Went for breakfast. No normal bread, only soda or sourdough, which i find spongy and elastic. No meusli or similar. So I ended up with a poached egg and a sausage. I only wanted a light breakfast. Coffee was nice. My husband had a sausage bap. He didn't like the Brioche Bun as it broke up as you're trying to eat it. Would have been better as a sandwich 🥪 in normal bread. He wouldn't eat the Brioche again. We used to go to Daisy's every week, but not for a long time, but it's great to take your dog there whilst eating, as it has an under cover area. We keep trying, hoping they'd offer alternative bread options. There is plenty of car parking. Just remember to pay... I nearly forgot! It can be very noisy indoors with many families there. There is a quiet zone for people with no kids. Done the kids thing and got 10 grandkids, so I'm glad there's a zone just for adults.

We have been going to this cafe for many years primarily because of its great location. We’ve been going there despite filthy toilets , old and dirty furniture, and poor service. Unfortunately they have put the prices so high that we’ve decided to stop going there. £6 for a carrot cake? Are you joking? The staff are also so unfriendly. I’ve literally never seen any of them smile. Not even once in so many years.

Daisy’s is a nice setting and the food is pretty good, but so over priced for portion size. Recently paid £30 for two barely filled bagels, a coffee and an orange juice, and served by a really stroppy teenager on the till who looked like she’d rather be watching paint dry. Tables all needed a clean too with coffee stains on the majority of them and tissues strewn over the floor

Daisy's is our go to stop after a long walk. Today I met with old friends. Parking is available. Indoor and outdoor dining is an option too... The menu had lots of choice for vegetarians too . We all enjoyed our meals and another bonus was that the coffee was served nice and HOT! Service was efficient and polite. I had an issue with my cutlery and it was fixed straight away without fuss. The cakes looked divine but sadly I was so full I couldn't manage one Thanks Daisy's

I encountered an extremely rude and unhelpful female manager here on Saturday 3/5/25. My 4-year-old desperately needed the toilet and an employee said we could use the toilet. The manager then refused this citing 'health and safety'. She then refused to help or suggest another toilet and told us to get out.

Okay, so I usually wait till I'm home to review, but I gotta share the good and bad about this place. Yeah, the staff are a bit blunt, but more tired than rude, you know? It's not Witherspoon prices, but seriously, that was one of the best breakfasts I've had in ages! Not greasy at all, and it tasted amazing. Plus, the atmosphere in that lovely park is awesome. I've been to tons of places in the UK and all over, and honestly, that breakfast is in my top 10, ever. The staff are fine too – we're all human, right? I live an hour and a half away, and I'd totally drive there just for the food and a stroll in the park. 🙏 thank you for a lovely morning

Update: decided to downgrade this one star from two. Went there today with mum friends with toddlers in the buggy. Staff very rude to ask us to move while waiting for our order as they were serving customers and also got rudely shouted on when the order was ready. All staff was clearly showing an attitude that was hostile and upset to be working so busy. Can't understand why management can't train or change stuff. This should be a calm, family friendly spot in the heart of Pinner but as far as service goes for a long time now it's more of a disgrace. I'm often coming to the area with friends but today's visit made me realise I do need to take my business elsewhere. This could be such a lovely place. However staff is just so hostile every single time. Today especially on a nice sunny day and the people serving are worse than any random coffee shop. Wish that management would train or recruit other staff with proper manners suitable to this exquisite building and park....

Lovely setting, but I'm afraid the lack of vegan options is really disappointing. There was just one choice today that was labelled vegan - a winter warmer soup and there wasn't even any vegan margarine to go with the bread roll. I've come to the cafe several times over the past few years, and have always been mildly disappointed by the lack of choice for vegans. Could one of the toasties - e.g. the cashew one also have been made vegan? Most cafes now have three or four choices and there are several cafes in Pinner that do.

My husband ordered a burger. It came with a small amount of chips in an enamel mug. The chips were flabby, brown and virtually cold. The most shocking was his burger. It looked very unappetising, with melted cheese cemented to the top. It was so bad that my husband struggled to eat half of it, and only because he was hungry. For all intents and purposes, it looks either reheated or left under one of those restaurant counter heaters used to keep food hot. My shakshuka was fine. How difficult can it be to get a burger right?

Normally love it here but today was not good. We arrived too late for breakfast (they finish serving it at 12) so I asked what the quiche of the day was and was told it was Feta with cherry tomatoes. When it arrived it was something different (corgette). The broccoli salad was just cold cooked broccoli. My husband's burger was ok. The 'hand cut fries' were just warm and soggy. The coffee was very nice. Overall the staff don't seem bothered, although they did replace a sauce bottle when we asked them to as it was covered in congealed sauce. When I pointed out the mistake with my quiche the server said sorry for the miscommunication, but no offer of a refund. Our meal for two cost over £44. For this price you would expect a little more care. Such a shame because I have loved this place in the past.

Not a good experience from the start. Staff are blunt and jarring either speaking to you like an infant or like they don’t care. One actually managed to combine to two which takes skill. After paying almost £50 for 2 toasties, a tiny portion of chips (that actually came in a little mug), 2 cold drinks, a coffee and a cream tea for 2 we sat and were told by the unfriendly waitress that brought our hot drinks that they had run out of jam for the scones and did we want honey? Obviously not- so we asked for a refund. Hardly any cakes- we came at about half 2. Display was practically empty and hadn’t been condensed or anything. Toasties had hardly any filling and no cheese at all in the tuna one. The red dip they give with them is disgusting. Chips were fries and mostly thin crunchy greasy things with a VERY light dust of salt. No flavour. Bread was hard at the edges. The teacup was the same size as my toddler’s toy tea set. My 1.5 year olds sun glasses in the picture are for size reference. No one came over to check if all was well, and while sat here right now they are serving hot drinks in takeaway cups because they have ‘run out of mugs’ and yet tables all around are covered in dirty dishes. Food is not worth the money at all, service is listless and off putting. Shame as the park is lovely and the location of the cafe is great- just needs to be a different cafe and team I think.

Recall an incident there last year where I had ordered a vegetarian breakfast and they said they were out of stock of an item (that was supposed to be included per the menu). (I think it was potato rosti). No discounts or swaps though, not even a simple piece of bread. Then I observed the ingredient on others’ plates and when called out on it, the staff claimed they were directed by management to offer it on specific other dishes but not that dish. There was an innocent east Asian waitress trying to help us and then they claimed there was a language barrier (she could speak perfectly fine English). So, it was dishonesty and lack of customer orientation with a light sprinkling of racism to their colleague.

The food on the table looked good, but since we'd already had brunch elsewhere, we weren’t overly hungry and were looking for something light, like sides or cake. We decided to go for the cream tea. The scone had a beautiful colour and was baked with a lovely, crisp crust, although it was a bit dense. It was great value, especially since you get two large scones. I was so full after the first one that I had to take the second home. The cafe was quite busy, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

The food is great, and the seating view is superb as it faces the park. However, the staff is bit terse and doesn’t offer or help customers with food options, even when they are available on the menu. Also, they are not flexible for most of the changes. There was an option for eggs on a bagel. I asked to be scrambled, but they mentioned that it is not possible after 12 p.m. For the atmosphere, it is cozy and has a great view as I mentioned. However, some of the tables are wobbly, some of the chairs are a bit worn out and not comfortable to sit in. I think this place is still good, but certain aspects of it have deteriorated, and it would be great if they could just fix it again.

Unfortunately, upon arrival, we noticed how dirty the place was (food over the seats and stuck to the menus). Unfortunately we left without eating so can’t comment on the food. Unattended counter. Waiting 7 mins then had to knock the kitchen door to get someone to serve me. Lady took my order extra polite knowing how pissed off I was! Ordered a coffee and breakfast bap, coffee took 15 mins to appear and breakfast bap took 40 mins. I wasted 1.5 hours just getting a simple coffee and bap, ridiculous service. Cafe was quite dirty with hardly any tables free. Outdoor tables full of dirty crockery that nobody cleared, until it started to rain then they decided to clear the tables. I think because it was almost closing time they were then rushing to quickly clear up so they can go home asap!! They didn’t care that people had nowhere to sit. But then again we all go to work to collect money, we don’t go to exactly serve people…let’s be honest

Lovely experience. Friendly helpful staff. Great organic coffee and the new selection of home made cakes are almost healthy and very tasty. Not at all expensive.

Worst and most expensive breakfast in Pinner! Eggs royale were cold, rock solid and had dribbles of hollandaise sauce - mostly over the plate rim. The dog friendly area was freezing - nice customers though - but “doggy people” are. Cafe nero in Pinner is dog friendly and FAR better value for money

Located in Pinner Memorial Park this cafe offers a view at the pond. Pleasant place to stop for a cuppa. It gets very busy during the weekend which impacts the service, the tables are left unattended and full of dirty dishes for long periods of time. They should hire more staff. Also increase the amount of cakes for sale as often there's nothing left by 3 PM.

The location of the cafe is nice. However, the quality of food was not up to mark towards the price. We were quite disappointed with our English breakfast. When comparing our individual items, we found it tasted different such as my potato rosti tasted undercooked in comparison to my friends. We did complain about this, but we were informed by the worker that this is all made within the same batch. I’m not sure if it was just a bad day.

Well i go there frequently but i am extremely disappointed with the customers service. There is one indian girl and guy working and i asked cappuccino with coconut milk as soon as i said i have voucher of 3+ am using they gave me very weird look and gave me sarcastic smirk as i am buying it for free. I heard them giggling and saying something like free people and all which was upsetting. Honestly i only use vouchers often whenever i have and i always buy it from cafe nero as i love their taste but the way they judge their customers is extremely unprofessional and impolite. They deliberately didn't scan my voucher and said it's not working when i asked in three they said it's working completely fine may be they didn't wanna scan it made me pay even though the coffee was free. This is horrible i would never go in this branch.

To be honest 1 star is excessive because I'd give it a ZERO. The way I and my 2 grandchildren were treated on Saturday was disgusting. They refused to serve me any food or drinks because they had put a small sign in the window saying Sunderland fans only. I'm 70yrs old my grandchildren are 12yrs and 10yrs old. I said what trouble are we going to cause. The reply was security will be here shortly you'd better go. My granddaughter felt threatened by this statement and became very upset. We left.
