Didn’t have food only a coffee but people here pretty friendly, much bigger than you think inside

We were in here last night great pub. Also want to mention Victor he is a machine cleaned our table straight away sorted our drinks really quickly such a friendly guy nothing was too much trouble for him.

I am adding a further review regarding a meal last night. A great member of staff called Victor (16/04/24) was helpful ad courteous. He deserves a mention. The rest of this review is about a lunch visit! Lovely, clean and friendly. We had lunch today and there was plenty of spaces to sit so we chose the upper outside area near the roof terrace. A member of staff was very kind and helpful....he was a great asset to the team. The food and drinks were excellent and well priced.

Great staff. Ale is always consistently good.

Good range of usual ales but also three guest bitters that were excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient. Curry Club Thursday was good

Large and multi level J D Wetherspoon's. Very good selection of real ales and the two I tried were in top condition. We were there on a Thursday or in "spoon speak" curry day so we all had curry for lunch. A couple of complaints about soggy onion bhajees but otherwise all of the party happy with their meals. A very satisfactory visit.

My local wetherspoons. best service, friendly staff and great atmosphere. best thing about this place is that it’s always affordable and the food is always great.

Excellent value for money food and a great range of beers, etc. My only downer are the customers that are unable to keep the conversations at a tolerable level and think the F-Word goes between every other word they utter. Very friendly staff tpp

Great place to come to with cheap drinks and food, came here with a friend was served by josh and Jake, class lads had a laugh and was served quick , give em a pay rise for holding down the pub on a busy Thursday, the rest of the team we class aswell🙌🏼

Bit of a stale atmosphere toilets a long teck typical weatherproons service was fast and polite.

Food is cooked and I base this on my last visit for breakfast (3/3/24). I usually buy the large English breakfast and change the 3 hash brown to 2 slices of black pudding. Never had an issue ordering this at the bar in Bexleyheath nor welling until today when the bar lady said I couldn’t do it. I assured that I’d done plenty of times but then I only received one slice of black pudding instead of two. Hopefully next time I’ll receive two slices like many times before.

Lovely pub, plenty of space. Always enjoy what the bup has to offer,The toilets are 3 sets of stairs not a good point, ant the person that went off with my friends bottle of raspberry vodka shame on you, that was her Christmas present.

Met up with friends for drinks. Took age's to get served at the bar, they need more bar staff rather than one or two when it's busy. Good atmosphere, everyone in there was friendly.

Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff and customers.

Nice place to grab breakfast and a beer.

Finally, they did start putting beans into a separate bowl.

Fantastic pub food beer and staff are first class

If you like peace and quiet, then go in the morning as it gets quite lively and loud from late afternoon onwards, definitely not kid friendly. Good food, good choice of beers, and all at an unbeatable Wetherspoons price.

You get what you get from a weatherspoons but for the price you pay, it’s excellent value

I recently visited this bar and had a great experience.food and drinks were very good at affordable prices.the bar has 3 levels and 3 terraces one of which is a rooftop terrace. We sat on the first level at a very comfortable table.we will definitely return.

Terrible terrible waitress. NOT ONLY DID she got us the wrong order. She did NOT apologise rather made us wait for another 35 minutes. When we asked about our dessert she SHOUTED out saying, oh are you ready for your order NOW then made us wait little longer by this time we had been the pub for nearly two hours!!!!!! Finally we gave up and went to the till to cancel our order which was nothing fancy just American pancake !!!!!!! I couldn’t understand how it can take nearly a hour !!!!!!! The waitress had an awful body odour as well. NEVER EVER EVER go to this pub if you want to have a good time with family …. The waitress with the green top shouldn’t be in service industry.end of!! Thank you for the gentleman with long hair for listening and cancelling our order at the end as requested.

£7.30 for 2 pints. A Guinness and a brewdog punk ipa. What's not to like?

Disgusting service 2 people behind bar lied to me saying certain food is not in stock even was in stock as a rang and who I talked to on the phone said it is in stock but then when I turned up and asked to order behind bar 2 others lied to me and said it isn't so then asked manager and she said it is in stock.

Should be named Turnaround and carry on walking!!!! Just looking at the people sitting outside!!!! Not for me!!! Go down the road and you will find nicer pubs! Just saying!

This 'spoons benefitted from a refit after a major fire a few years ago. It is the better for it with a garden area out back and a roof terrace. As usual the beer selection is good and reasonably well kept. The staff are friendly and tend to all, but keep an eye on the regulars. Some newer staff seem to have issues listening or using the tills as on my last visit (4/10/23) several customers had problems with missing food items. Avoid the new Boa buns as they arrive rock hard and no one seems to know they should be steamed and soft. It has a proper local pub feel. A bit of a trek to the toilets, but the lift helps.

Dirty glasses piled up. Short staffed and too long to wait for a drink. Trays of drinks left on the bar that had been ordered via the app and not being taken to tables.

This place is a tardis. There are lots of different areas to sit. When we were here the weather had risen to 31 degrees. However, it was cool with the windows opened like balcony doors. The staff were polite and friendly. The dishes we ordered were chicken tikka masala and katsu curry. They were really nice. If you have time take a moment to check out the old photos on the way to the toilets. The toilets were also clean. All in all a great experience.

Given the hot weather, no draft cider last week, nor this week. Only a Strongbow fizz dispensed from a Stowells "pump" .Local stocktake cockup?

The most friendliest Wetherspoon iv been too. Staff so warm, smiley and helpful. Let me reserve a table on a busy Saturday afternoon. Staff were so busy as bar was packed so we had to wait slightly later for food and drinks but hot when it arrived and very tasty for the amazing price. Big shout out to male waiter he just didn't stop for a good few hours worked off his feet but still had a smile on his face. Will definitely visit again and recommend thank you

The most friendliest wetherspoons iv been too. So very helpful staff. Shout out to male waiter rushed off his feet all afternoon but still had a smile on his face. Staff very apologetic to us as we had to wait longer for food and drinks but we didn't mind as fully understandable as packed bar. Would highly recommend I will definitely visit again

The service was atrocious; the waitress kept badgering me of whether I had finished my food. On top of it all, I had to wait 45min for my plate to be delivered. Avoid

Been to a few franchises this was not the best Inside looked new. Refreshing. The beer garden was small Food was small portions compared to other pubs The price is more expensive than other franchises

We loved drinking on the terrace!

I was unexpectedly in Welling and found this pub in the famous chain of such. I ordered an all day breakfast and my order was taken efficiently. The meal arrived in a short space of time and was well cooked and tasted fine.

It's a Wetherspoons, so you have this eclectic mix of old winos and families and groups of lads. It's good honest grub and well priced beers

First time at this spoons and it was great. Food and service was really timely and I liked the fact it looked newer than some other pubs. I come up that once a month or so, so will definitely be back.

Was there with a big group, we all ordered food separately and people were moving tables a lot, I sat at the table for ages but my food didn’t turn up, I eventually went down and asked where my order was? They had already brought it up and shouted out about the order, I was not sitting on the table I ordered it from but the near table over so I was waiting for them to bring it, so it was taken back down stairs, they gave me the food I had ordered that had been sitting for approximately 45 minutes possibly under a heat lamp was still mostly edible garlic bread had gone rock solid in parts though but I did manage to fill up on the other stuffs

Food was regular weatherspoons quality, not bad but not gourmet. The staff were helpful but a bit slow which was unusual as they are normally quite quick. Great atmosphere the whole night!

Usual Weatherspoons really except that there are 2 floors and an out seating space and roof garden. Staff really pleasant and helpful. My only moan is that it is a trek to the toilets if sat on ground floor. There is a lift though. Odd control means you have to keep it pressed for it to move.

My favourite Wetherspoons in the Bexley area & love the upstairs Terrance. Good old spoons as always :p

Sadly the weather was quite wet today, but that didn't detract from what was a wonderful visit to a lovely pub. The building is quite modern and stands out on the street and this continues inside. The usual array of seating available over a number of levels with some very comfortable options. The staff were lovely but using the app, I didn't have a lot of interaction with them - although they definitely seemed to enjoy themselves chatting with the locals during the coronation. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. There are a few tables out the front and a couple of outdoor areas on different levels out the back. The Guinness was excellent.

Not a huge fan of Wetherspoon pubs, but this one is comfortable and service friendly. A pleasant couple of hours on a Sunday lunchtime.

Fight am hour before police and an absolute riot inside, feel bad for staff. People should be banned from all pubs that cause that much upset and damage. On the other hand- its usually ok, typical spoons food a bit cleaner than most, bar needs cleaning more regularly. Plus points, it has a lot of places to charge phones, or perhaps work. Its just okay.

Went in for breakfast as I was passing last week. No sausages, no coffee, no joke. Staff struggled to answer simple questions on the menu, wouldn't replace the sausages with another item but wanted me to pay the same price! Went to Furze Bexleyheath one instead, way better in every way. Bar staff even knew the table number by my pointing to it in the distance and it's a big restaurant area.

Why o why did they change their beer. Also most bar staff serving those using an app rather than those at the bar. If this is the future of pubs than in twenty years we'll all be drinking at home.

had a school reunion tonight, quick and great drinks that was served by Jess. she was so lovely and chatty, really made our night a happy and fun experience

Wetherspoons are pretty much all the same. Ordered via the app my cup came for my endless coffee no pepsi. Our meals came, No Pepsi. The person came to ask how our meals were, still no pepsi but we're told it was on its way. Finished our meals and had to go downstairs to ask bout the Pepsi and still took another 5 minutes to turn up. Food was fine, but dropped the Pepsi on this occasion.

Small fish and chips looked more like a single fish finger in a bucket of batter, but the worst was the burger which resembled charcoal. We sent the burger back to be redone, only to have the replacement exactly like the one we sent back. We've been coming here for years and unfortunately it has gone downhill recently.

Nice enough for a Wetherspoons, decent pint and food but the atmosphere is always slightly rough and the staff never have a full control on what's happening

Great service from staff. I’d give the staff that served us 5 stars just for the great service. Staff and the manager checked all was ok with our food and drinks which I thought was great. We had chicken bites and chips with curry sauce and garlic bread. None of it was hot but warm enough to eat but I would have preferred it hot not warm. Garlic bread was very dry. But overall the experience was good.

Went on a Tues night which was steak night so venue was busy. Easy to order from the app and drinks and food came quickly. Table hadn't been cleaned when we sat down and even though we saw staff clearing plates etc rhe tables weren't being wiped down. Felt a bit sticky lol
