The food and drinks are good quality and tasty, if a little pricey for this kind of offer. Inside the building can be very noisy especially when there are children around but is pleasant enough. The tables in the conservatory area are best although the alfresco ones are lovely in the better weather. The staff are generally fine but some appear very grumpy; as if they’d prefer to be elsewhere. Staff seem to take their breaks in the public area, we saw one with feet on seats eating hot food with their hands which we found rather off-putting.

Abrupt, grumpy service at the counter. £14 for a simple 3 hashbrown topped with some avocado dish (plus parking costs). Unfortunately items on the online menu were different to that to order with veggie options not as good. Virtually snapped at when I asked what lattes were available, and was told I can have a tea or coffee. Bearing in mind I have previously ordered turmeric latte which was lovely, it didn't seem an unreasonable question. Overpriced and very poor service (although the lady who served coffees had a smile). Menu and service have definitely dived downhill, which is a shame.

Awful. Cafe has gone down hill. Staff bar a few are rude , seen gossiping about customers, one member of staff seen going in kitchen area and punching her right closed fist on left open palm as to indicate that’s what she wanted to do to customer just served. What a fabulous find! We had stayed overnight in the area and were in no rush to drive home so we called in to the park for a walk, a coffee in Daisy’s and a look around the museum next door. It was a lovely day and the cafe so appealing that we went back in for lunch too. The menu is varied and interesting. (Plus delicious cakes!) The staff are friendly and helpful, and the ambience is great. Thank you for setting us up so well for our 3 hour drive home. Wish I lived nearer, I’d be a regular.

I hardly ever write reviews, either good ones or bad ones. Today I had a bit of a shock when buying ice cream at Daisy's in Pinner park. Daisy's is in a lovely spot and it's clearly popular on a sunny day. Today though we were really disappointed. On ordering we were told that there would be a 30 minute wait for food, however it was over an hour before food arrived and no member of staff made any effort to let us know or apologise. When the food arrived some of it was overcooked. I can only imagine the kitchen got overwhelmed with orders on an unexpectedly sunny day where lots of people descended on the cafe. But based on our experience today I would say avoid unless it's quiet.

We had a fantastic breakfast here approximately 1 years ago and were excited to return last week. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we noticed how dirty the place was (food over the seats and stuck to the menus). Unfortunately we left without eating so can’t comment on the food. I’m hoping they’d had a particularly busy lunch sitting and hadn’t had time to clean (although some of the food seemed pretty caked on so I suspect it had been there for some time). Really lovely park though and the Heath Robinson Museum is well worth a visit!

Unattended counter. Waiting 7 mins then had to knock the kitchen door to get someone to serve me. Lady took my order extra polite knowing how pissed off I was! Ordered a coffee and breakfast bap, coffee took 15 mins to appear and breakfast bap took 40 mins. I wasted 1.5 hours just getting a simple coffee and bap, ridiculous service. Cafe was quite dirty with hardly any tables free. Outdoor tables full of dirty crockery that nobody cleared, until it started to rain then they decided to clear the tables. I think because it was almost closing time they were then rushing to quickly clear up so they can go home asap!! They didn’t care that people had nowhere to sit. But then again we all go to work to collect money, we don’t go to exactly serve people…let’s be honest

The location of the cafe is nice. However, the quality of food was not up to mark towards the price. We were quite disappointed with our English breakfast. When comparing our individual items, we found it tasted different such as my potato rosti tasted undercooked in comparison to my friends. Recently seems to have gone downhill. Past couple of times some veggie options on menu have not been available. Paid for chickpea hash but was told unavailable. Ordered smashed avo on toast instead, which was very dry sourdough bread, tough dry chilli pieces (fresh would've been better) with hard poached egg. My daughters had chicken and beef burgers which they enjoyed, my Mum enjoyed her tart with the tasty salads. I, unfortunately chose the chickpea and kimchi burger, which was like eating thick dry cardboard, it looked and tasted very processed and was flavorless. It was undoubtedly the worst vegetarian burger I’ve ever had, it does come with mayo ( which had been forgotten, so I had to request this) which did help with the dryness, but didn’t enhance the flavour. I would urge the cafe to source a different supplier of vegetarian burger please. It wasn’t all bad, the chips were good!!

Front of house staff are terrible even if they're not conscious of it. There's no clarity on whether there's table service or ordering at the counter and in either case no menu is made available. Wait 30 minutes after a server looks at you in an empty dining area and shouts a table number (with no follow up) to leave your seat to ask for a menu to be told once you're ready that the kitchen has closed. They've no concept of what the restaurant advertises. They say they'll ask about it then once they've come back and you again have to leave your seat to ask them if they've asked they say they "don't know" even that. Ordering at the counter is even worse - they ignore, make you feel you're bothering them, pretend they don't know about their items, then act like you're stupid for not knowing yourself. They seem to assume they've right-of-way passing in corridors even in situations favouring their guests. Tables more clean recently but previously were filthy to the point of difficulty finding a table without clutters of dirty uncleared plates, glasses, cutlery. From the little orders I've been able to get the FOH to take the kitchen staff seem they might be good, otherwise I hope whatever public authority renting/contracting out this space doesn't renew this owner/manager's contract or if they have a replacement they revoke it as soon as possible because there's plenty who could do a much better job in this public space.

Terrible experience in Daisy's today...waiting over 45mins for flat iron chicken with 3 salads. A tiny piece of anaemic chicken finally came out so I sent it back. 20mins later another tiny bit of chicken came out with a hint of colour. The clue is in the name 'flat iron' this should be a large flattened chicken breast ...takes no more than 10mins to cook if that. I was too incensed to eat so ask for a refund. This was not offered. Minimal acknowledgement of my dissatisfaction. Not good enough on any level.

Idyllic setting—especially when the sun is shining!! I ordered their version of avocado toast, which I must say was unlike any other I’ve had (pictured). I ordered a full English breakfast and Coffee was not included not like other Cafes, the toast was only 1 slice which is not enough so I was not satisfied but I asked for more and was given . When I finished eating I ordered another cappuccino, than another teenage lady was telling my waitress to charge me for toast but she said: "no it's ok" so then I thought that's nice. I went back to order a biscuit to have with my coffee , and after they agreed not to charge me for toast the same teenage charged me for extra toast , so I complained and she went ahead go and complain go ahead. . Very rude mean staff . Over a toast. All together just for myself I been charged £18.20 this is daylight robbery.

Best experience I've ever had, although it's always top notch in this store. The staff today were just amazing

This is an amazing venue if you want quality food, quality shisha and attentive service. I visited this venue for the first time with friends. The staff were attentive and welcoming. No pressure to order several shishas per group which has been my experience at other shisha venues in the surrounding areas in the past. I ordered the falafel salad and mint tea. The food was fresh and had been prepared with care. The shisha quality was also amazing. Usually I always feel that there is a harshness to shisha but at this venue it was soo smooth- clearly they are using quality shisha, flavouring and coal. The staff also come around to change the coal and remove any excess ash. One of the owners Naz was extremely friendly and actually sat with us and socialised with us for a while which was a great touch. The prices are also very reasonable. Overall a really nice chilled out venue. I would recommend and will definitely be returning.

It's Sunday and I'm feeling bored. I went to Cafe Nero at Harrow on the hill and tried their pistachio iced Cafe latte plus their new Italian cream bun. It's a waste of money! Horrible taster of both items! Never again!

It was more synchronicity than accident that the first Wetherspoons emerged from the first year of Thatcher: the rise of this business model walked hand in hand with the gradual erosion of the Working Men’s Club, where subsidised beer was part of the overall energy of what was on offer. Back in the day, men would sit so very loyally in these institutions, often finishing a shift, going straight there to either nurse beer or watch what entertainment on offer. It wasn’t urban myth that women of the seventies and eighties marriages would walk to these clubs and serve their men the dinner there, or come in for a row. The proverbial stay at home wife still exists, though today a far different creature, being kept happy with holidays, cars and home furnishings. This bar has an ignored tourist base: all Wetherspoons now, regardless of geography should be aware of the Arbnb market. But, like all chains, it has no hope of dealing with this energy, preferring instead to deal with the constraints of blanket brand approach. Here, moments away from the most exclusive boy’s school in the country exists a dogged Trinity: heavily pierced and tattooed staff with relationship interconnectivity with staff elsewhere in Harrow bars, gossip with customers that are not too happily married. 2 fiercely compromised gentlemen of note need really badly to hold court: one a compulsive gambler and self appointed Town Cryer/Snitch, the other a coke addict, needing cheap boooze and proximity to a nearby club that facilitates more time away from the missus. Both are guilty of rumour spreading to qualify for Anglo Saxon Village punishment. Further back from the seventies, gossips, snitches and muck spreaders were Cukked: bathed in excrement and shamed. The third aspect to this Trinity is the barring policy of Spoons. Here the really nasty alternative life of a post grad is eased with the power to barr. The town itself has the barring from this bar as a kind of weird Badge of Honor. Everyone who has it in them to give money to this institution has been barred at one time or another. Note that it took a huge amount of effort to have Greene King barr a very irritating individual claiming to be the cousin of Tim Martin. His very best friend sits here whilst others remain barred. Another visit is due. The poor social media (almost), says it all. Wetherspoons has it’s critics but remains a great brand. Reliability, social cohesion and a sense of history are it’s strengths. BUT, it has a tendency to be one thing in the centre of things and another in the suburbs and regions. It need not be so. A visit to The Beaten Docket in Cricklewood is where a traveller will find groups of guys playing cards, backgammon, enjoying each other without a whiff of a chance of one of them stabbing the backs of the league. Centrally located Spoons are a boon. If thinking that this bar represents brand or locale it serves, think again, go instead to the Three Wishes in Pinner or the Spoons in Baker St.
