This is the best Costa in my opinion. Whenever I go to get a coffee I get treated by the lovely Bonisha, she’s amazing and always has a smile on her face. She’s very friendly to chat to and makes the Costa experience the best.

Costa is Costa. It's always a nice place to meet someone and have a good chat.

I’m always welcomed here. I’m not a customer that goes in daily or even weekly but it’s rare that I have to tell them my order now as it’s always the same. It’s nice to see a familiar, friendly faces that you can have a rapport with. Unfortunately I don’t know all the names of the staff but Veronica is always helpful, kind and professional, has always gone above to assist me when she is working. In fact all the staff take their time to be welcoming, polite and professional. I have been to another local Costa and it’s a very different atmosphere and staff.

Boni, Wero and Vishal were the staff on shift and they are all extremely pleasant and deliver quick and efficient service!

It’s so dark and grimy in side. The floors are uneven and dirty. The staff are beyond rude, no please or thank you and no eye co fact. Just hand you the change and your coffee and turn away. It’s strange when the customer is multiple times more polite than the staff. The espresso was fine.

The customer service from Ria, Hetvi and Vishal was excellent. They took great care to prepare an allergen safe drink. The service was quick and friendly. The staff regularly cleaned the seating areas. I would go as far as saying it was the best service I have had in a coffee shop within the local area.

Filthy neglected place. Staff moody. Dark and dreary . It’s very tired and needs a refurb desperately. Tables always dirty. Staff don’t stay there long

To be fair to Costa , one thing I’ve noticed about them is that they always have a nice atmosphere with decent music . I like that casual ‘ home ‘ type feel . Most staff I come across are great . I really like the manners of the Eastern Europeans which I’ve noticed tend to be in big numbers working here . Always very polite and like machines . Today I was impressed with ria and Vishal at the Stanmore Costa . Very motivated and just seemed very upbeat and nice . Very humanistic customer service .

Hello I'm regular customer unfortunately last time when I went to Stanmore Costa coffee I saw one new worker there and she was so rude I bought I hoot chocolate and she made hoot water when I said can you please make my hoot chocolate sweet she said so rudely put sugar in your hoot chocolates and she said some words which I can't write here and she came close to me I feel unsafe I said ok can I have my refund she doesn't have experience she said we don't give you refund. I'm waiting to the manager urgent decision about this worker and also you can check the cameras on Saturday 17 /06/2023 at 5:30 pm Thanks.

The young lady managed to find me the oat milk when one of staff said there is no oat milk without checking the stock. I’m giving 3 star due to the effort from young lady.

Your Website says you close at 6.30 pm but the young girl behind the counter was very rude and asked us to leave at 5 pm. We were still finishing our coffee and she went and stood at the door and told us she wanted to close!

Tasty and hot coffees, I prefer to get my cappuccino from here in the morning🙂

A rather run down Costa! Coffee's ok

This 1* is for the OWNERS OF THIS STORE - A/C not working for so long you should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing your staff to work in such temperatures and also let the customers suffer. Absolutely pathetic. There is also 1 rude blonde worker as someone else has mentioned.

I used to be a daily customer but since they changed their plant milks to a disgusting coca cola brand I know longer go. I've tried both the soya and coconut and both are vile and make me feel nauseaus. I've complained to customer services but clearly money is more important to them than loyalty. Thank goodness cafe Nero and Starbucks still use Alpro milks.

Amazing coffee and good service !

Nice coffee shop but shame the person taking my order got confused and served me a latte with almond milk instead of oat milk. My companion had ordered almond milk. Luckily I don’t have allergies, it was purely preference but could’ve been a bad outcome if I had had a nut allergy!

The place has no vibe or ambience. Feels like a canteen. No music in the background. The clientele is also rather down-market. This is not the same Costa it was before the pandemic. The old team has left.

Fast service, nice and clean and good coffee

The staff seem to be incompetent with a poor level of English; they are also very slow and do not wear masks despite occasionally coughing. Go to the place next door.

Unprofessional and unhelpful staff who haven't a clue about how to run the store. This staff called Benisha and her colleague was rude, aggressive and extremely inept at handling a simple issue of not having oat milk on hand

We just had 2 cups of their Xmas coffee range and they both tasted very nice and we were given extra biscuits and sweets. We will be going again soon and would recommend you to go as well.

I want to thank Bonisha for her fantastic service today. Me and my little girl were very happy when she served us with a big smile.Bonisha's absolutely lovely and very kind person. Awful service 2 ladies behind the bar completely ignore us. We were a group of lads from the estate agents near by wanting some grab but none spoke to us! Would not recommend it to anyone. Much better coffee shop next door!! Stay away you can!

Shambolic customer service!! Stood in there 5 min ignored by 2 team that could not cope with one customer before me. Get your act together!! Funny to see that they have a customer feedback poster by the till!

Was lucky to have received a free coffee today. Staff member was very friendly. I found a nice cosy sofa to sit on whilst listening to my podcast. Very nice!

Quite a large branch even though it looks small from the outside. Few tables outside but a bit noisy with traffic going by. Not much choice of food stuff. Could be made into a really good quality branch with a little bit more organisation.

I have been there today and the new girls are very nice snd helful very great customer service. In special the brunette new girl she always smile and make me feel welcome.

It's good to leave the house and change atmosphere while dining in Costa. Although the place did have limited sitting area. But at the time it was only few that came in.

We are weekend regulars and like coming here. The coffee is always good and hot and the the order has always been correct. The staff are always polite and patient; and we will come back. During Covid, we've been enjoying them whilst sitting in the nearby Bernays Gardens. Thus place has a harsh review, don't let it put you off - this is a great costa with nice staff.

I am an regular customer, i saw the new girl she’s very rude too she don’t need to stay there. I been there a lot of times the old girls always makes me feel hsppy because i am going there but the new one with the manager very rude girls, talk no nice, doesnt wear the mask properly. I just think i will stop going there

Fantastic service! Never had an issue with the staff that serve! My issue is with the product... It just doesn't deliver anymore...also is me or have their prices gone up?! I wouldn't mind paying more if the product was good quality!

Why can’t baristas understand the meaning of no tea pot stick it straight in a cup, every time they get it wrong doh! not rocket science. Customers moving the don’t sit here signs and grabbing tables before ordering, rude!

The staff are rude and the coffee is not made to the usual standard in other costa's. I have had bad experiences twice so I wont be going again.

I just had a coffee this morning at this costa. I am very disappointed with the service. I can’t believe that this quite good area to have this type of people working in their local coffee shop. I have been to this coffee many times and never happy with the service ,but this morning one of the staff members was very rude. Very disrespectful.

Able to use toilets without a problem despite no need to eat in and also space to gather thoughts.

Had a much needed relaxing break from our shopping .

Noisy with music too loud. Air conditioning was on far too high making the place unnecessarily too cold. But what really ticked me off was being told I should probably just stay home if I didn't want to listen to screaming children. The parents have bought a drink so they are entitled to just let their child irritate everyone around them. Beggars belief. Not sure which is worse, the general attitude towards screaming children or a sassy batista.

Brilliant double espresso from Columbian Roast

Popped in here for a coffee and sandwich. Staff were friendly and gave great service despite being quite busy. Just a quick visit, but the staff were very nice and deserve the 5 star rating.

A busy branch of Costa Coffee, with a passing trade so there can be a wait at peak times. Wheelchair accessible,with seating available outside a small area with 6 tables and the 3 closer to the shop entrance are below two heaters so even on a chilly day it's comfortable to sit and enjoy the coffee and varied snacks that are available. The Staff are friendly and helpful with table service when needed. Also the tables are cleaned regularly. I know regular people who go there most days and I think it appropriate to say that the old adage that people vote with their feet speaks volumes about this branch.

Visual Molest: Time 17:15 approx on 4th Feb 18 Witnessed the guy at the counter constantly staring at a girl who was ordering coffee with her mate. This was very creepy as the girl and her mate were having a conversation and he he was ogling at her constantly. Could see that the girl was very uncomfortable and wanted to leave as soon as possible. Smiling is one thing however visual molesting takes it to another level. Will never get my friends or family there again. Hope the timestamp provided above can assist the Management to verify this by checking their CCTV. Otherwise Costa Coffee is amazing !! If the staff were not such creeps.

Whats happened to this area?...stanmore used to be very swag...now its full of trashy people

This is my local Costa and usually the staff are lovely however today one of the male workers swore at my friend because he was given the wrong change. Not nice and would like someone to contact me about this.

Good Costa - just what you would expect. They seem to have a poor selection of cakes and pastries at the Momment though.

I haven't stayed here, but it looks like the place you would target the next time you visit Cyprus. It's a short walk down a set of steps to the beach. A short walk from the cosmopolitan throng that Prodaras has to offer. There is a large koi carp / goldfish pool by the public walkway that the kids love to stop and watch. Time it right and you can see them being fed. The bar looks exclusive and it has netted bed loungers

Recommend Costa as a nice spot for hanging with friends or studying- although it can be a bit noisy. Don't recommend the drinks themselves though, maybe I'm ordering the wrong things but I'm not a fan personally. Overall it's an alright place

Great coffee, needs free wifi for customers

I was in Costa when a young lad came in he sat near me but never bought a drink. I reported rhis to the staff they asked him to go, but he didn't and stayed on without purchasing anything.They just left him there. I find this shocking as if I have to pay to come in why shouldn't he. But the worst aspect is if this gets round the local college they will all be there without purchasing a drink. This happens regularly in many places in Harrow if not challenged.

Costa brand name is why I give it 4 stars,the service varies from great to frustrating. Busy, but I think I have had enough of hearing people being asked, try our Columbian ,costs a bit more, it's our special.Well I but my own coffee, Sumatran,Columbian,etc.so personally it's a bit repetitive and salesmanship. The service is inconsistent,one day great ,the next you could be invisible. But if you want Costa this is it,the fault must lie in the management at the end of the day.
