Visited during the Tottenham game, was fantastic atmosphere with Tvs everywhere. Literally does what it says. Service on point and drinks well presented.

I was trying to find a place to watch the Malmo game tonight and we found a gem! I asked the manager Jonathan if he was showing that game. He was kind and accomodate us in front a screen to watch specifically that game. Great experience and will be back soon for next games. Lots of TV’s and great bar with big selection of beers.

Worst cocktails and nachos in London, how can you mess up the most iconic yet extremely simple menu items... Nachos were stale, definitely were pre-prepared. Coctails are missing syrups and lime. How do you mess up a margarita and an espresso martini... And the stupid service charge too...

I would not frequent this restaurant. We were going to have dinner there; however, ended up somewhere else because the staff does not work well together and the waitress was very rude. We were seated by a male host. When we were shown to the table, we noticed that there was a reserved sign on the table. We brought this to the host’s attention and he said don’t worry about it, it’s ok to sit here. We waiting quite some time for someone to take our order and when a waitress did come by, she said rudely that we could not sit there. No offer to move us to another table or accommodate us in any way. She and the host were arguing about us sitting there so we left.

Wasn't till I looked at my online banking I realised I'd been robbed blind .. dont just tap and walk away make sure you look at receipt or ask how much .. disgusting state of affairs never again

exceptional customer service.. the staff where lovely and very helpful. Sharmin was very helpful she helped us as soon as we entered greeting us, very respectful and polite.

As others have said, it is what it is. Distinctly average. If you want somewhere to watch the sports and a few beers this is probably a great spot for you. Very noisy so difficult to chat. Drinks are very ordinary, appeared clean and toilets ok.

Went here tonight and saw a mouse twice. Said it to the bar person and explained where I seen it. He laughed and told me that they also see them in another part of the bar. For a venue that serves food, this seems insane to me. Would never return and suggest nobody else does since they don’t seem to want to tackle the problem

My second time to Greenwood, this time with my family (all aged over 18). What a place for sports and drinks. The place was packed for a big football game, and as the inexperienced group we were, we came a little bit late, thinking there was not going to be any lace for us. Luckily, the lovely Katarina came to the rescue, she said normally it’s not her job to show guests to a table, but because the amount of people, she made an exception. We got a seat, and the night was so, football fans shouting and cheering, but isn’t that what football is about. Katarina served us throughout the afternoon, and she was very helpful even though the place was packed and she probably had 20 other tables to serve, we never felt ignored. All in all, it was a great afternoon and I would recommend this place to anyone who loves sports, food, and drinks. If you can, ask if Katarina is there, she’s great!

Had booked a large table to watch the football. When we arrived front of house showed us some tables and said we could choose which one we wanted. Just before the game started, a member of staff suddenly told us we had to move as the table we were at was reserved. We told them we had reserved this table and we even had the “reserved” sign with our name on it. They insisted we had to move, there were 8 of us and we had ordered food and drink and the table they were trying to move us to had a terrible view of the screen. I went to the bar to speak to the lady that originally seated us when we first arrived and she purposefully avoided me. Eventually sorted it with her other party who were super friendly, no thanks to the staff. The front of house walked away shaking her head so rude!

Katerina was exceptional! We had a great service and food was out of this world! Service, unmatch! Free food, drink and dessert for the kids.. The lunchtime lingered into the happy hour and 2-4-1 on the Prosecco was wick! I love it and I am coming back!

Popped in here for a beer and to check up on my football teams score . Missed the game because I had taken my wife to harrods for lunch as it was her birthday . This is a large bar with loads of tvs showing sports , I can’t comment on the food as this is not the type of bar I would come to eat . Come for beers and sports . You can reserve one of the many tables ( not sure what the protocol/ process is but loads were ) .. it was the day of the Manchester derby .. overall service was ok , prices were typical for London . I would revisit to watch the football etc . Decent enough bar

They force you to pay a service charge and refuse to remove....I went to the bar to order so no one actually waited on me. Horrific

we came as a family, two adults and one child. it's written on the street menu and the menu inside that kids eat free all day, any day. that's what we chose for our son. moreover, there was a lunch deal with some options for food and drinks. I got one of those, but my husband chose a Guinness which would not be included in the deal. to wrap up, they charged us the kid's menu, and when we questioned them it was explained that you cannot have two deals in the same bill. bear in mind that this was not written anywhere. they gave us a refund anyway but to avoid future problems, I suggest you to pay attention to that

Overpriced and bad service. Waiting staff brought us desert before the mains, after we sent it back they insisted we had to take desert now because “the kitchen had already made it”. They also said that they didn’t realise we wanted desert after mains. Brought all the food at different times, one of us had a burger 20 minutes after everyone else. Waiting Staff were rude and unhelpful, they didn’t care about what they were doing. Food was massively overpriced for average food. £17.50 for the pictured burger.

Picture the scene. Saturday afternoon, keen to watch some live footy with the boys and upon entrance are in awe of the TVs that would embarrass Curry’s/PC world and the drink selection that would p!55 all over a brewery. After knocking the froth off a few cold ones the desire to eat was becoming more tempting. Once food had arrived and we took to the first bite we realised that the “Philly cheese steak” that our friend had ordered was nothing more than a lump of bread and some tepid chips and at £17 this was certainly something you wouldn’t write home about. 20 mins later after eating the miserable main course the starter that was ordered at the same time had been placed upon my table which seemed to have got lost in post as they were nothing more then 5 frozen bites and again this certainly wasn’t worth the miserable £8.50 that was added. Great atmosphere. Great pints. Sh1te food. Cheers.

If I could give minus stars I would. Bartender poured sambucca and coke instead of rum and coke. Kindly asked bartender to try it and change. He said he’ll speak with manager. Manager refused to taste it and said impossible his staff would make a mistake and refused to address issue. Also very rude in the process. Please avoid

Went with my son & daughter to watch Leeds v Leicester whilst having a few drinks and a meal. Fantastic night Fried Squid is awesome staff great also, of note was Ciaran at the bar and the manager Leo. Thanks Lads and a great win for Leeds Utd also MOT

Die Atmosphäre und das Essen sind ganz ok. Aber der Service ist mit das schlechteste das ich jemals erlebt habe. Ich wollte an der Bar einen Drink bestellen weil unser Tisch noch belegt war, und daraufhin nahm nach 20 Minuten warten jemand die Bestellung auf um mir dann zu sagen das er die Bestellung nicht machen kann weil er jetzt in die Pause geht. Nach weiteren 20 Minuten warten habe ich dann aufgegeben und mir keinen Drink geholt. Am Tisch angekommen, fehlte ein Stuhl der offensichtlich vom Tisch nebenan genommen wurde und es dauert weitere 15 Minuten bis der Service uns einen Stuhl besorgen konnte. Danach wurde unsere Bestellung aufgenommen (wir hatten Drinks & Essen) es kam aber nur die Drinks an. Nach 1 Std warten sind wir dann zu der Kellnerin gegangen und haben gefragt wo denn unser Essen sei. Und es kam dann raus das es nie bestellt wurde, sodass wir es neu bestellen mussten. Es gibt definitiv bessere Sportbars in London.

Rude staff, had to sit outside to watch the game as it was busy, rude security staff put people right in front of us halfway through the first half. Happy to take our money, but not too keen on ensuring we enjoyed our experience. Would not recommend.

Greenwood sits right opposite Victoria station and have about 20 TV’ screens. Food is also good and nice ambiance. Recommended.

How does any owner/manager (in their right mind) allow such poor unwelcoming service at the door? Horrible first impression. I was sent by my hotel concierge and I’m going to suggest they get out and see how poor this service is before they ever recommend this place again.

I recently visited Greenwood, fantastic spot for sports fans, good quality drinks and food. The atmosphere is lively, with plenty of screens for sports viewing. The staff is super friendly, and the interior strikes a great balance between a sports bar and a stylish lounge. It's a must-visit for those who love sports and great atmosphere. Can't wait to go back!

Manager Anda has quite the flair for rudeness! I asked for a cocktail, and to my surprise, it was just a glass of plain water with absolutely no taste. Manager Anda then decided to test my mixology knowledge and gave me a less-than-warm welcome. If you're in the mood for a customer service adventure, this place is for you. Otherwise, only come here if you absolutely must or fancy experiencing the epitome of "customer service"! #HORRIBLE #AVOID

The door host with dark hair and red lipstick was the most unwelcoming person. She was blunt, never smiled and honestly a bit rude considering she is the first person you see when you walk in. Almost made me want to turn back around. The drinks were fine and the was good, so can’t complain about that but hospitality really lacks here.

One of the worst, most depressing and underwhelming places I’ve ever been to on central London. I knew it was a sports bar so my expectations were fairly low. We went to watch Wimbledon and there’s were many screens showing the women’s final. I ordered a coffee on the app whilst waiting for a friend to arrive. 25 mins later it hadn’t arrived so I asked a clueless staff member who said ‘we ran out of milk’. I asked if I would get a refund, they said ‘yeah’ but didn’t explain how. The place is chaotic, no signage for example to toilets. Staff member looked really fed up on being asked repeatedly where the toilets were. Food looks ok (we didn’t eat) but over-priced. I went to the bar to ask for my refund for the coffee which eventually someone grudgingly sorted out. They didn’t refund the service charge which is automatically added when ordering, presumably cos they know service is not great. Sadly I will not go to this place again. I get they are trying to be a modern, high tech, modern, inclusive sports bar but our experience today fell well short of the aspiration. Many better places in the area. Avoid!

Turned up wanting to see both the Chelsea AND Juventus games and of course being in London the Chelsea game was priority but luckily we had Andre on shift and he worked his magic and got us both games and we couldn't be more grateful....
