Great pies , steak bakes and pasties, freshly made sandwiches, hot and cold drinks. Friendly and efficient staff.

Oh dear what can I say. Tables dirty, floor dirty, lack of staff and one young woman serving who couldn’t care less. Having ordered drinks and light refreshment there were no tables available. Tables and chairs upended and not in use but informed that they couldn’t be used. Very disappointing dining experience.

Dirty dirty dirty, staff were pleasant, but the floor, the toilets were soooo bad

Food ok. Staff ok. Toilets revolting. Poo on loo seat. No hand was. No toilet paper. No signage to when it was last checked. Gross!

Ordered coffee’s, sandwiches , coujons, Pizza and cake. All the tables were filthy and 1 member of staff just leaning against the counter doing nothing. Tuna sandwich had a nasty taste. The sponge cake was so dry and stale it was inedible. Very unpleasant experience . Only saving grace were the caramel doughnuts. I will never visit another Greggs

Nice food but could do with trying new tasting pastries and pies and cakes. Other bakeries have done so and Greggs is beginning to fall behind. The fillings are not substantial enough and too liquefied.

I love the new renovation makes it a cosy cafe. I was astonished to see tables not cleaned or wiped down. I had to clean and wipe my table before I could sit down this is a real turn off. Manager should be on top of the staff to take care of cleaning tables also the floor where I sat had food all over it. Have you changed the ingredients of your famous sausage roll they tasted different. I have always enjoyed Greg's but no matter how much renovations you do if the staff are not keeping it clean then it doesn't have an appeal to go in their.

It wasn't bad, the atmosphere was a little different

Went into town which is shut so went to st peters road. It was half 3 doesnt shut till 6 no food left only very dry chicken bites and a few sausage rolls . Really gone down hill recently.

Was given a sausage roll that wasn't cook Properly it was doughy and pink inside and cold and I brough 4 ! Also ordered a coffee and it tasted like gone off milk when I moaned about it was told no refunds ! 😳 Clearly need workers that can cook and no how to clean the coffee machine out as noone wants the taste of off milk ! I recommended platters in Huntingdon everthing is fresh and hot ! It's right near cash converters 😁 that's where I went after I put Gregg's crap in the bin ! Oh and Greg's floor is rank tables not cleaned properly and not allowed to use toilets as been cleaned ! I have one kidney ,,,,,,!

Very busy but nice drink and food

Love greggs breakfast rolls but it can go one of two ways. The bacon can be barely cooked or well done. They need to start doing hash browns in the st neots store.

Used to be so much better before they took over the UK. Pasties were bigger tastier, simpler. Still must be doing something right cos they definitely have a stranglehold on the UK bakery market now!

It's well stocked up sandwich shop. But every day for last three weeks I'm having same deal becon bagette and duble espresso about 7am in the morning and every time my order looks diferent or cost diferenf amount.

Tea not too bad ham and cheese baguette nice the coffee not brilliant but prices aok

Disappointing - You need to train your staff on how to communicate with customers. I visit most days. The young guys always look miserable and unhappy. Today I didn’t even get a thank you for my custom…. I run a shop on the same square and would be mortified if my staff treated our customers like this! I shell be spending my money else where In future.

I recently popped in for a bit of something to eat at a busy lunchtime. Regardless, staff were attentive and my server Eden was very polite and prepared my order quickly. Good value and exactly what I was after. Recommend.

It's Greggs so does exactly what you would expect. Throughly recommended, unless you are after a fine dining experience like The Ivy, in which case you may be disappointed.

Staff are friendly and nice I was served by a young lad called felix we didn’t have to wait long even though it was busy at lunchtime food was piping hot. Recommend

"Wot?" - young male serving staff. Not the first time. I had thought maybe just having a bad day the first time, but after repeated attempts at remaining a polite customer and being approached with "wot?!" I've come to the conclusion its just bad attitude towards customers. I can live without it and take my money, please and thank you somewhere else.

Popped into Huntingdon store during very busy time with very little time to spare myself their cover staff member Trina was amazing she informed me of all the times for items to be made took my payment and let me pop back later and it was all ready for me to collect and even while busy she was serving with a smile an absolute credit to the company

Had a bacon baguette and coffee the bagette was stale and the bacon cold I suppose u get what u pay for

Went in yesterday, man that went to serve me had no manners, all he said was what you want, I told him he said got none of them, was going to have sommat else but then thought why bother spending my money in a shop with staff like that, won’t be returning here till the staff are trained in customer service, if you don’t like your job leave and give someone else a chance

Like a Gregg's do a nice coffee in there and always friendly. Must update my review for this greggs. Was in there Sunday and it wasn't very clean did look like it had been cleaned for a day or two and the toilets weren't pleasant either.

Went in to Greggs in the High Street Huntingdon today. Only one young girl serving, and one older bloke cleaning the chilled food counter. Tables were dirty, had to ask the man to clean the table so we could sit and eat. He came back a couple of minutes later with a dirty cloth and just wiped it on to the floor, and left it there. I could of done that with a baby wipe, and it would of been cleaner. The queue was two thirds the way back to the entrance. The bloke didn't help the young lady, and saying she was slow is an understatement. I actually felt a bit sorry for her at this stage. Other customers were queuing up for a while and then left as she was taking so long. I eventually got to the front and was giving her my order, when she just totally walked away and got a pizza slice out the oven to give to another customer, before coming back to me and saying ' What was you ordering?' The lady behind me at that point said ' That was ridiculous...," and walked out. Eventually I got my order and sat down. Just before we were about to leave my wife's pregnant cousin thought she would quickly use the toilet before going out. The young lady serving said she couldn't use the toilets because they had just been cleaned, she will have to go to Sainsbury's and use theirs. As far as I understand it , if a cafe type place has seating for more than ten people, they should have a WC available for customers. I went up to the young lady and explained that because the toilets had been cleaned it does not make them in accessible to customers and that the lady is eight months pregnant. She just smirked and said they've been cleaned and are now closed. It was about 15:10 to 15:15. Well done Greggs for employing two of the most unhelpful and miserable employees I have came across. With the people giving up in the queue and the fact that all three of us said, we will definitely not use Greggs in Huntingdon anymore, I would be surprised that it would survive. If you want to cut corners and be miserable people, don't be surprised when people complain. Very few people have the perfect job, get on with it. I in general get one day off a week, Sunday,and I dont expect to be served by miserable gits.

Visited the outlet on the A12 near Kelvedon which they share with Burger King, yesterday. The toilets were disgusting, the floors were wet, the basins filthy and the hand drier didn’t work and there were no paper towels. Don’t go there!

If you want cold food, bad service and sticky floors this greggs is the one to win 👌

Good coffee and good sausage rolls. The only complaint I have tables are always left dirty need to stay on top of the hygiene.

They tried to overcharge me for a sausage roll, even though they were clearly priced. Eating in was not a nice experience as none of the tables had been cleaned. Won't be returning anytime soon.

So lucky to have a well stocked nicely run outlet of this famous high street branded food location with lots of seating inside and good service there's nowhere better in town to relax after a hard day's shopping.

Greggs in Harlow provided pizzas and sausage rolls for our granddaughter's birthday party this morning. The lady serving couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. They definitely saved the day as we couldn't get pizzas at that time of the morning anywhere else. All of it got eaten and the parents were excited to get Greggs' sausage rolls! We will definitely be recommending them

Love going to greggs in the morning for a Latte and Bacon roll or baguette. Love their sanwiches and sausage rolls too. Have their app so I collect points to get freebies after collecting 9 items of a particular group

Why is everyone who works there on a go slow? Really has gone down hill, used to be super fast service and last few times workers look like they don't care, and just take there time with everything, or having a conversation about how great there weekend was! While 5 people waiting to be served!!

Gregg's as everywhere else nice and cheap. Customer service ... doesn't exist, rude, impolite and unfriendly, not helpful at all.

It's a Greg's what more do you want it's cheap it's clean it's OK.

Ordered a cheese and onion bake for my girlfriend. Ended up with a chicken bake. Asked to get it sorted out. Firstly I got charged for the replacement cheese and onion bake. Secondly no apology not being funny when she's vegetarian and the first thing she feels is chicken. Not particularly ideal....

Always a good place to stop for morning sausage rolls, friendly staff, got in first at 7.30am as got busy quickly and conscious of others with social distancing.

Often not enough pies ready so limits choice. Coffee good but dearer than wetherspoons. No cream cakes and limited sandwich choice. No more done when sold .variety not good need some new fillings .

Stopped for one of Greggs famous vegan sausage rolls, as was my want. Inexpensive and tasty as ever but disappointed with no offer to lightly heat it up as I’ve had in other shops - this was late afternoon too and a lot of produce had been sold, and the leftovers weren’t warm.

So there is that I guess. Dont really come here for anything else but the sausage rolls are pretty good (according to the child). Actually...we started coming here after Measures butches went to sh1t with poor customer services (their sausage rolls really were the best in the world...pitty about the manager down there!). So child settled for Greggs (which was acceptable to us :) Really can't go wrong with Greggs. Like all other chains its the same stuff regardless of where you go.

Previously having tried the tempting bacon rolls I decided on a healthy porridge option and I must say it really was delicious and kept me going well past my lunchtime. The queues are long but well worth the wait. The staff work really hard to get us all through and are very patient and helpful. It was a fab way to start my morning in the office.

Not this one! What is it with staff these days that you can't even get a smile, Yea, yea sure - we know the product range that Greggs bite your arm / wallet for - but why is it that when I personally go into this particular store the staff look like they they don't know their rights under the Modern Slavery act? I mean, come on, have I shot their parents? Have I called their boyfriend a Sporney Eyed, Parrot Faced Idiot? No! I just want a simple and innocent Steak Bake. I do not want to murder you!! Please say "Hello". Say, "Thank you" when I give you my hard-earned cash and Bankrupted me. Please, look me in the eyes before I I think, "You're holding back something like, I didn't wash my hands and I spat in your food!. (Which didn't happen of course). So again I say - 1) High Prices 2) Crap Customer Service 3) Dead Personality Store 4) I really wish there was an alternative that did brilliant Steak Bakes like only Greggs make best. Darn It!! Sorry Greggs.

We called in for a bite to eat and tried a wrap and a festive sandwich. The wrap was delicious - tandoori chicken - the sandwich tasty - turkey, stuffing and cranberry. Washed down with a lovely flat white each. The staff are charming, service with a smile. Worth a visit if you want a quick bite and a drink.

It's a long time since we visited this place. When we visited recently it was to see that it had been refurbished, and now is a pleasant place to rest and have a snack and drink

A very busy cafe, friendly staff and reasonably priced food. Plenty of space to eat in. Be prepared to have food placed on serviettes which are placed on trays though.

Nothing special at all. Not impressed,especially when we pointed out a fly on a pastry and the server just ignored us. Will not go there again.

Dont say you open early at weekends and at 9am you are not open due to staff shortages.Also, don't have one person serving and then leave customers who need to go to work, waiting so you can check/load the oven.Don't greet your next customer with a blank stare. Be polite and say 'how can I help you.'

Awful had two drinks two steak bakes steak and cheese bake and pulled pork bake all were from the hot plate and were dry and luke warm.Steak bake full off grisle and gravy.Steak and cheese stilton? pastry roll horrendous cheese totally over powering and steak lacking like the bake.Pulled pork ,pork mushy and to sweet.No toilet open to top it off never again.

"Fresh hot pasties" don't think so. I went into Gregg's earlier this week and bought a vegetable pasty, only for it to be served to me stonecold. I then asked if I could get a new one, only to be told there's nothing they can do. I then asked for a sausage roll replacement which they did, but then got told I couldn't have the change difference. This isn't the first time that we've had the trouble of cold pasties at Gregg's, and when a family member of mine has written to Gregg's once before we never heard a reply. I wouldn't waste your money going there!

Reliable without being special, you always know what you are going to get with Greggs, never that great and never bad. Will always have something the kids will eat in a hurry.

I have been in here for the past 2 weeks on Monday morning and it's always busy with a long queue but service is quick, cakes are good and coffee to go just what I need for a Monday morning. Tables are cleared quickly and staff are happy and polite

i work directly opposite Greggs. I would buy a Tuna crunch at least 3 times a week as does my boss and another employee. Although we can appreciate bringing out new lines that i try and buy from time to time, you cant beat ones favourite. i no longer go to Greggs and have opted for another sandwich shop who are more than happy to make me a Tuna crunch on a brown bloomer. it may well not be as cost effective for you to make this anymore but is not cost effective to loose customers. i do not even buy your cakes as i like to get my lunch in one shop. should you bring this back then i shall return. Stop getting rid of favourites. also i miss lemon curd dounuts just to say.

I am absolutely appauled in the security this establishment has to offer! Despite the food being tasty- i would strongly advise anyone visiting to be weary of your belongings as CCTV is poor and customer help on this issue is poor too! Theft of belongings has not been taken seriously in the past and i am in utter dismay with the help offered!

Can you believe 'working class' bakers Greggs have the audacity to produce a Flat White? Try one you'll be surprised, very very good! Oh and don't forget the obligatory sausage roll....

I wrote about my previous visit and said the standard was just about acceptable. Well I am pleased to report a considerable improvement. I popped in for a hot chocolate today. I found the service to be prompt and courteous. The drink was excellent and very fairly priced compared with local coffee shops. It all seemed cleaner and neater too. Much improved. Well done Greggs. Good value, good place, good people.Can't complain any more!

Whoever designed the refurb has got it totally wrong and when it's busy it's a nightmare with everyone queuing down the shop and overlooking everyone who's trying to eat.Food is somewhat greasy and my sandwich contained very little filling for the price .One or two of the staff could have been a little politer and look more interested in what they were doing .

i walked into my local greggs bruv init and i saw this employee with the nametag rowan hancock and immediately thought, "this guys a chode" and he approached me and gave me some badge saying that im a certified mandem and i was like what bruv and he started playing the local grime music so i kicked him about bruvsmokey13 blad init

This is a pretty average place. Some tables are often dirty, staff not always friendly, food nothing to write home about. On the plus side, it's reasonab;y cheap, and convenient if you're in Huntingdon town centre.

Went in to buy some sausage rolls (8 to be exact) and it all was ok. However my 5 year old daughter desperately needed the toilets to wee. We were denied the service with the argument that the toilets were already cleaned, and it was still one hour before closing. This is terrible customer service and only reflects a poor motivation and laziness of their staff.

Popped into Greggs to get a takeaway sausage roll and a biscuit, great quick service. I absolutely love Greggs, great food and so cheap! Perfect :)

We tried out the new and improved Greggs. The refurb is really good and spacious. The staff are friendly. I did find it odd that they don't give you plates or knives and forks anymore. I have not been so disappointed with Greggs until now. Doubt I will be back
