Lovely looking restaurant/ bar / shisha. Staff are really friendly. Food is delicious and the atmosphere is amazing. Love going there for a few drinks and shisha.

Had to knock off a point for atmosphere as we went on a Sunday so it was a little quiet but otherwise thought this was a great place for a summer’s evening. The red mullet was as good as anything you’d eat in a Central London restaurant and cooked perfectly. Perhaps portion sizes could be a little bigger but I guess this place is primarily a bar with good food and not marketing itself as a restaurant. We stuck to wine so missed out on sampling the cocktails but would like to come back to try from the exciting looking list! Service was spot on-attentive without being intrusive. Thanks for a great meal!

This visit was for drinks and shisha. Drinks were great and the shisha (on this occasion) was average. Normally really good. Our waitress Jasmin was great, she checked on our table multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed.

Ordered on Ubereats under account name RAY K yesterday. Awful Food. No Garlic in either dish ! Bread was soggy stodgy and probably cooked in Microwave. Pesto sauce was leaking in bag. Spoke to restaurant manager who tried to blame the chef/uber driver and Uber system. Was looking for any excuse under the sun. Buck obviously didn't stop with him. Suggest restaurant order Penne Arrabiata from other restaurants in area and lear. Big mistake ordering from this place ! Whilst you are Lebanese owned, and offer an Italian dish, you don't expect Falafel to arrive with melted cheese on it ? AVOID AVOID AVOID ! If you want to show your goodwill, arrange remaining refund through Uber who at least refunded for the Garlic Bread !!

Every visit I make to F&I always consists of impeccable customer service, a smile and friendly service by JASMINE. A wonderful member of staff that always makes my time here an enjoyable experience.

Average overall. Lacked better atmosphere. Staff friendly but slow at serving and clearing the tables. A bit cold inside, could be warmer. Food was ok, cold for my taste. Good Music but too loud too early. Pricey also

Fantastic time here yesterday for my birthday. All the staff were phenomenal and so welcoming. The drinks were fantastic and great atmosphere, really made my birthday thank you.

Pleasantly surprised with the attentive staff at this venue, in particular Jasmine who served me. The music was on point with some old school bangers being played by DJKrash.

I came with my family, staff no friendly & expensive. Waitress has attitude and bald guy was staring too much.

Rude staff, wouldn’t recommend. Had waitresses flirting with customers and felt like we were neglected. Expensive too for Pinner, I could go to somewhere in Central London for these prices.

Fire and Ice is amazing the coolest bar in the area on point with anything similar in london but local. The staff are fantastic, the drinks are amazing, an all round fantastic experience. Was here for the 50th birthday and my guests and I had the best time. The DJ is amazing and keeps the party rocking .

This place is very lovely, which I visited often over the pass few years. 3 staff members (Jasmine , Loka and Nev) were very welcoming however I believe Nev has left now. The food and Shisha is nice also.

Very nice spot, with beautiful decor when you first walk in but the ‘secret garden’ at the back was lacking in aesthetics compared to the front but still very nice. Food was great and the shisha was also good. Customer service was also on point with a big shout out to Jasmine and Luca for making us feel welcome.

Cool place for drinks with friends!

Love this place. The decor is amazing with lovely area at the back which is even better in the summer. It’s become our new local since moving to the area. Cocktails always on point, have tried them all by now. Can never fault the service. Jasmine is particularly exceptional, always service with a smile. Joseph, Alvin and the team are always so welcoming!

This is a nice Lounge bar with friendly staff and a DJ playing some good RnB tunes. Its a reasonable size with a front lounge/bar area and then another lounge area at the back of the building that is a shisha lounge (I am not into that, so it was a bit too smoky in there with not enough ventilation for me). Overall it was quite empty for a Friday night when I went, which is a shame for them. I would visit again and hopefully it will be more lively - it looks like it could be a good night out if there were more people/atmosphere there.

They sell cigars which are poorly kept outside of their tubes and expect people to pay an arm and a leg to smoke them. What is the point of a tube then? The heating in the shisha area has no temperature control meaning it feels like it’s 36 degrees in there. This is very dangerous as it dehydrates and my friend even felt sick. I had to complain for them to do something about it. There is no ventilation in that place apart from a few holes. I was smoking a cigar and I kept breathing in the smoke. It defeats the purpose as people beside me were choking on the smoke I was producing. And the service is ridiculous. You get nothing that you ask for and it’s as if the staff don’t understand english which is not the case. Instead they cannot count and they’ll hover over you like a fly to pressure you into constantly ordering things. My cigar ashtray came absolutely wet and they expected me to keep it on there without drying it. Like guys have some basic common sense. Who would pay service charge with service like that?

Nice modern venue with a good vibe. Bar in the front with seating, Shisha lounge at the back. Prices are shocking especially cocktails which are not made very well. However the only decent venue in the area.

Went for 40th bday celebration. Nice atmosphere. Cocktails were great. Super fast service on drinks! Had platter of bites.... Not the best for veggies. Baklava & mini ice creams towards the end were lovely. Music on Saturday evening was good also.... Old skool rnb. Nice night

Fire & Ice - Amazing Venue! We held a 40th birthday party here and everything was really professional, super service and all within a super cool venue. Joseph was really helpful from the get go helping me organise food and every aspect of the party. We had really tasty canapés the chefs prepared and cooked fresh on the night. Other plus pointed were: - The bar and waiting staff were fantastic delivering food and drinks. - Staff presented the cake to the birthday girl with DJ saying happy birthday. 🎂 - The kitchen staff cut the cake and served to everyone and also packed up leftovers for people to bring home. - The DJ was brilliant. - The venue itself is modern and exciting place to be. - Cocktails are really good. 🍹 🍸 Thanks Again. :-)

Pointlessly aggressive security - particularly towards female guests. Overly expensive & poorly mixed drinks. Nice shisha decor. The nibbles were bland and beige. Not so great. There are so many good places worth visiting instead

Found this place online & decided to book shisha to celebrate dad’s birthday. Place had a great atmosphere and good music however did not enjoy the shisha at all. We also found the service to be slow so we decided to peacefully leave & go elsewhere. When i asked the server for the bill, he refused to give it & insisted we stay longer. I kindly asked him again however still refused so i had no option but to become hostile to make him give me my bill… why should i have to beg to pay when we was ready to leave peacefully from the start? I found this to be very disrespectful & it ruined our mood. Unfortunately i will not be visiting again however the overall lounge/bar was a good.

Great bar with good atmosphere and cocktails. The service is always really good, and there's never a need to go and eat somewhere else afterwards as they sell delicious food.

Fairly early on a Saturday evening popped in for a drink, or so we thought….. the place was empty, plenty of space at the bar, plenty of seating, I’m sure we could’ve been accommodated for twenty minutes for a quick cocktail, apparently not. The lady checked her iPad to declare ‘no, we have nothing for you’. I thought perhaps she was googling whether she was in central London, as it certainly had that vibe, what a disappointment to see a bar on a popular high street so far up itself fail to provide a warm welcome. Went for shisha after dinner. A nice spot. The shisha lounge is lovely, the service was excellent, and the overall vibe was good. Would recommend.

Nice vibe. Great staff and service. Food and cocktails were delish. UPDATE 11/01/23: A vastly different experience is eve. We went in for desert and a coffee (because it was lovely last time)... waffles were not fresh at all and when i asked for a coffee, i was told by the waiter 'we are not a coffee shop' ... erm, you made me a lovely soy latte when I had my babyshower with you a few months ago?! Staff were gossiping away because we asked for tap water as deserts were too sweet. Never known this place to behave this way as they have always been great. Shame.

Absolutely love this place. The staff are absolutely amazing and Nev the barman makes the best drinks, especially cocktails. Food is really good and they're always quite busy. Weekends they have Djs which is great and ideal if you're looking for a vibe. Highly recommend to anyone. Only downside is that their prices are slightly higher than what you'd expect in a local area so just be mindful, but other than that the place is amazing. Great interior deco, very spacious and they even have a shisha lounge at the back. Would definitely go back again.

Hatchend's best kept secret. Joseph the owner has an Amazing place with a hidden Shisha bar, great vision and style. Great cocktails and service to compliment his establishment. Two of us walked in on Sat 5.11.22 at 19:30 without an booking and were kindly given a seat at the back opposite the bar. We were informed that the table was booked for 20:00 so we would need to vacate, we were asked to vacate the table at 20:15 and stood at the rear bar until 21: 15 and no one occupied the table. Why were we asked to vacate the table when we clearly informed them we wanted to eat. We called Dojo few doors away around 20:45 asked if they could accomodate us for a few drinks and some snacks around 21:15. We were informed by Mary at Dojo who was friendly and poilte that we can pop in for a few drinks at the bar and she will do her best to get us a table. Thanks to the poor level of service provided at Fire and Ice we were able to explore Dojo.

Love this place! Great heated outdoor seating area with big screens for the sport games. The service is always outstanding, a real good vibe.

I've been coming to this place for months and I'd booked to come again this month and the service I received was appalling. I didn't even get greeted upon entry and was instantly asked for ID by Alvin. Myself and a friend were instantly told bluntly were not allowed. We kindly asked what was the reason as we've been here many times before and were rudely told by to get out continuously. As we went out we saw a sign on the wall that said no drinks for under 21s. This hasn't been the case for the last times I have come as I am still above 18. Appalled by the whole team on that shift as I was just aggressively dismissed!

I highly recommend this place for any occasions and including every Friday and Saturday night late night parties with best DJs! To proof how amazing this place is, the High quality Food, High quality Cocktails and High quality Services from the Top chief Hussein, Top Cocktail bartenders Neven, Alvin, Joseph, George, Mal… I will add some pictures too… Believe me you won’t find anything better than this place in England especially in London!!! Initially I had my reservations about Fire and Ice, as I hadn’t heard great things, but I am so glad I went…. Don’t listen to anything negative about F&I… it’s wonderful!!! The drinks were amazing and venue is beautiful. A hidden gem in Hatchend which I am excited to call my new local! Have to say, this wouldn’t have been achievable without the incredible service all round, but especially Zara, who went above and beyond. Zara took great care of our table, and provided a fantastic service with a smile. She was attentive and helpful. She is a great part of an already wonderful team, and have to say the music on a Saturday night had me on my feet all night. Thank you for a great, memorable evening! I def recommend The Pink Lady… thank you again F&I and especially Zara 😃🙏🏼👍🏼
