Coffee was ok, staff friendly but sadly the toilet was disgusting. One toilet out of order, the other which was for male and female should also have been out of order based on cleanliness. It smelled strongly of stale urine, the top of the cistern was thick with sticky dust, there was debris and water on the floor. I mentioned to staff on the way out who immediately went to inspect. Do they have a cleaner or do they rely on shop staff?

Waited 20 minutes for my frappuchino. They couldn't prioritise orders. The coffee in my order was finished 12 minutes before my frappuchino. The frappuchino wasn't blended properly. I couldn't suck the big lumps of ice through the straw. It also didn't have any coffee in it lol they must have forgot to put it in!! I didn't realise until I had driven off.

Very disappointed as the 3rd time we’ve been there at 5.45 am and it’s not open??? Supposed to be 5.30 am opening. What happens if we order online and o one there to serve us . We go through drive through on way to work. Always on a Friday there late arriving.

Not massively busy inside but waited a little while to give my order at the counter. Order taken with very little customer service, not that I expect a conversation a bit of polite chat is nice. I think the reason for this was the staff were all having a lovely little conversation on their headsets, constantly looking at each other and smiling. The coffee was warm at best and the hot chocolate tasted watery.

Does not accept cash - they lost my custom today. Cash is legal tender and people should have the option of how to pay. This discriminates against those who prefer not to put who can't use card payments. However, I'm happy to report that Burger King across the road do accept cash, so i spent over £10 with them instead - excellent food and great service too.

Can’t fault the coffee, it’s always amazing but the staff are the issue. Everything is a problem, we had a card reader shoved into our car window before we had chance to say we had the app to scan. Then the young man proceeded to tut, sigh and aggressively scan the app before throwing the card machine towards up again. It is completely unacceptable for people working in a customer service role to treat customers like this! I have had enough now and will not be returning unless this gets resolved. I have had this attitude many times from young staff that act as though you are a problem from the minute you place the order. Absolute disgrace

Do they have a cleaner? Tables when we arrived had empty cups etc. on them. When we left 45 minutes later the number of tables with debris on was even more with none of the original tables having been cleaned. Out side was just as untidy with litter blowing about. Perhaps the original question should have been do they have a manager?

No adult supervision. There were seven, teenager, employees who appeared overwhelmed by only a few customers. Wait time exceeded twenty minutes for a cappuccino and caramel macchiato. Unpleasant atmosphere. Employees were tossing equipment around, not in anger, but due to a lack of care about alienating customers. Instead of placing items down in a sink normally, every minute or so, loud echoes rang throughout the cafe, from dishes rattling around the sink after being tossed. Washrooms inoperable. People off the street we’re lined up to use the petrol station-quality washroom, so actual customers had to wait twenty minutes to use it. The washroom clearly hadn’t been cleaned for some time. If I managed this Starbucks, I would be embarrassed.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!! Always come back to this Starbucks as I know what to expect - great coffee and service with a smile, all thanks to Mo! Mo is lovely and always greets us with a positive attitude and a warm welcome back. Will be returning again and again to see Mo. ☺️

Oh dear. Travelling from Great Bircham to the South Coast we needed a break. Starbucks the only coffee shop. Many, friendly and efficient staff. But queues. Whilst not on the Menu, Cortado available. Any relationship between what we were served and a Coffee Bean was very tenuous. The Plain Croissants were tired and well past their fresh best. Having photographed the very 1st Starbucks last time we were in Seattle it is a great surprise that there are so many branches. The coffee is far inferior to Costa Coffee and Caffè Nero (see separate reviews) And on a different planet from our favourite, Common Grounds in Chichester (see lots of reviews). One of the 2 Loos was closed. The remaining one was struggling Hayling Seagoon

Stopped for a coffee on way home and was greeted by the happiest jolliest person I have met selling coffee. Great service and one of the nicest coffees and vegan hot chocolates I have had from a takeaway. Thank you

Came here yesterday for 2 iced coffees both with soya milk. While ordering the girl taking the order repeated everything back perfectly but seemed uninterested in her job. When arriving at the window David was giving us our drinks, he was the best part of this trip (perfect employee) this is when we noticed our drinks had been made with regular milk, David then asks his co worker if the drinks can be remade to which she begins to yell at him telling him “the drinks are there” and “I can’t even hear you”. As a customer this is not something you want to see, we understand mistakes are made but one employee shouting at another who is trying to help the customer is never good! Drinks were remade in the end but not without an argument. Want to say a huge thank you to David for always being cheery when taking orders, always glad to be served by him!

I had never visited this Starbucks before, but I had some spare time before work (16/1/20 8.30am). I went through the drive thru, ordered a caramel latte and drove to the window to collect. I was greeted by a lovely man, he was amazing! He was happy, positive and smiley, he put a smile on my face for the rest of the day! This employee is an asset to your company, this is the kind of service that makes you tell your friends & family. My experience will 100% make me go back! Thank you Starbucks for making my day!

What impresses me with this place when I call in for a break is that it is consistent. Service is always pleasant. Coffee is always good and the place is immaculately clean and tidy. If they can do iit why can't others? Will most definitely be back.

This is a lovely place to come into for a break from driving. It is a new establishment which is located really well. The place is clean and tidy and staff are friendly and professional especially Demi. I will come again.

I decided to stop for a coffee at Brampton Hut whilst out working and have to say that the new development there is most welcome. I had an excellent coffee in pleasant clean surroundings. What a refreshing change to find a coffee outlet where staff clear tables and not leave it to the customers! Very impressed. Staff were pleasant and cheerful and this is definitely an asset to the area in my opinion.

Travelling from Essex to the Midlands for a family 'do' this new service area provided a convenient point to break my journey, particularly as the A14 is being upgraded which means slow traffic, lane closures and some service areas presently closed. This one seems to be still under development, though there are several other outlets here already including the ever present Greggs! .However...it was Starbucks that I visited and very impressed I was too. Parking was easy, but when other places open it might be a different story.Inside was spacious and clean, the toilets were reasonable and the service was prompt too.Starbucks quality is generally good and this branch was up there with the best of them. I look forward to visiting again in the future.
