I had ordered 2 falafel pitta and it was completely disaster. Falafel were completely dry and tasteless and cold when I got it delivered. Chips were soggy. I would think twice before I order it next time. Very disappointed.

I love this place. If you’re looking for good fast food in Harrow which is now hard to find this is it. Worth every penny. The pitas are to die for.

First order, was very happy with quality, including falafel wrap and chips. Bonus points for keeping the cold drink (which was actually cold too!) bagged separately to the hot food. Kept the hot food hot and cold drink cold. Now if only everyone else did this too. Be back soon! =)

Quite bad experience this evening. Service was very poor, the staff wae busy with earphones and cross talking while taking order as well. Place was not hygiene or finally got my food which was below average. Not at all impressive for the money I had paid.

We ordered falafel for delivery from Falafel Bar Harrow to Stanmore. The food took over 30 mins to deliver by Uber Eats and turned up cold. We complained but we did not get a replacement or a refund.

My meal was never delivered. The staff at the restaurant were very unhelpful and did not provide me the contact details of the delivery driver. Said if I had a complaint I needed to go through Just Eat. Overall terrible service

AVOID THIS PLACE. VERY DIRTY/ANIMAL HAIR. We went to the shisha place at the back of the garden and had to walk past the kitchen. It was disgusting and very dirty. It looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks and the floors were very dirty. I am sure we saw some rat dropping as we walked towards the end of the shisha place, we saw that they have a resident cat that lives there. Which I am pretty sure is for the rats running around. It makes no sense and that a place that serves food, has all the kitchen doors wide open, messy work-tops, dirty bins and a cat food bowl full of food etc and a cat running around does not seem very hygienic. On top of that people brought their dogs into the takeaway bit and into the shisha place, I mean it is a bit baffling. It was not a guide dog but a normal pet, so it was like an episode of Tom and Jerry. Both the Cat and dog were eyeing each other and something was bound to happen. AVOID these places unless you want to have animal hair in your food. PS to people ordering on ubereats/just eat just visit this place once and promise you will never ever order from here again. The staff on the phone lady and guy are very rude. They could not understand basic English and kept going around in circles. Customer service is non-existent.

Best £17 on 3 items I've spent on Just Eat. First time trying defo coming back. Only one small suggestion for them to use brown paper bags instead of plastic bags my chips came wet but over all the food was fab! Send food in brown paper bags! Thank me later.

Today's falafel salad box was the best order I've had from here - less pickles, more hummus and perfect crispiness on the falafel. Highly recommended (even more than before!)

Quite conflicted writing this review because the food I ordered on Deliveroo tasted amazing although expensive (£16 for falafel box + chips). But then yesterday I went directly and ordered at the store, I forgot to ask them not to add tomatoes, so I checked it it had tomatoes and told him to not to worry since it was my mistake. But there I stood horrified to see the two employees pick through my food removing all the tomatoes 😢 I was in shock and so disappointed tbh, no gloves and I’d seen one of them handle money just before. I don’t know if he washed his hands. I know his intentions were good but hygiene is a MUST in food establishments. Honestly so disappointed.

Very tasty and healthy food available with drinks (take away also available. Inside is cash only) extremely clean and the hygiene is at a very high level, food is made with care and also very quick so you don’t have to wait that long. Would recommend and also vegan!! Manu tasty options on the menu, would defo recommend!

Food was good. But wrap type was wrongly marked on wrapper and we all ended up eating other one’s choices. Please ensure you mark them correctly.

I don't get why reviews are so good. I visited this place today and paid £7.50 for a falafel wrap and chips. I thought the price was a lot for what I got, an anorexic wrap full of pickled salad. To be brutally honest, I couldn't taste the falafel with all the salad. I only tried this place because of the reviews but won't be going back. I make a more flavoursome wrap using frozen falafel. This was definitely one of the worse wraps I have ever tried and for £7.50 which I think was definitely overpriced for what I got, a pickled salad wrap!

This is the best falafel bar I know. The food really is amazing. It's one of those gems that is well worth searching out. Falafel is a food you can get wrong quite easily but when it's right, it's amazing. And this is amazing. Went the first time and was blown away so went back a second time to make sure I didn't just get lucky. It was just as good second time round. So, why only four stars? Hopefully the business will take this as constructive criticism as I think if they addressed the only 2 issues I have, they will make more money. Issue 1: it is cash only. Not a biggie and there is a cashpoint just outside. But in this day and age, particularly with the pandemic, payment by card is quicker, easier and more professional. Issue 2: Presentation of the 'shop'. When you walk in, you may well feel like walking straight out. It looks like a (bad) minicab office. No sign of the delicious food that awaits you. The place is an utter mess. In the front window is an ugly water softening machine which could easily be hidden out of sight, All you get is a high wooden counter. It doesn't feel at all like a takeaway and there is little to whet your appetite. Spend a bit of money making the place more attractive and it is sure to attract more customers who may otherwise not give the place the chance its food so rightly deserves. Hope that's helpful for customers and the business alike.

Very Tasty falafel made with fresh ingredients. You have a choice of bread and open box. The guy in the till was very helpful and even suggested the sauces etc.

Falafel itself was actually decent but the salads was ruined by liquidy sauces. Garlic sauce from middle eastern restaurants is meant be thick but the one served is runny and not very nice either. Ruined the meal

Basic wraps illegibly labelled, garlic side sauce was more like garlic oil/butter than sauce. Cheesy fries were delicious.

Had Falafel bar for the first time this afternoon. We ordered a falafel and halloumi salad box, spicy chips and a spicy falafel Pitta. Everything from the order taking to the food was top notch. Very delicious and fresh. I'll be coming here again very soon without a doubt.

I love falafels! If you do too, try this place! Very good falafel and hummus! The staff serving us was very friendly. Upon knowing that we were mot locals and had travelled quite a bit for buying falafels, he offered us a drink or two on them as well! Very thoughtful! Will definitely come again!

I was passing by Falafel bar and went in to see what it was all about! The team was super friendly and Sagar took his time explaining the variety of options! Decided to order a falafel original wrap and spicy chips! Awesome delish food!! can't wait to go back again. Highly recommend!

Very annoyed, drove 20 minutes to get here and they said they only take cash! No notice on their social media or website .... very irresponsible! I Didn’t have cash so just had to back drive home. A waste of 40 minutes!

Best falafel in London hands down, crispy on the outside and soft and creamy in the inside , perfectly seasoned.The sauces perfectly complemented the falafel. Defo recommend the spicy falafel, will be coming again.

Falafels are made from scratch using more cumin which is yummy. They made their own tahini sauce, all vegan too. Salad box can be a bit bigger though, hence 4 stars.

Wasn't happy as in the pitta breads and wrap wasn't any sauce out although we specifically asked for some also with the cheesy chips I think you should keep some sort of wrapping underneath so the melted cheese doesn't stick to the box.

I am a regular customer at the harrow branch and my experience today has put me off as I purchased wraps which although were prepared with fresh ingredients, except for the bread which has passed it's "best before date" of the 9.01.20. I wouldn't have found out but the person serving said he only purchases the bread every morning and argued the best before date meant it was produced on the day. Very upset with my experience. A sincere suggestion to the owners to educate the sales staff.

Falafel and spicy chips were amazing and the service outstanding.

Came here for some falafel and they do great falafel! The guy at the front is one of the most friendliest guys ever. Super helpful taking an order. They do onion garlic free options too. Really good portion sizes too. Had the falafel pita and cheese masala chips. Highly recommend visiting here. The place is shared with the shisha bar.
