I visited with my 3 year old on Saturday. A lady working there was very attentive with us and even got my 3 year old some colouring pencil and stickers for her to keep entertained! Just lovely!

We visited Il Molino for a quick couple of coffees and a light snack. The coffees were decent, though a bit too strong for our taste, and the pastry was okay, but nothing particularly special. What really stood out to us was the decor and atmosphere—it truly felt like being in a Mediterranean café. The ingredients on display looked fresh, adding to the authentic vibe. The staff were friendly, and the place had a warm, local feel, with many customers seeming like regulars. Prices were average for London, and while the food and drinks didn’t wow us, the ambiance makes Il Molino a spot worth recommending, especially for its charming atmosphere. “I hope you liked the review. After attending Beckenham Beacon today with a 94 year old client of mine, we were sent to minor injuries ti see a doctor. I found the lady on reception there to Be so rude and of no professional courtesy at all, I watched her treating people with no consideration to them being unwell at all, and really didn’t care ! I even expressed my concern to the Doctor when we were eventually called in to be seen , he couldn’t apologise enough, it was like everyone knew how rude this lady was and yet she continued with her rudeness. Not good at all

I am so pleased to find just a normal cafe! Prices are not inflated to some 'boutique' cafes, and the food is top-notch. I haven't been able to find a good old bubble and squeak on a menu for a long time! Oh, and it was spot-on, as was the bacon, eggs cooked to my taste, tomatoes, and sausage. A lovely couple running the place, too. My breakfast set me up for the rest of my day! Even managed to park, literally, right outside for free - another rarity. Thank you.

Good Value Shisha Spot, nice food and drink at reasonable prices. Nice to watch Football there, close to Gants Hill station also.

Looking forward to a pie but disappointing. Constantly being reminded that kitchen closed at 9 pm. Long wait for food which was poor. Cold, sloppy mash, pie had tough pastry case and minimal filling, watery gravy. Waited so long for new mash the pie was cold when it arrived.

Food arrived on time and was all prepared well, and yet I am still left feeling short changed because the quality of the food was rather under par. I would really struggle to recommend their sushi and poke to anyone.

This pub had been recommended to me for Sunday lunch. Sadly, it was not a good recommendation or experience. Whilst the bar, drink sleection, and staff were OK, the whole experience was let down by dire kitchen service. Admittedly we were warned that there was a delay with service, but two hours from odering to being served is totally unacceptable and we were just getting up from our table to leave when the food finally arrived. I wish now that we had left it. There was absolutley no excuse for the delay as the pub was not exactly busy, and the time taken was certainly not devoted to preparing excellent food. The meal was only luke warm and the only saving grace was the hot gravy. The vegetables wre overcooked and varying shades of grey. All in all it was very disappointing and we will certainly not be returning.
