We love this place because if its location when we visit london howvever our last two times have been awful. We had a lunchtime table for drinks and nibbles. There was literally no service at the table we sat for ages and i eventually ordered on the app. We ordered drinks later on the app n waited half an hour before i went to the bar- i stood for ages watching the guy serve everyone coming to the bar before showing him the order on my phone asking where it was. Seems its a restaurant where u get served quicker getting up and going to the bar yourself! Really understaffed place and poorly organised- sorry we need to find somewhere else now to meet up in London!

Brilliant Bottomless lunch yesterday - It is on the first floor with a lovely setting and atmosphere and a great price at £38 for one substantial dish (chicken quesadilla recommended) and then prosecco and cocktails (pineapple daiquiri was lovely) - very free flowing, brilliant service, friendly servers and managers. Definitely the best we've experienced (and we have been for a few!!)

Convenient location, a fair amount of large group gatherings, a good place for a nice group night out with good music. However we were a group of two couples and probably not the best choice for dinner. Lighting so low we had to use our phones to read the menus. Our waitress was not as attentive to her serving as I believe she should of been. We received two drinks and 3 meals out of 4. After a while I approached her and she showed no concern whatsoever. She did report to the manager who did come to our table, he was apologetic and sorted out the problem and also gave some free drinks. So thankful for his intervention. The food was of good standard amd reasonably priced. I just feel training of colleagues and their customer service needs to be improved. Every job should be done to the best you can provide, not just take an order and then placed on table without checking all in order.

Robin was class, great service. Couldn’t do more for the table. Drinks standard, good time all round. Will be back for sure.

Arrived today for dinner and drinks took a while to find a table but it was a busy night so went to the bar for drinks first thing that happened was guests skipped the queue that was forming that no one said there isn't a que system and the bartenders didn't acknowledge the ones waiting longer than me. Second was when I placed my order of 3 cocktails and a juice the bartender wanted to try and take other orders first which were easier because 3 cocktails take a long time to make and third thing was when we got our food the waiter when bringing the cutlery over hovered it over us expecting us to take it from him like it's hard to lay down sets of cutlery and also brought over balsamic vinegar which he must have thought was vinegar because I had fish and that doesn't go together at all luckily I read the label before pouring any so overall best thing to take from experience there is the food and drinks which were lovely but service was very disappointing and just felt like no one was caring or even up to a standard which I've seen in the industry

At first there was a confusion about our seating. However, Angelo quickly diffused the situation and seated us. Angelo was so attentive throughout our entire brunch and always had a smile on his face. He was very accommodating and very lovely. Would visit again just for him. He made our bottomless brunch experience and even took a lovely photo with us when we asked! Would definitely recommend the bar because of the service.

I normally love all bar one but Saturday was really poor. Firstly wine is served in gin/brandy glasses, there was a waiter walking round with a plastic tub where you had to put your own glasses and plates in when you’d finished as he didn’t clear the tables himself, also the toilets were a mess with smashed mirrors, no loo roll and clearly not checked and lastly I ordered the rosemary/parmesan fries with the Korean chicken burger but they turned up with lumps of cheddar as the waitress said there was no Parmesan left. Overall, just disappointing and not cheap at £60+

Very average breakfast that took an hour to be served, probably would have took longer if I didn’t ask how long it would be twice! Coffee was served cold and very small!

An amazing experience!! We were welcomed by an amazing bar tender (Imi) he was so kind and welcomed us in so kindly! Our entire experience was perfect, it was Friday so we got a cheaper bottle and a free shot! I cannot explain how grateful we were to this amazing restaurant. As foreigners (Americans) we were worried about rude judgment or behaviors but this proved all our worries wrong. We love this place will be coming back!

After theatre drinks excellent service especially from Angelo who was extremely friendly and attentive. Would return however the tables could have been cleaner they were dirty.

We were told at the door it was table service but within 40 minutes no one came to our table? When we eventually managed to order, our drinks were made but left on the side for half an hour before we managed to receive them. We received them an hour after we ordered and they were room temperature! The poor barman who delivered them looked as though he didn’t want to be there! Our food did not arrive until an hour and a half later. The manager looked preoccupied, as if he didn’t want to answer to any ones issues. This bar is within the heart of Leicester Square but is truly one of my worst experiences at a bar. You are given a 2 hour time slot but for drinks to turn up an hour late and food an hour and a half later? This was frustrating especially as other tables were getting them faster than us. I used to enjoy drinking at All Bar One but now I will be spending my money elsewhere and I suggest people wanting to drink here should reconsider!!

I went with my booking conformation and got told I wasn’t aloud my table for no reason at all very rude staff would not go back there again !!!!!!

My friend and I decided to go for lunch and cocktails here. As soon as we got to the door we were greeted by a rude man, I’m sure he was the manager. Never felt more uncomfortable. This place is amazing! I have been to few more in London over the last few weeks but this one is so great. It’s massive, loads of space so you don’t feel too crowded in the current climate. It’s grand, big, well decorated... just great. Nice people working when I visited earlier in the week. No complaints.

Hola.Fui a all bar one el 8 de octubre de 2021 a las 14. 20.Llegué y no tenía mi DNI. Tengo 22 años . Entiendo completamente la situación de la identificación y si no tengo una identificación no puedo ser notificado.Sin embargo, después de decir que olvidé mi identificación y quedarme con mi fecha de nacimiento, dijo que no, pero luego continuó siendo grosero. Tan innecesarios y enojados nos sentimos incómodos.El hombre que nos atendió fue extremadamente sarcástico y grosero al respecto e hizo comentarios descarados sobre cómo tenía 40 años y todavía obtiene una identificación. Fueron groseros y sarcásticos y no estábamos contentos con el servicio. Él debería y podría simplemente haber dicho que lo siento, no hoy. Él nos ha estado mirando por el resto del tiempo que hemos estado aquí haciéndonos sentir ansiosos e incómodos. No está encendido en absoluto. Extremadamente incómodo.Luego llegaron un par de personas claramente más jóvenes que nosotros y fueron atendidos por el mismo servidor y no por identificación. ¿Por qué no se identificaron cuando yo, mis dos amigos y yo sí? Visitamos el sábado 19/09/20 a las 1. 15 pm, detalles de la llegada tomados para seguimiento y localización, sentado de inmediato, pero desafortunadamente algunas mesas estaban a menos de 1 m cuando el respaldo de las sillas toca el otro respaldo de las sillas. El personal no usa máscaras o viseras para servir. Era servicio de mesa y no parado en la barra. El globo de mi hija explotó y el amable hombre que la saludaba le dio algunos m & m para animarla. Tomamos una botella de coca cola, una pinta de Amstel, ginebra rosa y limonada (individual) para 16. Volveríamos, pero es necesario hacer más para sentirnos más seguros.

Went to this restaurant on Wednesday 16th September for dinner and WOW! The food was absolutely beautiful, service you couldn’t fault. Although it was a busy restaurant/bar you didn’t have to wait long for food. I will definitely visit again!

Mi esposo y yo tomamos cócteles esa noche. Esperamos mucho tiempo (las dos mesas que pidieron después de que tomamos muchas bebidas temprano) probablemente perdieron nuestro pedido. Cuando recibimos nuestros cócteles, a cada uno le faltaba algo. El camarero le trae a mi marido palomitas de maíz que faltan y le dan un extra también y cambiaron Mi cóctel; ) El camarero fue agradable y se disculpó por el retraso.

Billy C. Nuestro camarero fue increíble y atento cuidándonos con un gran servicio en comida y bebidas. Pero fui más allá del servicio para mí, ya que era vegetariano y no hacía huevos en la comida para verificar lo que es adecuado para mí. Servicio al cliente excepcional y excepcional desde el conocimiento de la comida y las porciones para atender a 2 personas. Estoy disgustado con el personal, a mí y a mis amigos de 21 años de edad se nos permitió una mesa para 3 personas y después de una hora de que sirvieran bebidas, nos escoltaron por ser `` irresponsables '', sin embargo, un miembro del personal mencionó que nos escoltaron por ser jóvenes. chicas, no fuimos ruidosos y respetuosos con el lugar. ! Gasté mucho dinero en este lugar para que me trataran mal. ¡No aprecio la mala manera y NUNCA volveré! ! !

Visited for brunch after a heavy night out. Service was average from all service staff, apart from Jessica, who was absolutely fantastic. She was attentive, genuine, friendly and showed keen interest in our day.Food was OK, my breakfast was tasty but wasn't hot. My friend had chicken which was dry and wasn't cooked fresh when ordered. Tables were too small, couldn't fit everything on.Probably wouldn't come back, only because there is nothing special about this place and the food was very average, although service provided by Jessica was very good.

A very limited menu, of which 4 items were no longer available, Had a chicken Katsu curry which was basicly two burnt chicken nuggets with rice and sauce. Staff were slow and useless They then tried to overcharge me by £10. Will npt be going back ever. Avoid!!

Made us wait in the que for a table for 10 minutes and then when we reached the front we was treated with a prejudice approach as my girlfriend is foreign, and then told us we had no tables left while people were still queuing for walk in tables, worst type of experience and customer service, I will never be attending a all bar one venue ever again!

Had a relaxing time until a mix up with the bill. As we had ordered via the app we thought everything had gone smoothly and left. However to our embarrassment we were chased through the square by a employee of the bar shouting at the top of his voice “stop you haven’t paid “ we were mortified!! Instead of explaining the mix up to us we were marched back to the bar like criminals. All the new processes and procedures around COVID will take time to get used to for us as well as the staff but they do need to be mindful of their actions and to be honest we will not be visiting again to be treated this way. There are a lot of other places in the area that would not treat you like a criminal for a simple mix up!!

On a business trip to Central London we ended up stopping here for lunch & drinks, food was very tasty and drinks were chilled.Good service in parts but it took a while to clear the table once we finshed eating so it didn't give much room to order more drinks so we moved on.

The place itself was clean and what you expect from a Bar One, nestling in heart of Leicester Square. The only thing we can say is it was the most expensive place we paid for drinks the whole time we stayed in London, and we drank in quite a few. Two double gin and tonics cost us £23 which I think is pretty extortionate.

Shocking service, literally had to ask the staff if they were working as a few just standing behind an extremely busy bar, anyone would have thought I had squeezed lemon in their eyes. Staff at All Bar One Charing Cross are friendlier and approachable.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from the female manager on duty this afternoon (08•03•20) Celebrating international women’s day with my 3 best friends. After having one drink, the bar man refused serving my friend 2 gin & tonics as apparently, the manger said we had had enough. This lady clearly knows nothing about running a bar or customer service. After asking the barman to speak to the manger as we wanted to know why, she came over and gave us no reason for her to refuse us drinks. I asked for her name but she refused giving it to me. We did absolutely nothing wrong and were so shocked by being refused a drink. We were paying customers that were just trying to enjoy a girly afternoon. Do Not spend your money here! Absolutely appalling management! I will be taking this further as we did not deserve to be treated like that. Never again will I spend money in an all bar one!!!

I come here everytime I am on london. They serve amazing cocktails. My favorite: Pornstar Martini! I never ate here and i don't see that happening anytime soon (there are so many more out fot he box restaurants in london....) However, the browny my friend had, was tasty.
