Served by very rude girl, angry attitude in the wrong job, would not return to Broadwick street. Food itself isn’t bad but costs nothing to have manners.

Cold staff, not eager to provide a good customer service. We were actually two people went for a quick coffee and as it was one of us birthday we had a small cake which we thought to celebrate it quickly by cutting two slices there along with the coffee and because at the end I made an issue about the out of order toilets and pointed out that a seated place should be legally bound to provide toilet amenities for its customers and their employees otherwise how are they supposed to get a license for that? Then a member of staff asked us to leave the place because we consumed a cake brought from outside but the ironic thing was that they didn’t tell us whilst we were having it a while ago but once we raised a concern about the toilets. Totally pathetic and unprofessional. Not cheap neither

Awful place, awful staff. Toulet has been out of order for over a month. U r charging £7 for shake but can’t afford to fix a toilet!!!!

Please don’t waste you money going to Sevenoaks branch……food awful, service shoddy and cafe not clean. Much nicer places to visit in Sevenoaks this chain is not worth a visit.

This joe and the juice smashes it ! All staff that have ever served me are superattentive, efficient, and lovely without drama Especially big appreciation to Eliska who consistently gives the best ever early morning vibes, and Yusef who is so supernice They all also somehow seem to deal with queues really fast I liked all Joe and the Juices until i started coming here : this is now pretty much my number 1

We enjoyed a couple of creative smoothies, sat outside, relaxing from shopping and traffic, watching the world go by. Maybe we were super polite but there was no problem paying with a card and we didn’t have the NHS App on our phones either.

I don't usually write bad reviews but the last experience I had, was shocking. I went to Joe and the Juice yesterday to order a coffee. There were no customers and there were 3 girls working chatting and talking to each other. I said hello twice but they ignored me completely while looking at me directly in the eyes. Also, none of them were wearing the mask properly (no covered mouth or nose) which is incoherent given they ask people to wear it. The person who served us was the only guy working. he was very nice and came from the back to serve us. Nice food but the service is terrible. Will not go back there for sure.

An employee with short hair, glasses and with an American accent is the RUDEST one I’ve ever seen. Get your employees to work on better standards. This girl was sitting there not doing anything and as soon as I opened the door she arrogantly told me to close it. POLITENESS before anything else.

Vi kiggede ind forbi til et par juice og sandwich er fredag. Der var ikke så mange mennesker, så det gik ok hurtigt. Dog fik vi ikke det hele samtidig. Standart var som altid og dejligt man kan få glutenfri brød. Det kunne være rart, hvis musikken ikke var så høj, så man både kunne hører hvad personalet siger, når man bestiller og når de råber ens navn op. Og så trænger dette sted til en handyman, da toilettet ikke virkede og vægge mv. så slidte og ødelagte ud.

I went this morning (23rd July) to get a Tunacado. The guy serving me could not look more disinterested. He came off arrogant and unfriendly but seemed selectively friendly to another so it may just be shallowness/judging a book by its cover on his part. I don't know if he couldn't spell my name properly or wrote an offensive word instead of my actual name but the girl called out something that sounded rude and he was there playing will the till and didn't hand me the food or even acknowledge that it was for me (knowing full well my name was not the one actually called out). The food is very good and it's the only reason to go but this guy who served me was an absolute moron and extremely inattentive. Please hire better staff - grown ups who treat all customer equally! It's a shame the previous guys have moved on.

I had a great sandwich , we had 4-5 different juices, all great as well, free wifi, comfy chairs, great pit-stop with very friendly personnel

Wow! I cannot believe this place is still in business. Waiting 20 minutes for a dry sandwich, having to deal with an arrogant, full of themselves service (I had to wait a bit longer given that tall blondes were given a priority and I was looked down at given I was coming back from gym) and being charged 10 pounds for a toast I couldn't eat and a small juice is a joke. Although my office is 2 minutes away, even if I have to starve, I won't visit this place again.

Products are nice, surroundings and decor are really cool looking and comfortable but my goodness the service is woeful!! Surly arrogant staff and so so slow. Such a shame, if it wasn't for the service with a snarl this could be a nice place

I've passed Joe & The Juice a few times but never visited. I was killing time near Carnaby Street on a Sunday and discovered that they were open, so I decided to order a drink while waiting for a friend. The staff were very friendly and patient while I looked over the menu board, and eventually (after being more than a little indecisive!) I chose to order the Iron Man; strawberry, kiwi and apple. The service was very speedy and friendly, and the juice the perfect pick-me-up!

Just love it....., I can’t think of a single thing I would change except perhaps the price: nearly £7 for a juice seems high.

If I could give a lower review I would. The two young men who work there - one blonde and French and the other brunette - yelled at me when I said I received the wrong order. I saw them do the same thing to another young woman too. They’re awful and I won’t be going back. Recommend others don’t as well. They seem like group think hireees and bullies.

Very surprised by the bad reviews, but we had a good experience at this bar. Other than star bucks, they were the first to pronounce my name correct :-) I had a good coffee, goed turkey sandwich and my boyfriend had a very tasty fresh juice/smoothie. Although it was a very crowded place, we did not find it disturbing.

野菜たっぷりほうれん草ベースのスムージーを注文しました。ちょっと高めですが、その場で作ってくれて新鮮で量もたっぷりありおいしかったです。野菜不足に便利だと思いました。

Larga espera. La actitud arrogante personal, creo que son algo realmente especial, alguien debe decirles que trabajo en un bar de zumos.

Me gusta bastante el ambiente. No encontrar el personal un poco raro pero supongo que dijeron traer el lugar para la vida. Algunos empleados son más fríos que otros, pero eso está bien. Estoy allí sólo para un almuerzo para llevar. Mejores cosas que he ordenado son los Tunacao (mmm) y el avo shake (plátano, aguacate, leche de vainilla pero pueden hacer de almendra/leche no lácteos). El batido de frambuesa, aunque era amargo. Es muy caro. Creo que podrían cobrar menos por los zumos. Algo más de 5 libras es realmente malo.

Ayer me encontré con este lugar. El café es muy buena, rica y sabrosa, pero todo el ambiente del lugar es más club med 18 - 30 de cafetería/bar de zumos. Mientras estábamos allí, uno de los chicos trabajando detrás del mostrador se juega a cubitos de hielo en el aire y ponerse en la licuadora. Un grupo de personas que él conocía y/o trabajar allí (era difícil decir cual) entramos y comenzaron a intelectuales. El chico que me atendió fue lo suficientemente eficiente, pero todo el ambiente, incluyendo la floreciente música de baile era más que relajante noche club café. Mi otra mitad utiliza el retrete en nuestra visita y justo decir, estás mejor esperar hasta llegar a casa. Al parecer, estaba sucia y el suelo estaba nadando en agua. Esto parece una queja común basado en las críticas que he visto justo y el personal no importa lo suficiente para resolver la cuestión. Supongo que la experiencia del cliente significa poco o nada para ellos. Es una pena, ya que este lugar tiene el potencial para ser excelente, la decoración y las instalaciones es agradable y me encanta el diseño de las tazas, sólo necesitan tener en mente su mercado.

Me gusta mucho los zumos y la calidad es siempre alta, pero el personal es muy desorganizada. Que anotar los pedidos de piezas de papel que dan mezclado todo el tiempo y no hay sistema alguno de los pedidos. Creo que poner en marcha un poco más de proceso haría maravillas y contribuiría a disminuir el número de pedidos incorrectos y tiempo de espera para los clientes.

El peor servicio de atención al cliente nunca. Seis o siete chicos jóvenes detrás del mostrador que actúa como primera fila de la semana de la moda, solicitando a clientes femeninos si piensan que otros es buena. En realidad me olvidé de servir mi café y cuando estaba harto de esperar y preguntamos dónde estaba me dieron toneladas de actitud. En palabras de Patsy Stone" que sólo funcionan en una tienda ya sabes, puedes dejar la actitud". Mediocre café y malos modales.

Hay tecno/música club jugó allí - que es un poco sorprendente, pero no habría nada de malo, si la música no era tan alto. Decir que es ruidoso es un eufemismo - es imposible charlar con amigos sin casi gritando mutuamente a través de sus cafés y zumos.

Helt OK kaffe med andra ord inget speciellt. Bra ställe att vila upp krafterna på efter promenad. Aningen hetsig miljö....

Leer los comentarios después de nuestra visita de hoy, claramente, la tienda está recibiendo mixtos y necesita desarrollar una mayor coherencia en sus servicios. Nuestra experiencia fue buena. Un ambiente relajado en un domingo por la mañana en una parte agradable de la ciudad.

Coffee order given to other customers after a wait, laughed at by the staff and "cheer up as its the last day of the year" and music and bass on so loud you can barely hear the person next to you. Not a great experience :/....

Music was a bit loud.Crew/staff was very nice, friendly, and quick.Drinks were fresh and excellent!!

I had arranged an informal meeting here. Although there were plenty of empty tables, they were all dirty and some had pigeons on eating the left overs I left and had coffee at a nearby cafe. I'm writing this review since today whilst waiting for a friend I went into the bond st station joe and the juice. I ordered a juice with spinach apple and pineapple for£5.40- there was no spinach in it and I would have been better off going to the adjacent m&s and buying a far cheaper bottled apple juice. Maybe my experience has been unfortunate, however I think think this company is jumping on a bandwagon and not offering a quality juice or experience

Good coffee, good service . Would go visit again will have a shake next time bizzi but quick service

So we walked into this very noisy place- good music but loud. Walked up to the counter and, without cracking a smile, the attendant asked "do you want coffee?" (No), "do you want to eat" (no) and then he said "ok, what do you want?" (Smoothie was the answer)We sat outside, where every table was dirty l, paid £4,20 for a minute smoothie and never got a smile or a friendly wird. Will not return.

Ce bar à jus fait partie d'une chaîne danoise. L'endroit est très bien situé, dans une déco cozy. Les cafés et jus de fruits sont plutôt bon. Service ok.

Popped in for a coffee mid shopping, and what really stood out about this place was the staff. They were so friendly, and really seemed to be enjoying what they were doing.Coffee also pretty good as well. Didn't bother us, but don't go in there if you don't like loud music!

Too long at Joe and the Juice. Simple inefficiency got in the way of a quick drink and when it came it was average, the waiting did not make it taste sweeter when it eventually arrived.

I am an usual of Joe & The Juice and I like the place, the atmosphere and the customer service. To be honest it is one of my favourite places in London to get a non-alcoholic drink. Been there at least 4 times and will keep going back.

Friendly team but... whilst I realise the music is a selling point it doesn't need to be turned up so loud you feel like you'e in a club and can barely talk to your mates. I though going to the loo would offer some respite, but there are even speakers in the lobby outside the toilet and inside the toilet so it's even louder there. And the toilets were filthy and smelly too. The juice? It was ok.

Came here for a cup of mint tea and to send a few emails. £2.10 for a mint tea, served in a paper cup - not impressed. No working toilets and WiFi broken, all in all could do alot better!! Friendly enough staff though.

This place has the worst coffee, rudest staff and smelliest bathroom on London. One of was so put off by the smell that they became nauseated.

상큼하나 생과일 주스의 맛을 런던에서 느낄 수 있었던 곳. 음료에 생강이 들어간다는 것이 건강에 참 좋을 것 같음.
