I'm utterly disappointed with the service. I've purchased two surprise bags on 'Too good to go' app to be collected tonight 19:00–19:30. Sadly, the drive took much longer than anticipated, and I was late a few minutes. The employee present at the store simply ignored me and continued on with her 'cleaning' while happily chatting with a friend and after a few minutes started to pack all the pastries and leftover food and passed it to her friend who was leisurely sitting inside and clearly not a member of the staff. It's a very unprofessional behaviour and stark favouring from the employee proves how this branch treats customers and why it has numerous low reviews.

This place is absolutely filthy. Tables not cleared, food all over the tables. A member of staff who apparently is one of the managers was stocking the fridge. I politely suggested that perhaps she should prioritise clearing the tables I was told very rudely not to tell her to do her job. Overall a miserable experience. Avoid!

This store had always been a go to with me and my friends, staff and management were professional friendly, the store always clean and organised, in the last few months since new manager key members of staff left quickly new team members are nice but it’s clearly understaffed and the new manager is out of his depth and also doesn’t look interested or happy and at times can be rude, the store isn’t the same and it’s sad to see, I do hope that someone will step in and restore this little shop back to what it was

For goodness sake get this place cleaned up!! Grubby floors and tables, how in earth does this place keep going. Better coffee and service at Morrisons. Coffee is overpriced.

This Starbucks is really unclean. A lot of the empty tables had used crockery on them and other tables were not clean. There were 4 people behind the counter, chatting, no one was waiting to be served so the tables could have been cleared and cleaned. Your staff obviously need a manager who is visible and keeps the staff on their toes.

I called in 2 hours before closing on a Sunday. Filthy, floors covered in rubbish. Single mixed sex toilet was filthy. Sanitary towel disposal box was full and overflowing, even bloody towels! The manager needs to get a grip on this.

Used to be my favourite Starbucks but recently found the customer service non existent. Last visit during a fairly quiet time before leaving off rush most seats were blocked off, some for social distancing others left of the door for no apparent reason. After standing with my food 10 mins I asked if I could sit down in the closed off area. The person working there said no, it isn’t open as it’s been cleaned. No friendliness, smile, helpfulness or suggestion that as soon as someone leaves she’ll wash the table for me like you used to get in every Starbucks. Eventually someone left, others were waiting to sit so I grabbed the table as I was first in line. No one came out to wipe it even though there were 3 workers, with only 1 of them serving. So no Covid safe wash down between customers, by that time luke warm coffee and food. Could do better! The time before this I asked for decaf coffee and was served normal - I think it had happened previously too as it tastes a bit different. Now I always double check with the person who hands me the drink.

This is a decent Starbucks and a great stop-off point en route to the Norfolk coast. It’s clean and the staff are efficient and friendly but... and it’s rather a big but... the coffee is too often merely lukewarm.

Went there today. I waited in the queue and hubby and 2 kids sat down. Man came up to tell us that we couldn’t sit down before ordering he was polite, never mind the family on the table next to us who did the same thing and even ate their own food. There friend was in the queue getting the drinks. Also couple came behind and did that no one said anything to them. Have a rule but have it for everyone please that is all we ask.

Just one person in front of me and it took over 10 minutes for 2 cappuccinos to arrive. Never again. The place was clean and tidy and I understood them to be in the August discount deal. However, I paid £10.14 for 2 coffees one muffin and a flapjack. I didn’t realise until it was too late to query and no receipt to hand.

Just been in for a coffee as most days I visit a Starbucks. Asked to top up my card to get the star as I always do. What a joke that was. The cashier hadn’t a clue how to do it and the supervisor in store was the most miserable person I had EVER met she was rude. I have asked for the Manager but he wasn’t in. The cashier tried to do it again and got it wrong again. It took 5 mins to get drink sorted RIDICULOUS

I visit here twice a week and staff always lovely and friendly and plenty of them it seems. I wish they done toast. Toilets clean compared to the branch at st Stephens which are disgustingly dirty. I love it at this branch

This is my fave Starbucks as unlike some of the others they are friendly, usually have what I want, keep tables clear and, unlike the castle mall branch, have decaf coffee which I like.

First time visit a couple of weeks ago, served by a pleasant young man (cenk) service top rated, coffee one of the best I’ve enjoyed, a very inviting relaxed atmosphere would recommend to anyone, I will definitely be returning on a regular basis

Visited here last Wednesday, the queue was slow moving, there were plenty of staff present but only one seemed to be doing much. I think her name might of been Sarah she was working in the tills and sorting out the food orders putting them in the oven to be heated etc. And also taking some of the warmed food to the tables. One other member of staff was slowly making the coffee orders. The rest of the staff were standing around talking and seemingly doing nothing, while one poor staff member did everything. I has the pan cakes and syrup, which were very nice. Shame they don’t come with fruit, but I bought a banana (a bit expensive for one), to go with it. I had the white chocolate mocha coffee. Which didn’t seem to have any chocolate in it what so ever, just plain average tasting coffee.

Absolute disgrace this place 2 door man trying to start a fight as best they can with an over 40/50 year old men. Shoving 2 men to the floor and provoking and being aggressive , but only because we older and didn’t want the hassle , we walked away. Another person might end of started a fight which they obviously wanted. STAY AWAY . DISGRACEFUL PLACE. STAY AWAY.

This place used to be my saviour on nights when I was too tired after work to feed the kids at home, because it was quick and cheap! It’s still quick, but the quality has plummeted. Things they need to fix: -The peas are left sitting in water I think so are weird and tasteless -Bacon is just soft and the fat is stringy, zero crispiness -The roast dinners used to be amazing, now you get a weird hard lump of meat that’s inedible and inedible veg, it’s grim -Coffee used to taste good but now it’s from a machine and nowhere near as nice -The hot drinks generally seem to taste a bit weird (altho it is now free refills, I never want a second one!) -Tables are sticky -Chairs and floor often not clean -Cutlery often not properly clean -The cups have a sort of grainy feeling on the outside (deposits from the dishwasher??) and don’t feel clean? Some safe bets: -The curry is always fine -The fish and chips is good -My son rates the meatball sub highly! -The breakfast roll and hot drink deal is good! (Sausages better than bacon as bacon is soft and only just cooked) Staff are always friendly and try their best. I think they need more staff and more time allocated for cleaning, and the place needs a thorough deep clean and then more regular cleaning after that!

I have been shopping at Asda for years and years I have visited Asda date 1 April around 23.20pm at night when I walked into Asda at the door security guy steering at me I just walk off and I make my shopping after I finished my shopping I came out at Asda few minute later by them closing time which it's I never do that happen first time and come out late from Asda security guy he speak to me so rude arguing with me if you do again like that I will not take you this shop again we are not getting any payment after 00.00am he is shutting I haven't say anything I don't won't argue with this kind of person he never try to be polite to me or speak nicely he just straight away talk to me so rude and then I just walk off my car he still steering at me even when he is driving he steering at me I don't understand what's wrong with this guy never coming back to Asda until that security guy get fired 😢

I genuinely can not believe the amount of good quality food I got in my too good to go bag. There wasn't a single item in it that wasn't tasty. Butty to croissant, muffins to brownie, everything was a hit. I'll be coming back at some point to try other bits.

Surely this store is on the cusp of being taken over by new management??? Rude, arrogant and obstructive staff who clearly hate their jobs and enjoy antagonizing the customers. It’s not our fault you no longer have any interest in customer facing employment.
