Is this even a Starbucks? Not a smile....Warmth interaction or even a Starbucks looking shop. Shop looks actually empty. Like an office seating area. 0 Starbucks feeling and atmosphere. Except for the merchandising wall. Staff: I swear I didn't see anyone smiling. Everyone bland or chattering away. Only one serving. I can see other people here have shared the same experience as me. I suppose the managers, took one of biggest high up tables and were doing their paperwork there, which I personally found not very pleasant whatsoever and unprofessional. She also looked at me with the weirdest rude face. This is a very busy area, with loads of take away and drive thru requests, I get it. However, if you want to call yourselves Starbucks, I advise you to have more training, more research and even go to a proper Starbucks to see how the customer service is. Complaint is going to the head office.

We recently hired the back room at The Roundbush for our daughter’s baptism reception, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. We had 34 adults and 7 children in our group. From start to finish, the staff were incredible. We planned it with Shannon and she couldn’t have been more accommodating and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was outstanding – we all had the roast dinner (as it was a Sunday), which was absolutely delicious, with perfectly cooked meats and all the trimmings. They also catered wonderfully for a mix of vegetarians, vegans and children, ensuring that everyone in our group was well looked after. Just a special add that the Guinness here is exceptional, with some avid fans of the black stuff in our group pleasantly impressed! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was impeccable. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special occasion. Highly recommend The Roundbush to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a lovely venue. Thanks again Shannon, Tony and Erika.

Visited here this weekend, for the first time. Cute place, with a cycle theme going on. As a vegan, I was excited to see a handful of breakfast / brunch items on the menu. I had the vegan breakfast and my friend had the avocado wrap - both were great. Friendly service and fair pricing. Definitely coming back.

I will never be returning to this pub after Fridays performance from the manager, this was the final straw for me. I have drunk in this pub for 10 years and enough is enough. None of my female local friends even want to even step foot in this pub anymore down to the rude horrible obnoxious manager who seems to be on a power trip. What I witnessed on Friday is unacceptable the way she treated a member of the public. This pub has turned into a kindergarten which constantly has fights and trouble and certain individuals that are always causing trouble and having fights in there seem to be welcome. That’s not the type of environment I want to surround myself with.
