Después de visitar un par de bares que eran demasiado caros o de clase alta, finalmente encontramos a Taylor Walker. Un pequeño y agradable bar que tenía un gran barman, Jamie, que era eficiente y encantador. Nos sentamos en el bar escuchando al resto de los invitados cantar sus tripas y realmente nos divertimos. Muy recomendable.

Fantástico personal, buena comida! Otra joya escondida que vale la pena buscar. La comida que se ofrece es de primera clase, a un precio razonable y el personal no podría ser más servicial. ¡Uno de nuestro grupo quería una comida vegana, por lo que el personal discutió lo que le gustaría y lo preparó especialmente para ella! Definitivamente volveremos!

I think it rates about mid way of 15k restaurants in London on Trip Advisor. A burger and steak with a beer and a ginger boor was £79 including tip. Yes, very average.

Nice location, overlooking runway - but that's about all. The person who served me wasn't one bit interested in doing her job - in fact she was more interested in using her hand cream than the customers. Error made in charging - no apology - why am I surprised ! Numerous uncleared tables. Coffee was OK - no more.

Me he pasado el café en un número de ocasiones y admirado el exterior como en el interior. En esta ocasión nos metimos en, ni sonrisas, ni hola, ni cómo puedo ayudarle desde el personal detrás del mostrador. Le pregunté a la chica detrás del mostrador lo tés tenían y me dijeron, 'está en la junta. El café no estaba lleno del todo, solo un cliente sentado y otro grupo esperando a ser servidos. Como nos sentamos a otro grupo de mujeres que yo describiría como Notting Hill tipos configurados llegamos y nos recibieron con, "Hola señoras, ¿cómo puedo ayudar?" y cuando se fueron, 'Buenas mujeres bye '. Como mi hija y yo fuimos, nada - ni un pío!

An invisible experience at the Starbucks in Tyldesley on Saturday, opposite Greggs. I was the only person waiting to be served when I arrived. There were a few customers sat down with coffees. There must have been 5 or 7 members of staff doing and making coffee's etc They were laughing and joking amongst themselves and I would say most of them had turned at some point and looked at me (or should I say through me), a couple of them perhaps more than once shall we say. Not one member off staff acknowledged me to say 'we'll be with you shortly'. Nothing. I was obviously waiting to be served as I clearly was holding a sandwich that needed warming leaning up against the counter by the till. A few minutes passed still nothing. Ordinarily, I would say something but this had now become 'a thing' an interesting 'thing'. I decided I would give this a few more minutes, secretly thinking someone will acknowledge me soon. Another guy joined the queue behind me. I must have waited well over 5 minutes in total. I decided to return the sandwich to the shelf and leave. As I walked across the carparks towards Subway, I turned back and noticed the guy behind me had left empty handed too. Why was it interesting? If someone from head office or some official from Starbucks was there that day would my experience been different? better? Who knows. What I do know is I have been a very long time fan of Starbucks over the years but I have noticed a trend recently that customer service has taken a nose dive across multiple stores. I wonder what has happened. It will be a long time before I revisit Starbucks. Head Office! A new training programme is required. By comparison, Subway was an great experience with a little banter and a smile. It doesn't take much really does it. Acknowledge the customer, smile and make a sale.

¿Por qué está tan sucio? Rathbone Place. Es un bar de jugos caro con un montón de espacio que sería bueno para reuniones, pero las áreas de asientos están sucias. Pelo y comida en los edredones, suelo y mesas y todo esto solo 30 minutos después de que abriesen.

Now called Riverside East. Have been trying t for a wedding and can’t get a frigging quote out of of their sleepy sales team for 3 weeks, despite promises. How do they expect to make a profit? The coffee bar service is also DIRE- plenty of staff but not engaging a counter with waiting customers and giving wrong orders, takeaways for stay ins etc. chaotic and actually a vibe of ‘don’t give a damn’
