Crazy loud music, vibrant cafe, cakes looked amazing, lovely coffee, friendly staff but didn't accept cash which is such a shame for what seems like a progressive cafe to alienate cash payers.

Not much to say. One of the best flat whites in town. Great location in Soho is a bonus. Seating is available inside and outside

The flat white was really flavoursome and served quickly and with a smile. Great people watching on the benches out front.

Regular West End choice for a hot beverage and a cake because it’s dog friendly, the drinks are good and the staff are super nice. Despite being quite small, we also seem to always get a seat, which is a bonus.

I have been visiting Flat White since 2008. I've not been here in some time due to the pandemic, but it is still excellent. Great coffee; friendly service.

Lovely coffee shop. Came here with a friend that visits often and it was very nice. Maybe will visit again when seeing my fire d next time.

In the evenings turns into a lovely relaxed venue for drinks. Try the Raspberry Beret, but if that runs out the bartender has great ideas... a plum margarita should be his new speciality!

Great wee caff with possibly the finest cheese and tomato toastie around. Happy days. Brownies weren’t too shabby either

The 1st time I've ever written a review here. For the most expensive coffee in london, ridiculously rude service. My latte was luke warm, No prob, I asked if he could heat a little. He tutted loudly and made a new one, boiling hot. Ridiculous rude man. A customer was just behind me and the guy said he was too late, already cleaning, a bare faced lie. Also it's listed as being open to 6. This was 5.25. What a load of sh** drop yr prices if you're going to be such to****s

I’ve never left a review b4 as so many are negative but credit where it’s due. As a coffee snob I only enjoy great coffee and this was an unbelievable find for me. Me and the wife popped by for a flat white and latte and were blown away by 1, the coffee and 2, the guy on the front of house. It was so good we went back the next lunch time only for the front of house guy to remember us and remember what we drunk. Cannot recommend this place highly enough and will definitely return on my next trip to London.

What’s not to like about this lovely cheery place in Soho. Adapting to Covid they offer outside seating and great service.

Staff were not friendly even though the place have some good coffee , next time i'm in the area will avoid this place and go to other speciality coffee nearby!

If you are searching for a good flat white in London( which can be tricky) highly recommend this little cafe - also have vegemite cheese toastie if you a bit homesick for NZ

Great independent cafe in a tiny unit in the middle of the Berwick Street market in Soho. It’s based on Australian/New Zealand style coffee houses and it’s great! Packed of course but coping well and serving excellent coffee and hot chocolate, not to mention seriously yummy cakes. My first time here, but certainly won’t be the last.

This was one of the very few cafes opened on New Years Day. The coffee wasn't bad but my cheese and ham toastie went down like a treat! It's a small cafe but nice ambience. It's also really close to Carnaby St.

Great coffee and cakes in a friendly atmosphere. Cup sizes are not large, but the contents more than make up for quantity. Cakes are different and equally high on flavour, but not large.

We literally took a train from the airport to this location for coffee/tea. As our first experience in London, we were thoroughly impressed. The flat whites were on point and the tea was delicious. Such a cute little place, we will definitely go back.
