I’m vegan and ordered the Chocolate Custard donut, one of the few vegan ones, along with a different one for my daughter. We planned to eat them on the plane. Unfortunately for me, they had put a Chocolate Dreamcake in my bag, which isn’t vegan, and as we were about to land in Majorca, it was my daughter’s gain. Very annoying and a very expensive waste.

Nice place to have breakfast….. the doughnuts quality are nice and they have a good variety. The place Is not that spacious but you can find some tables. The coffee is not great quality. Prices are ok. Service was nice.

I only bought the dounaghts because I had to, but the customer service received was, if I could rated was below zero. The girl at the counter before my flight had zero wish to be there. If you work in a customer service you should have some positivity to show to the customer. I never met someone with less customer service, I am sorry to say but she should be embarrassed and changed job. This is a difficult time for everyone but if you work in a customer service job, try at least to fake it. The dounaghts are great, but you should get better staff, apologies for saying this but it was a bummer.

Donuts are exactly the same as every other Krispy Donut....... BUT what a rude little man..... why employ people who don't want to work ...... NO personal skills at all.... 3 or 4 people in front all shocked by how he spoke to people , don't think he likes anyone!!!!! ...... not a very good advert for Luton airport

Ha ha, yum yum...... or where do I start? My partner noticed Krispy Kreme located almost right in the middle of the newly renovated Luton airport waiting area with it's sign properly displayed like a 'sugary, here I am' ship addiction....... and strangely he said 'let us have some to take on our flight'. As we decided to have 3 for some under 6 pounds, the same prices as in town, we noticed this lovely young lady smiling at us and immediately proceeded to pack our 3 doughnuts once we made our choice. Lots of people were also having coffees here, so I guess the place is popular with more 'sugar addicts' than me. And yes, the doughnuts travelled safely in their thin carton long box and tasted amazing even 24 hours later. We will be back to get more if we are to fly again via Luton again: the airport looks amazing now with lots of cafes, creperies, restaurants and little shop in the style of European shops - a long path from Luton in 2002!!!! Also lots of shops and duty free, although not as cheap as you get when you shop online for similar staff. Duty free is not cheaper at airports. Pity we were let down by Tower control on both leaving and returning here: the first time waiting 50min despite not being busy and the second time circling for a long time - shame on their preferential airline methods that we all learned about in so many documentaries. Why aren't they efficient and professional? Get rid of them and employ new staff please!!!

Fab donuts, not so nice hot chocolate, latte was ok. Customer service was pathetic! No please, thank you, chat. Was like being served by a robot!! Wouldn’t go back.

I was shocked and delighted to see Krispy Kreme within the airport. I love these doughnuts and these did not disappoint.

i was waiting for 5 minutes and wasn't being asked if I wanted anything, there was three members of staff behind the till and I eventually had to leave to go for the final call for my gate. super disappointing would love better customer service as I didn't even get a smile. I understand we all have our bad days but this was just straight up rude.

Situated in the centre of the concourse ( after doing passport control)m this is a delight. They do specials on dounghnuts in boxes with a nice choice of options. One of us opted for the nutty dounghnut, and the Lady behind the counter advised us of the potential dangers if one of us had a nut allergy. Impressive. The 3 doughnut box, plus an americano, small hot chocolate & small latte for less than £10! Not bad at all!

un bon choix en donuts à un bon prix, ils sont originaux et assez bons, mais le personnel est détestable, ça gâche tout, dommage.

This place offers good fast service. It’s expensive, but comparable with other restaurants at the airport. You can see into the kitchen, where you can see the ingredients all stocked. I was particularly annoyed as I could see a large stack of eggs; so I could tell they were cooked fresh. I wanted poached eggs but was told that they were not available from the menu - only fried or scrambled! Simply shocking! I’ll pick somewhere else next time!

Tried this restaurant and the experience was not good! My americano has a taste of cheap coffee and my girl's latte was disgusting. The american breakfast was ok (avoid the baked beans!) For the price established, I was expecting more food quality. If you care about eating tasty food, I don't recommend this place.
