Dirty Martini St Paul's in City of London, Westminster

Came here for a hen do. Started off well, service was okay, food was decent. After the brunch we had to rush off so I quickly paid the tab and we left. After leaving, I noticed I had been overcharged. I wrote an email asking them to explain the extra charges made to me and whilst they admitted they made and error and owed me money back, they will not transfer it. I've since emailed 3 times asking for a resolution (it's very hard to make a bank transfer after all) and radio silence. I wonder if one staff made an error or if it's a regular thing that they do to every customer but only some of us notice.... concerning.

On arrival we were greeted by the manager and shown to our table. Our server Maddie explained how the brunch worked and we ordered our first drinks. Maddie was very attentive during our visit and ensured our glasses were topped up. Our brunch arrived a real feast for the eyes and we weren’t disappointed everything was delicious. A lovely venue where the manager and staff went out of their way to ensure are brunch was an experience to remember.

This was my first time visiting Dirty Martini at St. Paul’s for a friend's birthday, where we enjoyed the bottomless brunch with the standard birdcage sharer. The food was excellent, particularly the Nduja Arancini and the wild mushroom and cracked black pepper croquettes. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff, including the manager, were incredibly welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend this place!

Cobra was unbelievably attentive and lovely, as were all the staff. Food was delicious, cocktails were shaken well and fresh, a great time was had by all.

I’ve been many times before and after my experience yesterday. I never want to visit dirty martini ever again. Not at Paul’s anyway. I always find the staff lovely, friendly and welcoming at other locations. However, my first and only time of visiting at Paul’s was beyond awful. The staff were rude, we waited a long time for drinks which sometimes just didn’t arrive and we had to order again. I feel I not only wasted my money but my time and the experience was abysmal.

Arrived for bottomless brunch. What an amazing time we had. Our servers, Maddie and Sara were outstanding. Absolutely would go again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our bottomless brunch to celebrate my birthday. Cocktails were delicious and kept coming and the food was good too. Fabulous vibe and so much fun. Special shout out to our waitress, Chenae, who was amazing!

Really fun, good music and cocktails all arrived quickly. Karolina served us and was great, cocktails were nice aswell just make sure to book in advance

Cannot fault a single part of our visit. Staff were attentive and very polite, we constantly had drinks and were looked after. Food was gorgeous. Even though we were late due to transport issues, staff held our table and extended our booking. They also let us hold onto the table for happy hour. Perfect visit. Carolina and Tia are an absolute credit to the team and contributed massively to our brilliant experience. Already booking the next one!

I will never be returning to this Dirty Martinis. I visited with 5 of my other friends and we had an awful experience. We sat down at a table that was wet and sticky. There was also an awful smell, that completely ruined the atmosphere. I asked the waitress if we could move as I was really unhappy to sit there with that smell, she said they were too busy.We came to an agreement to move the table slightly which may help the smell. We then ordered our drinks 2 beers and 4 cocktails, these took approximately 50 minutes to be made , they were watery and tasteless. Why would 4 cocktails take 50 minutes baring in mind the restaurant was empty?. After the long wait for a drink, we then thought we would order mac n cheese balls with some chips. After another 1 hour and 15 minutes the food came, tasteless and cold. I did complaint to the waitress and she said the kitchen is extremely busy. I hadn't seen any food come out only ours. I am so annoyed that this happened, it was one of the first times i had been out since lockdown, catching up with my friends. Overall it was a shambles. I would appreciate a response.

Lovely staff Was really busy when we visited, however, the bartenders and front of house staff were all confident and friendly. Great cocktails!

Me and my friend came here for my birthday weekend, we arrived and as soon as we got there the lady was being funny about the fact we have only just turned 18. We was getting a few drinks and having a little dance and sing as you do, not bothering anyone. The lady who was rude in the beginning then came over to us and told us to slow down and drink some water when we was absolutely fine and was just having some fun. She then told the waitress not to serve us anymore & the waitress apologized to us and she knew her boss was in the wrong. Wouldn’t recommend going if you want a laugh and drink as they don’t even let you sing. Not happy.

Very very rude staff not accommodating at all. We were a group of 2 couples shoved at the table by the front door on a pre booked reservation paying £50! every other table empty told we could not be moved, even after saying the draft was making us cold. Asked to be moved again to an empty table apparently this was not possible... even though table was empty for 45 mins after asking to be moved, would never go back here after our experience. we left as felt so uncomfortable and discriminated. Groups of all girls were treated very differently. We all paid the same deposit money to be there ...very hurt why we were treated differently not on at all shame on dirty martini

Karolina was our waitress for the night and she was the loveliest person. Made sure we had everything we needed and more.

Had a very good night on the opening of Dirty Martini at St Paul’s. Our waitress, Karolina, was amazing throughout, making sure we was okay the whole night. Highly recommend for her amazing hospitality.

We stopped by for a few martinis after dinner pre-lockdown #2. Good drinks, with lots of variety and options (the chocolate martini is to die for). Covid secure, I felt very safe and looked after. Overall a nice experience x

Reservé una mesa aquí, saludo a la llegada, seguimiento muy agradable y seguimiento en el lugar con control de temperatura e higiene de manos. Mesas bien espacio, así que me sentí muy seguro. Visité a un amigo y pasé todo el tiempo riéndonos de la edad que teníamos. La camarera era maravillosa y nos mantuvo llenos de cócteles. Buena selección de cócteles y alternativas para beber en una hora y media. La variedad de comida ofrecida estaba bien y buena para absorber el alcohol.

Asistí a un martini sucio en la calle. Paul's ayer como parte de un grupo de 6 y la actitud del gerente y la seguridad fueron vergonzosas, no regresaré y es necesario hacer una revisión seria de su administración. Disgustado y deberías pagarme por haber asistido

Excelente relación calidad-precio.Esperaba que la calidad de los martinis y la comida fueran una decepción por el precio que pagamos, en cambio, ¡me sorprendió con mucho gusto! ! Teniendo en cuenta que estamos en medio de una pandemia y no podemos bailar en nuestras mesas debido al miedo al sudor y la propagación del covid, me sorprendió ver el estado de los baños en Dirty Martinis en la calle Paul's. Tampones usados en el piso, sin papel higiénico y muy poco jabón de manos. ¡Sin mencionar el inodoro bloqueado! !

Had an amazing bottomless brunch here with some friends to celebrate a birthday. We were not disappointed, lovely drinks and food! We will definitely be back again

We arrived an hour late due to traffic and roadworks! The manager on duty at the time was outstanding. He did everything he could to accommodate us including allowing us to continue for the 90 minutes we had paid for brunch. The service was lovely and the staff were very friendly. Went for bottomless brunch with my girlfriend, we arrived 10 minutes early and we were seated straight away. Great friendly and fast service. The food was nice and staff were attentive. Great value for money.

I’ve been to a dirty martini brunch in the past for a friend’s birthday which was extremely successful and so arranged to go for mine but it was not the same experience at all sadly. Due to COVID they are making everyone wait in long queues outside to go in. Our slot was from 4:30-6 but we didn’t even receive our first drinks until 4:30. The pink/orange gins were also mainly just ice this time.

Myself & my friend visited Dirty Martini St. Pauls for a brunch - the brunch was amazing with good food & free flowing drinks. However, despite the brilliant service inside the bar, the customer services behind the email & phone line has been useless. Dirty Martini have taken £50 from my bank account claiming that I did not show for my booking. I have attempted to call on multiple occasions and have sent five emails but to no avail. Due to the poor customer service offered online, I will not be returning to Dirty Martini.

I came here with 5 of my friends for the bottomless brunch at the start of January. We booked the last slot (4.30pm) and were not dissapointed!As soon as we were sat down at our table we were brought a glass of prosecco each and we took our first drinks order from the brunch menu which included a range of martinis and gins as well as prosecco. (I would recommend the pornstar it's amazing!)The service was very quick and efficient and the staff were really helpful, we never had an empty glass the entire time we were sat at the table. The food was delicious and there was plenty to go round.What made it even better is that happy hour ran right through until 9pm - so once the brunch had finished we were still able to get half priced drinks!Such great value for money especially for London - would highly recommend!

Last night my colleagues and I went to the Dirty Martini boozy brunch. Service was very slow, the food order was wrong (despite pre ordering) and the staff were rude including management. When they had got the order wrong we had to argue with them for ages for them to fix their mistake. The food was very small portions and not very nice at all. Avoid this place.

We missed our brunch booking, but Valentine the manager of dirty martini St. Paul’s was so accommodating he honestly made our experience amazing despite missing our brunch! He went above and beyond what we expected and I would definitely recommend spending your evening at this Venue !

I went here with 3 great friends last Saturday afternoon whilst up on London for a good day out. We had already been to a themed bar in Shoreditch and was going to carry on in Soho but as the Tube pulled in to St Paul’s station we all agreed that as we had such a great time last time we were there we’d bin Soho and head to Dirty Martini’s.So so glad we did - good drinks, good music, good atmosphere and great friends made for a fun memorable afternoon.

The girl with the blonde braids was lovely. I think her name was Bethany. I never saw her sit down, she looked after my drinks and dealt with so many people moaning at her. She was so lovely and made my experience 10/10

If I could give this bar zero stars I would. Having to wait 25 minutes at the bar to be served because the bartender was too busy serving his friend first at the end of the bar is unacceptable. May I add, we arrived at the bar way before him. Myself and my friend ordered drinks separately and the barman very rudely said to me that I could’ve told him at the time so he could make all together. I’ve worked in bars and hospitality for over 10 years, I’m aware that this makes life easier but the attitude of this member of staff was unbelievable. Due to the sound of the music I didn’t actually hear what my friend had ordered, so wasn’t aware he had ordered the same drink as me! To make it even more laughable the guy was reading from a booklet to make the martini and kept having to stop after every step. If you not are 100% confident with the ingredients then you probably shouldn’t be working a busy Friday night shift. I refused to go to the bar after that, my partner went a bit later on and he was deliberately ignored during service with one bartender saying ladies first to the queue of ladies BEHIND him at the bar and proceeded to serve them. He has never experienced such blatant sexism, every bar tender should be roughly aware of who is next, if he had offered for the ladies to be served first, that would’ve been a different story. A complaint was made to management but I doubt this will be taken seriously. Shocking and will be returning to this place ever again.

Went twice to the bar and got atrocious service. Were ignored for a long time as the bartenders preferred serving their friends and chit chatting between themselves. No respect for customers whatsoever. I am a bartender myself and can not believe how this place is run. Management is useless just as much - standing there and ignoring the obvious laziness. Not coming back!

Popped in here for a few drinks after work one Friday. We got there about 5.15 and I was surprised how empty it was, especially as it was happy hour. It started getting a bit busier once we was leaving about 7. We had a few cocktails which were really nice, we had to wait a while for them to be made though! It’s a nice bar, I bet it’s a nightmare getting a drink when it’s busy!

Would never return back here again! Our table was late, the first round of drinks took 25 minuets to come!! Our food came when our 90 mins brunch was over! After complaining to the manager he told me “they was having a busy day”... completely unacceptable! Cold food, rude staff, poor attempt at martinis! I’ve been to a lot of bottomless brunches all over London and this was the worst!! Avoid!

The worst experience that I ever had in my life! Went out with people from work, IT business and they didn’t let me in!!! They didn’t even have a valid reason!

Our friend was kicked out because he was 'too drunk' despite being a polite, genuine, nice citizen. He could walk in a straight line and wasn't causing any trouble, but was singled out because he is drunk and slightly awkward. Never mind the abundance of men who are inappropriate here despite being allowed to stay...

I booked a large area within the bar for around 50/60 people. The staff were extremely helpful in helping arrange drinks and food for my guests.

10/10 would recommend booking an area out for an event/ birthday. I had my 21st at the private room here and it was brilliant. There is a minimum spend but it was easily achieved and the events manager helped me with the pre party arrangements and to prepare for the cost. This venue gets very busy of the weekends as it’s in a prime location. Decided to order drinks and food at the bar and told the told the bartender where would we would be sitting. Also told the girl who was working around the bar area. After waiting for a long while seemed like that forgotten about the food order. It’s a bit chaotic and disorganised I would say just go here for drinks and not food as the staff are slightly clueless.

Came here with a few friends last week for brunch. The venue was rammed and yet we still got given the attention you’d usually expect at a fine dine restaurant. Our server Tia was all for making sure the day was about us and we couldn’t speak more highly of her. Loved the whole experience and will definitely be back.

We had a waitress called Tia she made sure we had everything we needed, was completely attentive with us. She seemed to be really interested in our wellbeing and what we had to say. Really lovely lady. Will return again for sure! Xx

4 de nosotros fuimos para un brunch sin fondo el sábado por la tarde y tengo que decir que el servicio fue fantástico. Tuvimos un vaso de Prosecco frente a nosotros a los pocos minutos de sentarnos y luego tomaron nuestro pedido para la próxima bebida. Tuvimos que reemplazar las bebidas antes de que nuestras bebidas anteriores hubieran terminado. La comida de la jaula era muy agradable y las bebidas encantadoras. The lovely supervisor who served us was great - fab service - very friendly - all the staff were helpful and very quick to serve - go there - have fun - great atmosphere in three even in a Saturday afternoon

Really good value for money however the staff stand around chatting to each other for too long and take an age to get a drink once you’re done! Really enjoyed the pink gin and lemonade though!

Decidimos ir a otro bar en el área después de que nuestra primera opción resultó ser una decepción sobrevalorada. Era la hora feliz y tenía unos deliciosos cócteles llamados 'Fancy Pants' hechos por el encantador Charlie. He perdido la cuenta de los cócteles de calidad inferior que he tomado en otros bares en la hora feliz y he perdido la cuenta de las veces que he tenido que preguntar si le pusieron alcohol. No hay tal experiencia en Dirty Martini en la calle Pauls; Gran servicio, buenos cócteles fuertes. ¡Volveremos!

Me and my friend (mixed boys and girls) went to dirty Martini thinking it would be very good for drinks, and night out. But we got there at 22:05 so had to pay £5 entry on the door. The bar drinks were very priced, under staffed bar meant we had to wait half the night just queuing for drinks. The DJ was rubbish. She played one good song and played it right through to the end, running the mood. The music progressively got louder and louder. The people in the bar were 95% all asians (south Asian) so if you want to mingle with Asians then this is the bar. Otherwise I would not visit again.

Me and my partner visited on Saturday for the Summer Bottomless Brunch which we had pre-booked and paid for in advance. We arrived at 4pm and had the table until 5.30pm. The service was great when we first arrived as soon as we had finished a drink we were offered another. Our birdcage arrived and the food was delicious, much nicer that we expected. I would definitely recommend and it was good value for money, we got through 8 drinks each which would usually cost about £10 each and we paid £30 each which included the food.

The brunch is that shocking I am writing this as I am sitting in the place.

I am so so so pleased with the service that Debra alone gave us this afternoon. We were given a table in the dark to begin with and we were not satisfied. My sister requested a table that had light as we did not want to eat in the dark! Debra immediately round us a new table and we gave us Prosecco while we were waiting for our food and other drinks. Debra has been attentive and professional throughout the entirety of our experience and has made us feel happy and comfortable. She has looked after us extremely well following another waitress/manager who’s face was not pleased and came off rude. She has made us laugh and kept our drinks flowing when need to be and has made the whole experience worthwhile and an absolute pleasure this evening. We would come back to Dirty Martini just to be served by Debra again! Thank you so much Debra for making the experience one to remember.

We privately rented the mezzanine area for my birthday: all staff were friendly, handled our request efficiently and professionally. The dedicated barman was particularly helpful. The music was perfect and me and my 40 guests had an amazing night and great cocktails at Dirty Martini St Paul.

I came here today with two friends for one of their 30th birthday celebrations. We had the new summer brunch menu. The service was appalling! We waited for 20 mins of our hour and a half slot for them to bring the first drink and in an hour, we had 2 drinks - not worth the money at all! We were also seated in a dark and dingy corner - when asked if we could move I was told no. Lots of people were complaining around us because of the slow service. The food was amazing but overall I was really unhappy with the experience. We had travelled down to London especially for the birthday celebration and it was not what I expected at all.

Good cocktails and 4 for just over £19 on a Wednesday night, not sure I’d pay the full price but happy hour is well worth a visit. Friendly staff and good clean venue!!

Fantastic range of martinis , I wanted to try the whole menu! Definitely go at happy hour as it’s half price. Not sure I would like to pay full price ! The drinks were delicious and they do a range of snacks which were good. The service was a bit slow and I can imagine when they are busy could take a long time to get a drink.

Booked the private area for a graduation party. The staff were super helpful, Natasha was super cooperative, the cocktails were great and the atmosphere was amazing, thank you for a lovely evening!

Drink as much Prosecco as you like along with a set menu and cocktails. The Prosecco was flowing. Chosen cocktails were absolutely divine. The snacks were fabulous. Ambiance was great and everyone in good spirits. Would recommend.

We had the most amazing time at the bottomless brunch! Dirty Martini were so lovely and let us come in early to set up for our friends birthday with confetti and balloons! Deborah our waitress was INCREDIBLE so attentive and friendly! She helped us bring our a birthday cake and celebrate with lots of drinks! We came here as a group of friends for bottomless brunch and were served for our time by the lovey Deborah. Couldn’t ask for a more attentive host and someone to have a general nice conversation with. A real asset to the business and made our time amazing.

I Visit This Bar A Lot & Find It A Great Place & Good Value. However Last Night Changed That! I Was There With A Group Of Friends We Asked At a The Bar If They Had Any Crisps & Snacks & The Answer Was No. We Then Opened A Couple Of Bags Of Crisps & Started To Eat a Them At Our Table With Our Drinks. One Of The Waitresses Gave Us A Look, Next Minute A Manager Is At Our Table Demanding We Get Rid Of The Crisps. When We Explained That We Had Asked The Bar Staff About Snacks & Been Told They Didn’t Have Any He Said That They Did & We Had Been Misinformed But Still Demanded We Get Rid Of The Crisps. During The Evening Management Kept Walking Past Us Clearly Looking To See If We Had Our Crisps Out! I Can’t Believe We Were Treated As If We Had Illegal Substance On The Table Especially As This Was Only Due To Us Being Given Wrong Information By The Bar Staff & That We Were Spending Money In The Bar!

Came here with my friends and got went out for a smoke and some fresh air. One member of staff physically pushed me out and did not let me back in. I politely said I do not accept being man handled like that. I did not get let back in- staff name was Niall. Basically he was showing off his authority and I believe he was racist. Absolute joke of a place, go if you like rude staff and classless management. Thanks for a great night...not.

We use this bar quite alot as we work in the area and no matter where we start we always end up here. Good music too. It is quite small so its hard to get a seat so I would reserve an area if you do go.

The value for money was insane and our waitress was so attentive and topped us up as soon as the glasses were empty! Amazing food and experience and Deborah made it even better!

Cocktails were super-duper tasty! Plus, I got the chance to make my own cocktails! Yayy! Manager and bartenders are super helpful and nice!

I was looking for a venue for around 50 people to host a surprise party for my sister's 21st birthday. I called at a time when the Sales Manager, Natasha, was unavailable but she thankfully called me back first thing the next morning. Natasha was lovely to speak to and very helpful, sorting out a booking for a private room upstairs swiftly.

Reservamos el bar de la galería para una fiesta conjunta de 40 años. Natasha fue increíble y realmente servicial en cuanto a pre pedidos de comida y bebidas. Pedimos algunos paquetes de bebidas que todos estaban esperando a la llegada y algunos de los platos y quedamos muy impresionados con la comida. Tuvimos nuestro propio bar y las ofertas del bar fueron excelentes, lo que nos permitió preparar excelentes cócteles durante toda la noche. La música era genial, pero no demasiado fuerte para que pudiéramos escucharnos toda la noche. Fue una noche excelente y recibimos muchos elogios en el lugar. El espacio era perfecto para nuestro tamaño de grupo de alrededor de 35. Lo recomiendo altamente

Yo y 4 amigos reservamos para el brunch sin fondo el sábado, pasamos un tiempo fabuloso, el servicio fue bueno, no brillante pero bueno. La comida era muy sabrosa y los 4 martinis incluidos en nuestro paquete eran fabulosos. Esto fue una buena relación calidad-precio y todos volveríamos. Bonita tarde de comida y bebidas.

We were there last night in a large group, an area was reserved by the person in charge of our group and they had paid at least a £600+ deposit to reserve an area which was inadequate for the amount of people we had. No one to greet a group spending a lot of money here.

Originalmente había reservado este lugar en octubre, pero debido a una aflicción en la familia, tuve que cancelar. Natasha, la señora con la que traté al instante me devolvió lo que pagué para asegurar el área y la comida / bebidas. Luego, unas semanas más tarde, volví a hacer una nueva reserva y Natasha me lo solucionó una vez más. Ella tomó la entrega del pastel y la cuidó hasta que llegamos. Todo el personal fue increíble! Loved this place! Beautiful inside and lovely vibe! The cocktails were absolutely delicious. The chocolate martini was one of the best cocktails I’ve had! Super yum! Will definitely be going again!

The manager decided to ask me to go outside out of hundreds of people partying on fri 30th to ask whether i had had too much to drink. Considering i had had 1 cocktail and a glass of wine amongst others who were drinking and partying much more excessively I asked her why she asked me specifically when it was obvious I was sober and she refused to explain. Is there racial discrimination at these venues against black people I wonder? Surely the manager needs to provide evidence? Disgusted!

Myself and 5 members of my family attended an afternoon brunch at dirty Martini St. Paul’s at 2.30pm on a Saturday afternoon. Our party age ranged from 69 to 35, our experienced was very disappointing when a member of our party, who was aged 63 was kicked out, for being too drunk as discribed by the management. She only drank the drinks provided by dirty Martini’s, as part of there afternoon brunch menu. After our allocated time slot we moved to the bar area, where the remaining party had another drink, while my aunt aged 63 had a glass of tap water. We also purchase addition food to help her sober her up so that we could get her home safely from London. The management team then decided to refuse our request to purchase another drink as they felt that my aunt was too drunk in there eyes! She may have had a slight too much too drink but she had only drunk the drink that they provided as part of the afternoon brunch menu. I feel a little disappointed in the management as they where inconsiderate about allowing us to remain on site while we made my aunt sober for our return home. I must add the the remainder of the party where not drunk and my aunt was sitting quietly on a chair causing no harm to anyone. She may have had slight had too much to drink but she wasn’t clause any disruption or clausing any harm to anyone whole sitting quietly at our table. she was simple sitting on a chair drinking some tap water and it was only 5pm on a Saturday afternoon. I wouldn’t go to dirty Martini at St. Paul’s again as the management where rude and inconsiderate. We advised the manager that we were going to make a complaint about his treatment that he gave us but he refused to provide his full name until we left the premises. His treat of my 63 year old aunt completely spoiled our afternoon brunch and I wouldn’t go to this particular branch of dirty Martini due to the management running the establishment. I’m sure there are far more drunk people, in there on a Friday night after work who do not get thrown out like my 63 year old aunt did.

3 if us went for an amazing bottomless Prosecco Brunch. Also 4 Martinis included. Staff were amazing Venue was fabulous. We had an absolutely amazing Saturday afternoon. We would totally reccomend this for Ladies who Lunch.

Bouncers were rude. Music was dated. Cocktails were expensive and weren’t great. Very pretentious place. I prefer Madison’s across the road for a nice cocktail and some awesome views

As far as bars in Central London go, you can do better than this tacky place. The service is slow, and they got our orders wrong on multiple occasions. None of the waiters actually look like they want to be there. The drinks are average, cocktails have way too much sugar added. The drinks are overpriced for what you get. I don't mind spending but it has to be worth it.

Went here for a friends birthday, as soon as we sat down we were handed a glass of bubbly. Included in the brunch was four martinis each they were well made and I thought the whole brunch was good value. I wouldn’t rate the food but for a brunch with ample alcohol and great if you’re after something pre night out! Also what was lovely I told a member of staff it was my friends birthday and they sorted out for her to make her own cocktail at the bar! It was a fun touch. Over all nice atmosphere and good for drinks.

That's why I love Friday, because of the spirit of upcoming weekend! For those who likes Martini, you can find huge selection of cocktails with Martini base and others. I had one with coconut and kiwi and one traditional garnished with an audible flower.

I booked downstairs for around 25-30 people and all throughout the process Natasha and her team at DM made my life much easier by offering fantastic service and always listened to my requirements. once we arrived the area was pretty much ready ad drinks laid on tables as per the packages i ordered. The staff at DM were friendly and the vibe was really good. Much recommended and thanks a lot for sorting a great night. Rav x

Went for a cocktail making evening with about 10 women to celebrate a work colleague 50th and it felt like we had ‘put them out’ to celebrate the evening. When they messed up the 1st round of drinks it was made to feel like it was our fault and they took the incorrect drinks away, which we then saw they gave away to others. The experience of making the cocktails made me feel like it it was an inconvenience to staff rather than the pre booked experience of fun and learning that I expected. Overall rather disappointing but that said the food was excellent!
