A fantastic place to party! Great vibes/music!! A decent food menu and amazing cocktails. We were invited our friends celebrating 50th birthday and it was amazing. Deffo recommend it.

Hosted a milestone birthday here on Saturday and had an awesome time and great experience! From planning and organising the event to the actual night, it was very smooth. The staff were pleasant and attentive, the owner was very accommodating and the DJ_nassb was on fire 🔥! Kept the crowd on the dance floor the whole night and made sure we all had a good time. A very memorable night.

Went here for new years. We were never told until seeing an Instagram post a couple days before that there was a minimum spend of £60pp on top of paying £30pp for NYs. This meant we were ordering loads of unwanted food to try and ensure we spent our money, when realistically we didn't need all of it but we weren't drinking alcohol that much either . On top of that, we were incorrectly charged on the night, of which was sorted but not the point. Should never have happened. The girl serving us all night as well seemed quite deflective anytime we tried asking any questions and just responded with 'I just work here' which wasn't very helpful, and also - yes you do work here, hence us asking you the questions. The atmosphere was ok, we were at the back and the employees kept opening the back doors which meant it kept getting freezing. Overall, felt ripped off and would not go back. Especially to celebrate NYs.

A note to say thank you to Joseph and the chef for looking after us on Friday. We talked about the new menu and he asked the chef to send out some food to taste and topped our glasses up! Lovely kind man. Thank you!

They serve halal food but it's not stated on the menu. Be warned if it rains outside the second you walk-in the ground is slippery. The place is actually really nice. Went there on Wednesday evening and left around 9 the main dining area is really nice. But very quiet, I think the shisha is more popular which is at the back. The food is really lackluster, sounds great on paper, looks good on the plate but it's your typical shisha lounge food. Service was good though and the staff are very friendly.

Nice local lounge, plays good music. Prices are ok for a hot drink - not for meals - prices are extortionate (Central LDN prices) (hence 4 and not 5 stars given). Place was empty when we got there, and still more than half empty when we left. Perhaps to do with pricing, Management should think about it. Could be a great place otherwise.

Ok drinks with family. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Been to better places for cocktails for the price but had a nice time. Stayed away from the front as in the past the front has been too loud to talk in.

Wanted to say that I had a fabulous time at the Salsa night on the 5th December. The dancing led by teacher Ione was fun and wonderful the Dj and male dancer added to an evening full of energy fun and great atmosphere, A really enjoyable evening, looking forward to more salsa nights like this.

If I could leave zero stars I would. **Review:** Very disappointing experience with the door staff on Saturday evening. We were refused entry with the excuse that the venue was fully booked for a private event. However, it was obvious this was a lie as we saw others being allowed in right after us. The behaviour was unprofessional and left us feeling unfairly treated/ racist. This kind of dishonesty is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the venue to saying no to customers for no reason. And was dressed to formal. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all as we could see it from the window.

I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by Team Fire and Ice for my best friend's birthday celebration. A huge thank you to the entire team for creating such a spectacular event for Monika. The food was delightful, the staff were incredibly attentive, and the ambiance was perfect. We are so grateful for their dedication to making the evening unforgettable, and for the special attention they gave to our children. The staff are very nice especially the lady she was sweet. Nice cocktails.The issue is the pricing! It’s possibly the most expensive place around harrow. We are talking central London prices! The food is nice enough but it’s not a Michelin starred restaurant! Nearly £16 for 3 blobs of hummus served with some bits of toast and a few bits of carrot! Mental! The price point was mind boggling. The place has potential and I’m sure it’s buzzing at the weekend but please have a reality check with prices. The veggie options for food were also more expensive?!

This was my second time to Fire and Ice. My first experience was not a good one, but as it was a close friends birthday party, i wanted to be there for her special night. I found the service to be very slow and the food/ drinks, very expensive (Central London prices). The quality of the food was below par. Starters were basic and very small for sharing. My main dish (cordon bleu), consisted of two pieces of overcooked, rubbery tough chicken wrapped in ham and cheese...far from being true to its name. It also stated that it came with a side salad....ermm 🙄 it was more like a few sprigs of leaves and 2 cherry tomatoes at a price of £18...very deceitful!. The music at the venue was too loud to have a proper conversation, we were constantly having to shout to be heard. Management needs to have the music on low from 7pm-9pm whilst dining and then turned up after 9pm when people are on the dancefloor. Overall i ended up paying over £60 for minute starter portions, chewy overcooked dry chicken with a few sprigs of garnish and 3 cocktails. The music and atmosphere were good and we had a great time dancing to some tunes, but I'm sorry to say, this has to be the very last time I ever eat here.

Great food, atmosphere and music. The service was impeccable. Very helpful with orders and suggestions. We went for dinner and ended up ordering all the items on starters menu for four of us. The Boneless chicken was tasty - could have been a larger size and less salad 😆a range of cocktail list🍸 of drinks and passion fruit martinis weren’t on the menu but was able to be made for us and were delicious. The music was amazing which got us dancing for a Friday night workout! Brilliant and Great night out, thanks. 😀

I had an awesome time at Fire & Ice last Saturday! The atmosphere was buzzing, and the staff treated us like friends. The food was absolutely delicious—especially the lamb chops—and the cocktails? Just wow! I loved the DJ music; it really added to the fun vibe. We even enjoyed some shisha, which was a nice touch for our night out. I also noticed they do private hire for events, which is great if you’re looking to celebrate something special! Overall, the service was quick and friendly, and I can’t wait to come back for more!

Tried this place as looked a bit different. The nachos and the salsa were amazing. Would have them all over again! The mussels and steak along with chips and mac n cheese also great. So all round amazing. Even had pina coladas and other cocktails too.

Had to knock off a point for atmosphere as we went on a Sunday so it was a little quiet but otherwise thought this was a great place for a summer’s evening. The red mullet was as good as anything you’d eat in a Central London restaurant and cooked perfectly. Perhaps portion sizes could be a little bigger but I guess this place is primarily a bar with good food and not marketing itself as a restaurant. We stuck to wine so missed out on sampling the cocktails but would like to come back to try from the exciting looking list! Service was spot on-attentive without being intrusive. Thanks for a great meal!

This visit was for drinks and shisha. Drinks were great and the shisha (on this occasion) was average. Normally really good. Our waitress Jasmin was great, she checked on our table multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed.

Spoke to restaurant manager who tried to blame the chef/uber driver and Uber system. Was looking for any excuse under the sun. Buck obviously didn't stop with him. Suggest restaurant order Penne Arrabiata from other restaurants in area and lear. Big mistake ordering from this place ! Whilst you are Lebanese owned, and offer an Italian dish, you don't expect Falafel to arrive with melted cheese on it ? AVOID AVOID AVOID ! If you want to show your goodwill, arrange remaining refund through Uber who at least refunded for the Garlic Bread !!

Average overall. Lacked better atmosphere. Staff friendly but slow at serving and clearing the tables. A bit cold inside, could be warmer. Food was ok, cold for my taste. Good Music but too loud too early. Pricey also
