Good vibes. Manager was very nice, considering my friend was so high broke the 🎤, security was supportive.

Very demure, very cutesy. Yes indeed it is classy...However the quality of the abomination so- called 'Pumpkin-spiced latte' has me distraught. I have been to many Starbucks establishments that have perfected the pumpkin of the latte. Please. Why was the flavoring of the drink tasting rusty and I tasted no pumpkin whatsoever, I was SEARCHING for the taste of pumpkin and avoiding the strong taste of cinnamon to cover the mess that we call 'Pumpkin spice' . Overall, the service of employees was okay and nothing out of the ordinary.

Shocked by the dirty looks and attitude by who i assume was the manager. I took an almost finished outside drink in after a long train journey (i was meeting friends in there). I was VERY rudely told to leave and drink it outside, which would not have been a problem if i had been asked politely as i understand it is policy. When i went outside to finish the drink the manager was giving my friends very dirty looks. Terrible service, disappointed as we were ready to spend a day of drinking there!

Nosotros como familia nos reunimos con algunos amigos en Rose of York en Richmond a finales de enero de este año. Iba a hacer una crítica de 5 estrellas después, ya que realmente disfrutamos del almuerzo, buena comida, camarera educada y muy buen ambiente, hasta que recibimos un PCN hoy. Llamé al pub y les dije que habíamos almorzado allí y me dijeron que enviara por correo electrónico los detalles para que lo cancelaran. ¿Lo hizo, pero les pregunté por qué conseguimos un PCN después de almorzar allí? La respuesta no fue por qué lo hicieron, pero deberíamos haber leído un aviso en el tablón de anuncios en algún lugar. Seguramente cuando tienes clientes cenando allí deberías haber preguntado, avisado o llevado su coche reg para evitar tan innecesaria molestia. La respuesta fue que ese era el único tablón de anuncios... claramente el tipo tenía razón acerca de que emitieran PCN a clientes incautos que solo disfrutaban de un buen rato con amigos. ¿Has tenido en cuenta que cuando hace mal tiempo los clientes se apresuran a entrar en el pub en lugar de pararse a buscar un supuesto tablero "oh, ¿qué es esto? déjame leer para ver si es interesante... " No es lo que pasó, más bien cómo lidias con el tema lo que nos hizo decidir "no ahí otra vez". Quién sabe qué otro aviso podríamos perdernos de leer la próxima vez...

Nice people, nice food and good coffee.

Nos dieron un vale para el cine y el restaurante. Nos pareció que el personal era muy amable y servicial, ya que tuvimos que cambiar las fechas. El maitre d’ fue muy amable e hizo que un lunes por la noche ordinario pareciera especial. Se llamaba Abel. Nuestro camarero también era muy bueno y ambos nos preguntaron si nuestra comida era para nuestra satisfacción. La comida era deliciosa y el servicio era excelente. ¡Gracias!

Gran tiempo en este bar brillante! Me alegro de haberlo encontrado. Originalmente salía a tomar cócteles, pero terminó en este excelente lugar! Gracias a Dios por los impresionantes pubs que todavía existen con un gran personal. Muy recomendable cuando en la zona!

Closed Why??? Every piece of furniture has been removed. Will Red Cat undergo a complete change of image as premise were very dark allowing light at front next to entrance. Needs to be much light and more appealing to all generations.

El personal del Bar nunca ganará un concurso de encanto. Pensé que estaba en un funeral en algún momento pero me gusta este pub. Me fijé un 5 libras. 50 benchmark Este año para los precios de la cerveza. No es imposible. Había dos cervezas puestas. Caja estándar y sin señales de una cerveza de Navidad como me encanta ver aquí y estoy feliz de probar. Tenía uno a 5 libras. 70 . Para ser honesto, aunque no es una guest ale más cara, lo que normalmente sucede fue solo 10 p. más que el año pasado. Aunque no menos de £ 5. 50 una ganga al fondo de Oxford Street.

También he pensado en escribir esta crítica, ya que realmente quería que nuestra visita fuera buena. Tristemente no. Fuimos para un almuerzo familiar de domingo donde habíamos reservado para 7 , la mesa que nos dieron solo sentaba 4 aunque el pub estaba vacío no nos ofrecieron una mesa alternativa. Pedimos entrantes y asados de domingo y toda la comida llegó al mismo tiempo. El menú del domingo es limitado, lo que no es un problema, pero al preguntar a la camarera por qué la comida llegaba al mismo tiempo, dijo que no se dio cuenta de que eran entrantes. Respondimos que los entrantes están claramente marcados en el menú, ella dijo que no que no sabía. Respuesta muy decepcionante. Sin desiertos ya que se habían quedado sin helado, etc. El personal no tenía ningún interés en la experiencia del cliente. Está bien que se cometan errores y que las cosas se agoten, pero es cómo el personal maneja estas cosas lo que puede dar la vuelta a una mala experiencia. El personal no tenía ningún interés en los clientes.

We are locals in this area and regularly visit at the weekend for lunch, we were there today to have carvery sandwiches, the quality of the food has definitely gone down, the service and hygiene unacceptable. The display of food unsightly nothing looked fresh and dried out. The drinks fridge was so low the drinks were not even cold I had to ask for a colder drink. The tables and chairs worn out and floor is full of crumbs. People don't deserve this, I urgently call this to be looked into.

First time in this branch Probably it is meant for “take away” only = tinny seating area and regrettably no toilets !! Enjoying my delicious Almond croissant and the very hot café latte ( with some hot milk on the side ) Staff are good
