Costa Coffee in Huntingdonshire

Jessica and Sheree gave me a great experience this morning. They were engaging and professional. Polite and cheerful. Thank you very much.

This is not my first visit to this Costa, however, the baristas need to be completely retrained. The coffee, is just poorly made, flat white/cappuccino are exactly the same.

Order was never delivered at all! The driver spilt everything and then knocked on the door to say he wasn't able to give us the order. But then he still marked the order as delivered, which probably means we won't get a refund from JustEat. Furious.

Great manager ... always friendly & helpful. Staff work hard to maintain high standards.

Just had a piece of carrot and walnut cake £3.45. Must of been 50 slices in one cake . So overpriced good service

A really lovely branch of Costa. The staff are friendly, polite and very helpful ☺️. Trays left on tables are quickly cleared and the toilets are clean and obviously well stocked and checked on. Great food and drink selection 😋. Thank you 👍

My friend became unwell shortly after we popped in and the staff were very caring and helpful until help arrived. We were all very grateful.

Not a good experience today..No brown sugar/napkins/ toilet out of order/ Half the place in darkness/ and the usual loudcasters out in force just in case anyone wanted a bit of piece and quiet.

Great place on the High Street for a Costa Coffee. The coffees were tasty, same with the cakes and cheese chilli chicken toastie. The only downfall is that the empty tables are not being wiped clean by the staff after customers leave. I physically saw one of the staff members go and pick up the empty cups and plates from tables but never did she use the cleaning spray attached to her belt in order to wipe the tables clean for the next customers to sit at a clean table. Other than that, everyone working that day was super nice and all smiles. Unfortunately, the unwiped tables is an epidemic in most of UK's coffee places and pubs/restaurants so the bar is really low when it comes to cleanliness anyway... Shame.

Come on Costa. A toasted sandwich is supposed to be toasted top AND bottom. The soggy uncooked bottom of my sandwich was inedible. We pay enough for said sandwiches, spend a bit more on training.

Costas policy of hiring from an age group who are still being told when to wash hair and change socks, would appear to be a direct link to the dirty cutlery, dirty tables, and dirty floor you can expect here. Nice tea, nice millionaires, shame about the scunge.

Came here to have a good cry after a bad day. Only got a tea but the staff were lovely and made me feel better. Loved all their Halloween outfits!! 💕

Haven’t put 3 of my things I ordered in the bag n charged me 27 quid still n now I have to wait for a refund to be checked over because they are useless once again

Very friendly and helpful staff, I really enjoy going there. Thankyou ☺️. There is sometimes a queue, but the staff are efficiently working, and the wait is never long.

4 customers in the whole pack 2 staff. No lock on disabled toilet. Cappacino was lovely. Dietncoke expensive compared to other retailers.

I can't rate the food as I haven't eaten anything from Costa. I can say that the staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very calm and relaxed.

Glad to see that the St Neots baristas are still the friendly bunch I've come to expect - long may it continue!

The staff is always friendly and is always smiling, they made an effort of remembering my drink I always have and it is really amazing and the coffee is always great, thank you for always a great time guys.

This Costa gets a bad time but today I came in for a tea and some toast, the staff were lovely, chatty and helpful. Nice to see the place with plenty of staff and happy to serve you.

So I went to st neots today and I thought I'd go to costa coffee just to see what it was like as meeting somebody next Friday I'm sad to say the staff were incredibly rude to and when I asked for help to take my sandwich and coke over to the table as acourse have week hands so they said do it yourself as we are busy which was terribly rude so the person said you can have a refund if you like which I replied yes please so I did and went to ferro lounge instead

So my friend, who has a disability, went to st neots today and thought they'd go to costa coffee, just to see what it was like as they were meeting somebody next Friday there. I'm sad to say that the staff were incredibly rude to him and when he asked for help to take his sandwich and coke over to his table, as acourse he has weak hands, and the staff replied 'Do it yourself, as we are busy', which was terribly rude, and then they had the cheek to say, 'You can have a refund if you like?' which thabkfully he replied with 'yes please' and left and went to Ferro lounge instead and had a lovely experience. Shame on you Costa.

Unlike other coffee shops in this town like nero or esquire this place make you feel valued even when there are minimum staff.

Once again I came in and couldn't find any clean table at all, all those velvety seats full of crumbs and sticky tables and empty cups, plates.. I ordered oat latte and they don't have oat milk.. I bought cake and it was dry and didn't have a nice texture I take my one star back and giving 1 star only!

No atmosphere at all. Toastie vastly over done. Carrot cake was dense and dry. Coffee was average.

As usual great coffee but disappointed to see half the premises closed off at 14:30 when they were to be open till 17:00. Also cool cabinet emptied by 15:00.

As there was only one member of staff taking orders and making the drinks, it took a time to be served, not helped b the customer before me struggling to pay by mobile ‘phone. Coffee wasn’t very hot, more like luke warm, panini and toastie ok. Had to ask for cutlery (toastie and panini were not cut through fully) and no serviettes, had to ask for those as well. By the time we had finished there were three members of staff serving so queue had gone down and service was much quicker.

Comfortable cinema, ideal for the "movies for juniors". Parking isn't free, but not expensive.

Very disappointed in this Costa I ordered 2 hot chocolates one was cold and the other was a coffee I do not like coffee so I was left with a drink that was going to go in the bin and the cold hot chocolate was not stirred as there was a big lump in the bottom of the cup Will not be going there agian

My Husband and I have only used this place twice, the first, I vowed and declared never again, but today was any port in a storm. OMG, 25 mins to get a cup, or bucket, I didn't actually want a large but not their fault. However, the coffee, made by the barista, was spilled over our food, and not even noticed. It was not that busy! I am so fed up paying through the nose for the privilege of waiting for barista to cock up my order. Good God there are 2 family run cafes in the town, that managed to take your order, and deliver a beautiful coffee to your table in 2mins. Suggest that the staff actually work

Disgusting place. Not many people waiting to be served but still took 20 minutes to finally get served. And then the young lad doing the coffee was more concerned about running his hand through his hair and then handling our coffe cups. Staff seem to be on sleeping pills and disgusting to boot. Never again

The toilets need attention...they have the most in terms of variety of cakes...the lady was polite and efficient...alot of space to social distance and enjoy a Costa coffee uninterrupted or with a friend

It's Costa, pretty much like any other Costa! Friendly staff.

I'm a regular to Costa and have no problems with the service. However today after waiting to be served, I was desperate for an internet connection, I was told there was one, I placed my order only to find there was no internet. Staff informed me that as they are using an 02 open network and they have no control over the connection.... Sorry guys but next time I'll have to go somewhere else. This caused me a massive stress.

Wherever you go in the country, Costa Coffee is always the same and St Neots is no different. It was relatively quiet today so plenty of food available. Coffee was good and my son enjoyed his kids hot chocolate. The staff were attentive and friendly. Would visit again.

On our way back from our break, popped into Costa, St Neots and order a cake and the new Ruby Cocoa Hot Chocolate. A really nice drink. Great customer service with all smiles around and atmosphere really peaceful. Thanks Costa Coffee

Costa is well known for its high prices, but the lady at the till handled the rude old man complaining about it very well. Drinks are always made beautifully, staff always go the extra mile, take trays over for elderly people and people with prams and babies, swap food or drinks if not how the customer likes it, they take the time to talk to you aswell. Been in a few times and if ever someone complains to the staff about their drink or food the staff always do what they can to make it right and make customers happy

Costa on the high street in town wheelchair acssable ramp into the Store with free standing tables you can move around when you need to selling the usual costa pre-packaged snacks and fair. coffee made fresh to order this Store is bigger than it looks from the street. There is no parking at the site but a council run carpark is around the back of the Store in tebbutt st or the market square up the road (on non market days)

Tasteless overpriced food and dirty tables

My wife picked me up from work for birthday treat. Went to Costa placed order only to find out that when they came to bring the food one of our sandwiches had been given to someone else who had not ordered that food. They did not have anymore so ended up with refund. Very dissatisfied.

Poor service, scruffy and rude baristas

Best costa around! The manager here (girl with ginger hair sorry I didn’t catch your name) - was very accommodating and had excellent customer services skills, from what I saw she is a credit to the store and an excellent manager!!!

Worst Costa that I've ever visited and I visit a lot. Unfriendly staff. Dirty toilets and no carrott cake

I have to say that this Costa really remains very average in my opinion. Nothing at all to make it anything more or anything less. Drinks were OK, as we're cakes and service was OK. However, it really isn't somewhere that I would go if it wasn't for the convenience factor.

Superb coffee stop. Excellent decor and very helpful staff. Great range of drinks and food. A little expensive but the quality on offer is very good. Excellent for a treat.

Recently refurbished, this is one of my go-to locations in St Neots if I want a well-made hot brew (or one of their many summery cooler options) while I'm looking for a table and a quiet place to work on my laptop. Always busy, but rarely hard to find somewhere to sit.

4 IN PARTY NICE STAFF BUT SLOW TO GET ORDER HAD MOCHA LOVELY NOT CHEEP HAS TOILETS SEATING AREA UPSTAIRS IF FULL DOWN STAIRS PAY CAR PARK OUTSIDE
