómo ha de 5 estrellas del consejo de higiene.

Visitamos para café en domingo por la tarde. Tan desorganizado, el personal era prácticamente tropiezan unos con otros y no saber lo que estaban haciendo. Esperar 15 minutos para tomar café a realizarse (junto con otros). No hay bandejas disponibles, así que tuve que hacer dos viajes a la mesa. Piso, mesas, muy sucio!. No merece otra visita.

Auf unserem Citytrip sind wir vom Big Ben Richtung London Eye spaziert und am Starbucks in der Belvedere Rd vorbeigekommen. Ein typischer Starbucks ohne große Besonderheit, jedoch mit sehr netter und schneller Bedienung. Trotz Nähe zum London Eye war der Starbucks nicht überlaufen. Wir haben uns fix etwas geholt und sind dann zum London Eye. Es gibt viel Grün und viele Bänke da - haben unser Getränk direkt mit Blick auf London Eye, Big Ben und Themse zu uns genommen.

Reasonable, Starbucks prices for coffee, pastries, and sandwiches--and don't forget the wifi and comfy hangout vibe. This location is steps away from the London Eye. After high prices for not-so-good food, this place is a good choice. FYI, USA Starbucks cards work in London.

Muito legal o ambiente, apesar de depender da loja q vc visita. Tem lojas maiores ( optei por visitar uma dessas,rsrsrs) que são muito legais. Super bonitas, confortáveis e modernas.

En la zona no hay mucho para comer, solo cafeterías y esta es una muy buena opción. La calidad buena como todos los Starbucks, a la segura. Por unas 6 libras comes un buen Sandwich y un jugo.

Quite small yet very busy so overcrowding does tend to happen. Usual Starbucks type refreshments whereby the drinks are ok but the sandwiches can taste like cardboard.

Visitamos un Starbucks en bexleyheath esta mañana con mi mujer y mi hija. pretende ser un 5 * sanidad e higiene establecimiento. Me entregó un sucio pegajoso bandeja para llevar mi comida y bebidas que tuve que pedir que lo limpiaran. Miré en la parte trasera de la máquina de café era completos de migas antiguas granos de café y cabello. La planta no se habían limpiado desde el día anterior. faltos de!??? Pasar el personal? No lo sé. Era repugnante. Si se inspeccionaron hoy por higiene de alimentos que probablemente ha cerrado. Venga en un Starbucks!

The service was appalling, very miserable staff. The seating area was really dirty - loads of old food on the floor. Couldn't even my coffee in a cup! Had to have takeaway cups even though eating in. Never again

I prodotti sono buoni i prezzi un po' eccessivi e potrebbero fare molto di più con le strutture che hanno specialmente sulla presentazione e sulla qualità dei prodotti

A Starbucks é uma excelente cafeteria e gosto muito dos produtos a base de chocolate neste época natalina. s ao produtos a base de amêndoas que aprecio bastante. Local para ficar junto dos amigos e conversar.

Lo so ormai dovremmo tutti sapere cosa ci aspetta da SB però ogni volta riesco a sorprendermi per la nocività del cibo proposto e per il pessimo rapporto prezzo qualità. Watch out!

Esto era cerca de nuestro hotel y yo visitamos brevemente para recoger un café con leche. Era mejor que el café con leche en Le Pain Quotidien, así que estaba contento.

"A solid, safe choice in the D&D stable. Ate here on the Evening Standard set menu, which was very good value. Service was helpful and friendly. Food was tasty and pleasant though unremarkable. A great choice however for a pre-concert meal at the Royal Festival Hall (and far preferable to its poorer sibling, Skylon Grill)."
