We booked the bottomless brunch before a comedy night. Sai gave us amazing service. The cocktails were delicious and everywhere was clean and spacious

Popped in as I was very lost with my directions and was helped by a young girl behind the bar who got the directions clearly and wrote them down for me. I did end up staying for a few glasses of wine to calm myself down which was lovely I might add. London is a very confusing place but with the help from such kind people like Lauren it gets a bit easier. Thank you

My friend was visiting London from abroad and wanted to meet somewhere near Covent Garden. I suggested The Long Acre. We had wine, and we shared a nachos platter which my friend liked so much she ordered a second one! Very nice staff, and despite it being a Tuesday, nicely busy with a fun, friendly atmosphere.

10-15 of this went for Leaving Drinks last night from 6:30 - 10:30, in this period we spent about £450, so not a huge amount but a fair chunk. The only complaint I have is the customer service, we must have had to clear out glasses from the table ourselves about four times whilst staff walked past. More importantly that than every time I went to the bar to order the latest round I didn't receive basic politeness, not one thank you, please, the staff acted like we were a nuisance asking for service. When I wanted to swap corporate cards in order to close one tab and start another, the staff member made it out to be a particularly annoying task and sulkily couldn't explain why, so I gave up instead. Really good pub but just very poor service on one particular night, but we won't be going back that is for sure.

Lovely pub staff were easy to talk to The footie was on grate atmosphere!! Would recommend if wanting to a few chilled drinks with friends 😊

Terrible, chicken was rock hard and cold along with chips, not good will not visit again, no atmosphere or customer service.

This spot was a good atmosphere, and great DJ, but it’s a little pricey, a double Malibu coke was almost £15, which for a rum liquor, with such a low alcohol percentage feels a little extreme.

A wonderful bottomless brunch. Molly and particularly Lauren were absolutely amazing. Very attentive despite the pub being really busy. They were both brilliant. Had a great afternoon

Very overpriced cocktails. I ordered an espresso martini and it was half a glass of froth with just a thimble full of liquid at the bottom. This cost me £13! Then I found there was no toilet paper in the loo! Service was poor and extremely unfriendly. Won’t be back!

This pub is great we stayed for the happy hour on thursday. The staff were really friendly and the cocktails were amazing. Would recommend if you’re in the area especially on thursdays!!

Came for lunch with a few friends over the weekend, the food was great, the drinks especially the cocktails were amazing and the staff were brilliant, we were supposed to mi e on somewhere else but ended up staying the whole evening, will definitely be coming back very very soon

Food was really bad, the loaded sourdough sub was just a wrap full of sweaty onions. My other half asked for a side of onion rings but we were told they didn't have any, but if she ordered a certain burger it would come with onion rings - when we asked if we could just have the onion rings they said it was impossible??? Seriously, this place sucks and was cold Staff were friendly though

Wasn’t great…. We struggled to find anywhere to pop in for a drink that had a seat, and managed to find this spot. We rocked in about 3.30pm and found a table in the back that had a sign saying booked from 9-12… so seeing as we were almost 6 hours early thought it would be fine and we would be gone after a drink anyways. We got 2 espresso martinis, which cost 28 quid…. And were very lack lustre…. I understand London prices but these were not great at all…. To top it off, by the time I had brought the drinks back to the table, my wife had inadvertently placed her sleeve in some stale ketchup that was left on the table by the previous occupant. At no point were we approached for food/drinks/or to be seated. The toilet has no loo roll, and there was water and another liquid all over the floor…. I seen just 3 poor staff working the Christmas rush…. My guess…. They are simply understaffed to deal with the demand which shows….

Reasonable food Nice atmosphere Booked a table for 4, sat on on the tiniest table in the darkest corner (could not read the menu) when I spoke to the bar staff instead of seeking solutions I was as met with stroppy faces. In the end I asked them to turn the pub lights back up (they’d turned them down previously) to enable us to at least read the menu.

I popped in to enquire about booking a space the day before for work drinks as previous place let me down! Spoke to the manager Lauren who was more than accommodating and managed to help me on such short notice. Was more than impressed with service and the whole experience. The place had a chilled vibe but very busy. Staff still made an effort to make sure we was looked after and enjoyed our visit. will be looking forward to booking more events within the venue. Would highly recommend!

Quick and easy... food is standard quality pub stuff... no better no worse... but location is excellent!

We called for a cup of tea before heading to the tube back to Euston and our onward journey home at around 4pm on 6 October. It was disturbing to find that our server in this pub had never heard of a cup of tea. They had coffee but as my wife doesn't drink coffee this was not an option. After trying to explain what it was we wanted we then gave up and went for a lemonade instead. We have visited the capital cities of all but one independent country in Europe and never come across anyone who has never heard of tea. I suggest there is a training need so that all staff understand what is our national drink.

Great service food was brilliant and looks like a good spot to watch the rugby World Cup. I will be back

Lovely pub. Only stopped for a quick drink this time before meeting family for a pre-booked meal. Staff always friendly and helpful and the pub is very clean. Toilets up a couple of staircases but worth a visit to the ladies 😁 Will be back to eat next time.

Service here is absolutely amazing - we all had a great dinner and the cocktails were fantastic! Big thank you to all the team and the manager big nick who gave us the best time!

I come to London for a night we was passing this pub went in for one for drink 4 hours later we still here the dj was great & staff are friendly as well

Amazing Venue. We booked a big party of 150 people for a Saturday night, buffet food and lots of drinks. Vicky and Nick and the team organised it all for us, served us all night, really went the extra mile to make it an incredible night for our whole group. 5* experience all round.

Great place to go with friends for cocktails great vibe staff where friendly and service was fast. They have a great selection of drinks with really nice cocktails.

Came across this pub when out in London with my family. We had a lively lunch the fish and chips was very nice and cooked to perfection. It was very reasonably priced for the location. We were served by a lovely young lady called Milly who was very professional and friendly. We will definitely return on our next visit to London.
