Costa Coffee in Bexley

Bought a Coffee from Costa this Morning. Usually fine. This one was like a cup of Milk. It's not like it's cheap.

The slowest coffee bar I have ever been to. I know we are trying to do the social distance thing but surely more than one coffee per 5 mins could be made? Stood in queue for about 20 mins !! Not going to this one again.

I love Costa. always my favourite. Would recommend Costa anytime. One moan about this particular Costa is they do not bring your food to the table when it is cooked, just call out.

I stood in line for ten minutes with only only four people in front of me because they were trying to sell another type of coffee or cakes in between their personal conversations. Customer service gets nil points, coffee once we got it gets two......... Costa need to sort their staff and selling ethos out..

A standard costa with normal costa products but they really tried to upsell. From premium coffee beans to cakes etc. Once they realised they were wasting their and my time great quick service.

We popped in here with a friend on a busy Saturday afternoon and marvelled at how the staff kept the drinks coming and cleared the tables so quickly with so many people to cater for.I am not usually a big fan of Costa, but I was so in awe of the way the staff coped, I was won over.Coming from a much quieter area, I had never seen quite so many people in one small café and yet they all seemed to get their drinks without too long a wait.

If you want to pay a lot for a sandwich and coffee and a biscuit then this will please you. If you want to feel like you are on a conveyor belt then it will please you as well. But if you want a more friendly service with less expensive food there are other places to visit. It is always busy here that said and comfortable and you are not that rushed and can sit and be on your computer or read a book or paper and no one cares. It is clean here but staff are just doing a job and that is it in my opinion. Nothing draws me back here.

Good coffee and good food but shame about the crowd.A bit expensive but lots of ethnic staff.I still find this shop excessive as there are many coffee shops in this mall. Would like to see the cawalk back here.

nice to have a cup of coffee or tea there, but it's always busy & also a bit strange to eat or drink in the middle of the mall, their coffee is nice ,one of my favorite with cafe nero the service is alright but they could still improve it

Usual coffee and extra' s, but the one thing that makes me pass comment is the extra efforts put into service where the coffees were taken to our table which was a pleasant change in a busy environment.

This branch has not changed in several years. You still pay over the odds for a piece of cake, biscuit or a sandwich. Some of the chairs are wooden and some have old upholstery for a seat. This is in the middle of Bexleyheath Shopping Mall, so they get a lot of passing trade. They have starting selling colder drinks with Coca-Cola there will be more on it's way.

This is in the centre of the shopping mall. Unfortunately it is therefore always busy with usually a longish queue. The coffee is good ( but it is difficult to a smile from the assistants) There are more relaxing places in the mall to get a coffee.

Aile olarak gidilebilecek rahat ve güzel bir ortam. Kahveler iyi. Küçük kızım çikolatalı muffin ve sıcak çikolatadan hoşnut kaldı. Defalarca gelinebilecek bir yer.

The recent adverse weather prompted us to have a hot coffee and hot panini at Costas .

What can i say about Costas in Bexleyheath,the staff are the extremely helpful and always friendly,the quality of the coffee is always the same,delicious.I would highly recommended this branch of Costa Cofee.

I’ve been to lots of Costa cafés and had a nice cup of coffee but the Americano I’ve been served today in Bexleyheath Shopping Centre was awful. I shall not return. I left most of it, it was that bad.

Yo y un amigo café y una tarta con dos hijos pequeños (7 meses y 3 meses) después de una clase de locales. Sólo una persona que sirve, pero fue hecho rápidamente. Pedí el té inglés y pastel de zanahoria.

Always busy but drinks not always very good hot chocolates are Luke warm etc,not enough chairs and people sit in there with there own food and drinks staff just ignore them and are not told to leave.

Average coffee shop to get a coffee some thing on the go or for a meet up and it is good for access too and friendly staff

I don't think the image on here gives it justice - after all it is a coffee shop! Standard costa in the middle of a shopping centre

Typical Costas. Gets very crowded. Tables seem very close together and not a particularly relaxing place to sit in the middle of the shopping centre.

Perfect lunch for me is sitting in costa with a cappuccino and a toasted sandwich, writing on my laptop

Don't normally go to Costa's but dropped in for a quick drink and fell in love with the Mint hot chocolate, had a muffin to soak it up and even quite late it was still fresh.

Probamos el nuevo rango de bebidas de navidad. El chocolate caliente de menta sin embargo la era divina le obsequiaremos tostado era demasiado dulce. Personal se las arregló bien con la fiebre de lleno.

But not by much...The coffee is better here - as in an americano or espresso - but the milk-based ones are not as nice.The biggest issue is that single elderly people always seem to take up all the 4-seat tables; meaning families with young children get squeezed round tables designed for two, whilst these others are sat sipping their small tea round the few big tables!

Very busy, great team, attentive and fast. 2 great Hot Chocolates with Shimmer chocolate cake. Just what was required for a cold days shopping.No Lindt hit chocolate though

I like the Costa here much more than the Starbucks but it can be very busy at times,They do very nice drinks, I personally like chai lattés and the sweet treats are to die for

It's a nice coffee shop in the heart of the shopping centre. Friendly staff and a range of snacks and hot drinks.

My husband and I pop here for a quick latte for him and cappuccino for myself. Very busy and cannot always get a seat. As usual anywhere niwadays, you cannot sit outside without smoke in your face

Ok coffee / hot chocolate. There is always such a long queue when I am here, then you can't find anywhere to sit. I'll pop in if I need to but will prefer to use the smaller coffee shops from now on!

Nice coffee but shabby place to sit and drink it.....spend some money on the seats and upgrade it a bit....staff nice and efficient but the whole place needs an injection of personality......it is nicely situated and so it could be a lot better.

Love the new summer menu which is out! Staff are helpful if you want to change the order slightly as well e.g. No cream or skinny milk.

Perfect coffee everytime. Could do with some new chairs though. As most current ones are stained and worn.

I visited on a whim and decided to have a hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. The chocolate was hot and the cream and marshmallows covered the chocolate. The drinks and food were reasonably priced. The decorations were up on the ceiling giving it a welcoming feel as seen from the photo. Overall the service and the visit were good. Will go again.

Brilliant coffee, friendly staff, pleanty of choice. Just as it should be. I visit it nearly every day.

First of all the location is perfect, nice and spacious with plenty of tables....But..Whit read really do need to take a closer look and spend a few £, and watch the profits rise. The danger is they will take the money and turn into WHSmith, a shadow of its former self.Staff are generally friendly though vs his can be inconsistent like so many places.Normally always a good and full offer of food-,unlike the awful Starbucks at the edge of the Mall.Coffee normally tastes good too and normally I have it 'to go'But lots of seats / chairs need a deep clean or replacing as does the floor

Popped into the Mall for a business tripCame across this Costa coffee outletPlenty of seating and tables.. including a couple of SofasGreat tasting coffee and cakes on offerStaff were very pleasant and helpfulPlug sockets near a couple of tables which was ideal for keeping laptop charged... but not available at all tables so need a bit of luck if you need one.

.everything is good about Costa, snacks, cakes,hot drinks, cold drinks, toasties', salads , staff, seating, although they could do with a clean!! I drink in here at least 3 times a week, never disappointed

The food was hot when it arrived. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. I will be returning again.

Costa Coffee Bexleyheath should be a gem, instead it's a mess in The Mall. Dirty tables and seating, un hoovered floors, only ever one coffee machine working, long queues, drafty and cold. It's a real shame it's a good location, but over looked by Costa's Management. Sort it out Whitbread ...
