Caffe Pascucci Hatch End in Harrow

I have never seen this place have more than a table or two free no matter what time of the day I have visited, and for good reason. The staff are courteous, the food is amazing. They are happy to swap certain things around like make certain changes to a fixed menu. The place is always clean, staff are always around and visible. And tables are cleaned quickly to make space for new visitors. I usually just stick to my favourite Full English breakfast with a caramel latte. But I have heard that they have other great stuff on the menu as well.

Went with family and children. Service was slow. Quality of food and coffee was good. Buzzing place.

This cafe randomly ring you up and then deny all knowledge of the event I mean could you not be slinging pies and enjoying the sky, next time they do this I will certainly fly down and enjoy one of their tasty cusine

Not happy with visit today. Ham and cheese toastie was ready prepared, not freshly made as expected. Also it was loaded with cheese on top which was so greasy we had to wipe away and soak in a tissue first. Very disappointed.

Tasty veggie breakfast and a pot of tea that is plenty enough for two (don't listen to the staff!) makes this is a nice place to visit. Only 'Hatch End Prices' ought not to be on par with 'Central London' so just 4 stars!

Over price, not my cup of tea. Always have dodgey people sitting outside not hood for the area.

I thought I’d treat myself to a nice coffee on my way into work this morning. I arrived at pascucci and ordered my drink. I’m a diabetic so ordered a sugar free vanilla soy latte. I got soy. I got hazelnut syrup. I was in a rush so instead of saying it was wrong I left and decided I wouldn’t come back. Then as I walked along, the bottom of the takeaway cup gave out and the coffee spilt on me and the pavement. Good thing it saved me from a sugar spike, but made me self conscious as I had to travel into London with a huge coffee spill on my coat. Not impressed at all. For just under £5 I got the wrong coffee and another £30 dry cleaning bill on my hands.

An excellent local independent café. Went there taking a break on a long walk and we were made very welcome. Great service, great food and great value.

They decided to close an hour earlier despite being advertised till 9pm. Drove down and they were cleaning and had shut everything down. Update your hours as this is not good enough

It is about Brownie; that is not a brownie. No one would ever serve something like that in the name of Brownie. If you dont know how to make it, don’t add in your menu. I was shocked to see it. A worse black cake with one scoop of vanila Ice cream. Why would i spend £6.50 just for that one scoop of ice cream. Waste of money, time and mood. There is nothing less than a star ⭐️ they deserve no star.

New review- Awful place avoid under all cut due to poor customer service by the owner. This is nothing against the staff members but owner needs a 101 on customer service. And stop taking offence like a snowflake woke. Old review when counters were manned by sensible individuals - I visited the cafe after renovation and I must say the new look is more soothing than the earlier one. The staff member was courteous and offered some good recommendations on which dessert to order. Their pistachio cheese cake was delicious and delectable.

The hot drinks are actually hot and not warm unlike most coffee shops. The chai latte was so tasty

The food was cold and in an unacceptable condition.

Scowled at us when we arrived. Told us they would be closing in 30 mins, which we said was OK. Refused to sell us tea because it would take 15 minutes to make, but would sell us latté. Really poor

This is the 2nd visit here...and will def be the last. First time the coffee machine was not working snd unable to serve anything. This time...all machinery was working behind the counter...sadly the staff weren't. They had one job! Serve coffee...and for us both our orders were wrong. Decaf served caffinated with the wrong milk, a latte served as a cappuccino with the wrong milk. After 30 minutes had to go and ask for our food! Hatch end deserves better than this shambles

Excellent for coffee and dessert or just coffee or just desert. The service is always quick and effective and the desserts fresh. Nice tables out with good weather.

I paid £8.25 for one slice of cheesecake and one scoop of ice cream. I could have gone to Harrods and it would’ve been cheaper. So annoying, being ripped off as a new customer.

As there is a distinct lack of decent cafes serving breakfast in our local area, we were really happy to stumble across this little gem of a cafe. My partner and I both had the veggie breakfast - reasonably priced and delicious! Great coffee too. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff - we will definitely return!

Terrible service Visited the cafe with friends, staff and owner were very abrupt and rude. No customer service. Zero tolerance for such bad behaviour. Ice creams served with forks, when asked for additional cutlery and crockery we were told this would not be possible. Requested for an extra cup for tea we were told it would cost extra for a cup. They close at 10pm so were rushed through our dessert. Appalling service and I want to know why they are allowed to trade.

Love the gelato flavours here. Staff are attentive and friendly. Had a flat white here on my last visit, better than the Costa's and Starbucks of this world bit there is room for improvement, probably on their choice of beans.

Delicious ice-cream. Loads of different and unusual flavours. We had pistachio, snickers and kinder bueno all of which were fantastic. Ice-cream can be in a cone or cup and choice of toppings. Also available to purchase to take away in insulated boxes.

Every time my husband n I make a trip to Morrisons, on our way back we are sure to visit this place, we spend quite a bit of money, sadly last Saturday we dined wt 2 other friends wt the first bill amounting to almost £30/ we stayed on for awhile to catch as we had not met our friends due to lockdown, we went on to order further drinks n desert. When I went up to pay the proprietor Anton commented by asking me did I only spend £17 for having stayed there for a long time. I was shocked n speechless but told him this was my second bill and confirmed by his daughter who served us. Very disappointed with such an attitude from the proprietor, rest assured we wl not go there any more.

Good coffee but cup size could be a little bigger given its price point especially if it wants to differentiate itself as an independent coffee shop.

Always fast & friendly service, best coffee in Hatch End, visited for Fathers day breakfast and it was fantastic.

Stopped here for a takeaway coffee and cannolis on Saturday morning. Had two chocolate cannolis, which were incredible. However, on the 5 min walk back to my car most of my takeaway coffee ended up scalding my hands and drenching a napkins. To top it all off when I tried to drink out the lid coffee dripped down me!!! Not a good experience!

Got some takeaway ice-creams, at just over a fiver for a double scoop we're talking London prices, but the ice cream was good, with interesting flavours. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Hello. A nice place for take away. Serves good takeaway coffee and hot chocolate. A bit annoyed I was overcharged for using a debit card without telling me.

They have a nice selection of good ice creams available and serve decent coffee here. Coffee and ice cream will set you back a fiver so it's not unreasonably priced or anything. The interior looks alright and I can't complain about the service - good standard place to sit inside for some coffee and ice cream.

Not CoVid safe. Really disappointing visit. No one checked to see if you had checked in to the tracking app, tables were dirty, and not cleaned after customers had left. No social distancing measures in place. Also the man behind the counter who I'm assuming is the owner wore his mask on his chin the whole time. Italian pastries tasted old and dry. Gelato is good. Overall I will not be visiting here again

Great dessert selection and pretty good coffee. Small place so can get busy but worth it.

Firstly, no one was wearing a mask! Woman behind the till was wearing x1 glove and happily took customers money without a care in the world and without washing her hands after. Coffee was pretty average, asked for a takeaway cup but was completely ignored! Breakfast was horrible and overpriced for Tesco ingredients. The woman in the kitchen literally walked out to go to Tesco to buy stuff after we placed our order. Bread was smothered with butter and we weren’t even asked if we wanted any. We are both lactose intolerant!!! Absolutely avoid!

Treated kids to ice cream reasonably priced and good variety we ordered a hero flavored and a kinder bueno, I had a slice of victoria sponge cake. The ice creams were more gelato in texture which I prefer both were delicious. The cake was buttery and sweet. Would recommend and I plan on using this place for treating the kids to good ice cream. Would recommend, there is a car park nearby which charges 20p an hour which adds to the convenience.

Always happy when I go here. Both the quality of the food and service is good. They also have a variety of flavours of gelato ice cream.

Always open in lockdown, unlike Costa. Now they are our go to coffee shop.

The milkshakes made from homemade ice cream were absolutely delicious, and so were the ciabatta sandwiches that my friends and I had. The atmosphere was cheery and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming to the many customers that came in and out whilst I was there. This family-run cafe was a great place to spend the afternoon - would highly recommend and will definitely go back again! - Emily

A warm and friendly family run coffee shop. COVID safe. They make their own ice cream and use it to make the delicious milkshakes. The food was amazing with a very wide range of options for such a small caffe, their website is very helpful if you're a fussy eater. Service was very quick and the food was perfect. Not a single complaint.

Visited this place on 1st March for a coffee and found the staff very friendly. Had slice of cake and coffee to celebrate a birthday. If you are in the area it is worth a visit for a cake and coffee.

Myself and my friend both went to this cafe after along time. The service was still just as good and the dessert was amazing, We had fresh waffles with ice cream, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Popped in for coffee and lunch with a colleague. Great selection of panini, attentive service, good value and ice atmosphere. The pastries on the counter also looked amazing.

Good service. Just popped in For a cup of tea. Nicely presented in a pot with milk in a dinky glass bottle. Tempted by a pain au chocolate which was very fresh and delicious. Very comfortable seating with quiet atmosphere.

Met a friend at Cafe Pascucci. Coffee latte was good and my friend's decaffeinated tea was served in a pleasing manner in a teapot with a quirky little milk bottle on the side. The gentleman who served us was friendly and sitting at the cafe was very comfortable. Quite a busy little place even on a weekday morning and it seems clean. There were some temping snacks and cakes on offer but we resisted temptation on this occasion. A good place for a rendezvous.

I’m sorry to write this but my friend and I had an awful customer service experience at Caffe Pascucci this morning. The one remaining croissant on display appeared it had been there for some time. One of the waiters replied rudely and unashamedly to my request to check for a freshly made croissant. His reply was: “why ask rubbish question”. We took our coffee somewhere else.

Horrible horrible customer service. We ordered morning coffee & cakes and my friend asked if they had a freshly made croissant? His answer was Why are ask rubbish questions? We decided to leave and never go back 😡.
