Caffe Nero in Harrow

It's Sunday and I'm feeling bored. I went to Cafe Nero at Harrow on the hill and tried their pistachio iced Cafe latte plus their new Italian cream bun. It's a waste of money! Horrible taster of both items! Never again!

Nice spot, location felt a bit worn down. However the coffee was great and place was spacious and bright. It was a little empty but was still warm and friendly.

Coffee was barely lukewarm. Also, had a lemon roulade which was dry and seemed pretty old (not fresh). Staff were obviously overworked because short staffed so they were very curt.

Three of us visited here because we had an important meeting. We were there for about two hours, and needed Wi-Fi which was reliable on our laptop. We had two rounds of drinks and some snacks and the staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout. I requested that my hot chocolate be made extra hot and this was achieved with pleasure from their side. As an improvement, I would like to see that the bathroom area has a deep clean with less water splashes and paper on the floor therefore making it potentially more appealing to future user’s.

Después de un muy decepcionante experiencia por la carretera un poco, en realidad el poder sentarse y tomar un café que sabe de café y leche en vez de espuma marrón, disfrute de un bollo y ser tratado como un ser humano en todo me impulsa a escribir esta crítica. Para el registro, compré el mismo café capuchino como lo hizo antes, pero esta vez, fue mucho más fuerte, más sabroso y con una sonrisa en vez de un snarl. El contraste es simplemente difícil de sostener, pero vertheles real.

C'est une grande chaîne qui a l'avantage d'offrir une régularité dans les boissons fournies. Pour un bon café ou capucino c'est pour moi la meilleure adresse. De plus les fauteuils bas avec de petites tables sont propices à de longues discussions. Bien sûr le wifi est présent et gratuit.

コーチステーションや駅のターミナルなどにあるので気軽に利用できて便利です。私はヒースローのコーチ（長距離バス）ステーショ ンにあるお店を時々利用しています。

Double espresso with cream - the staff understand their own menu and what you mean, unlike other places where staff ask you if you want single or double and if you want cream or not. On Sunday they have a couple of copies of the Sunday Times for customers to read - two racks at the front and the back so if you don't see a copy in the nearby rack or somebody else is reading it, check the other rack. Convenient for all the shops.

Good coffee and availability of snack items that are fresh. The service is quick and friendly too. Seating is comfortable and lots of space.

The coffee tasted so smooth. I loved it! I wish there was one of these cafes where I live! I like it much better than Starbucks.
