Music playing too loud inside. Went outside to find speakers outside too! Not necessary. Music is NOT needed everywhere. Service was OK but not the most friendly. Supervisor seemed more interested in picking up issues with her team rather than seeing to her customers. Starbucks ask customers for a name and then speltvit incorrectly and didn't use it when the order was delivered. I can't see it was a bad experience, it just wasn't welcoming.

Great service in the kiosk at the station and always with a smile! On a windy Monday when my brain clearly wasn’t functioning yet and I left my tea behind, the lovely lady (Steph) ran out and gave my tea to one of the train staff so I wouldn’t miss out on my morning cuppa. That is going above and beyond in customer service! Thank you very much! Have a great day! 🥰

Consistently awful! 20 minute wait to be served. 20’minute wait for food. Soup eventually arrived without roll and butter as advertised. Too long a queue to complain !

I visited Crussh café at Westminster Lodge Leisure Center when the center was only partially open due to covid restrictions. Inside the café was clean with plenty of sofas and coffee tables, as well as normal tables and chairs; outside there is an extensive veranda with views over the park. As the leisure center was only partially open the café was not busy; my cappuccino was expertly made (nice consistently and correct temperature). As Crussh aims to serve healthy food and drink, my favorite snacks were not available (kit-kat or blue ribbon biscuit) and a lot of snacks available were high protein, but there were bags of popcorn!

I’m vegan and ordered the Chocolate Custard donut, one of the few vegan ones, along with a different one for my daughter. We planned to eat them on the plane. Unfortunately for me, they had put a Chocolate Dreamcake in my bag, which isn’t vegan, and as we were about to land in Majorca, it was my daughter’s gain. Very annoying and a very expensive waste.

Ran out of breakfasts the sausages good the service is slow got a dirty cup and the Coca Cola machine is out of order all the time maybe might come back

We were just passing so thought we’d drop in feeling a little peckish Heard a chap say he had a great steak sandwich when going through the garden centre Let’s just say we won’t be going back Steak sandwich can only be described as steak trimmings over cooked the salad garnish was nice though

Algunos de los platos tenían un toque interesante, como un paquete de sushi nigiri con una zanahoria comprimida marinada en esencia de pescado. El sabor era bastante horrible con demasiado arroz pegajoso, pero la salsa que lo acompañaba era encantadora. El segundo plato era algo frito y frío sin sabor, todavía con forma de calamares y una masa gruesa muy espesa encima de alguna variante de mayonesa comprada en la tienda. El tercer plato fue un intento de sandía a la parrilla, con un sabor a humo líquido totalmente abrumador que tardó aproximadamente una hora en salir de mi boca. Fue, con mucho, la cosa más desagradable que he puesto en mi boca. El sentimiento fue compartido con cada persona con la que hablé. Los siguientes cursos fueron igual de asquerosos y el único curso un tanto redentor fue una pequeña taza de plástico de lo que pensé que era tapioca de piña, coco y mango, ya que resultó ser semillas de chía empapadas. el último plato era comestible, pero lamentablemente, no soporto el chocolate, fue inteligente porque estaba hecho con chocolate humimo. Con todo, eran 30. 00 para alimentos ingeniosamente disfrazados para engañar a la paleta, hechos con los ingredientes más baratos posibles preparados de manera descuidada por chefs muy talentosos. Me estaba muriendo de hambre al final. Gran idea, pero debería haberlo probado en un restaurante decente! !

Using the provided tongs to select a Danish pastry trying to get into the bag they supplied it dropped onto the floor. I chose another and took it to the cashier and ordered a coffee and explained the issue. I was told just to put it in the food bin. What I didn’t know until I saw the receipt, that I had been charged for it. In hindsight what I should have done e is left it on the floor. I suppose that’s what you get for being honest.

Booked for lunch, several staff passed us before we finally got seated. Table for two rocked like a see-saw. Need 20-20 vision to read the small font unclear menu, Service was below average, asked for a side dish of spring onion which did not arrive with main course. Food was okay but thought there was a lack of good healthy choices. Location is very nice but overall was a disappointing experience

Dirty table, dirty floor. I asked staff member to please clean our table. She said she would but didn’t come back. Probably shortage of underpaid staff.

I'm utterly disappointed with the service. I've purchased two surprise bags on 'Too good to go' app to be collected tonight 19:00–19:30. Sadly, the drive took much longer than anticipated, and I was late a few minutes. The employee present at the store simply ignored me and continued on with her 'cleaning' while happily chatting with a friend and after a few minutes started to pack all the pastries and leftover food and passed it to her friend who was leisurely sitting inside and clearly not a member of the staff. It's a very unprofessional behaviour and stark favouring from the employee proves how this branch treats customers and why it has numerous low reviews.
