Morrisons Cafe in Central Bedfordshire

Ran out of breakfasts the sausages good the service is slow got a dirty cup and the Coca Cola machine is out of order all the time maybe might come back

This is actually about the store. Manager of the deli flicking her very long ponytail around tying it around open food. Having a 5 minute conversation whilst looking at the customer waiting and making no attempt to serve them or explain why no one is available or seeking staff to serve. Shocking and shouldn’t be a manager.

Went with my Grandson yesterday to have lunch. He had the chicken nugget meal. The nuggets were ok, but the chips were dreadful and the waitress didn't bring the baked beans until he had nearly finished! My scrambled eggs and toast were inedible, the eggs were rubbery and the toast was dry. I only had one mouthful. Service was dreadful and had to ask for forks as there were not out in the cutlery pot. She brought out 2 and never filled the form pot up, so the next person had to ask as well. Also I heard another customer complain about not receiving their bacon rolls that they ordered and they queried the bill as it was incorrect. I will definitely not be going back there!!!

It was a cold morning and I had to do airings in the Town. On my way back home I popped in to Morrisons for their fair price decent breakfast and a nice cup of tea. The restaurant was not busy at all maybe 7 people eating at the time I arrived. I haven’t been to this Morrisons café before normally eat at the ST Albans one. So I wasn’t sure. I was not greeted with hello can we help? But had this rudely aggressive tone voice say Till and pointed at the till. I actually didn’t think she was talking to me for a second but she was talking to me alright. I said sorry you talking to me? Till she replies pointing at the Till. The blood rushed to my ears boiling and I simply turned around and walked out, to hear her say suit yourself then. I was so angry the lady on a different section of Morrisons noticed my face and said you ok? I explained to her Rod my experience and she said that will be whatever her name is in the cafe. We have had a few complaints about her attitude towards the customers. Would like to see the store manager this lovely lady asked. I said no I’ll email HQ.

Awful customer service, woman complains if you order food that she’s on her own she can’t serve and cook. What the hell is this place a cafe or something else

Just come to have lunch in Morrisons cafe in Leighton Buzzard. Requested poached eggs, no poached eggs, asked for scrambled eggs, no scrambled eggs. This needs as despite a tray & a half of eggs visible sitting on the side behind counter. Then asked for a jacket potato. No potatoes! Absolutely stupid. Got cup of tea. No milk had to stand in another long queue to get milk. Pathetic.

Delicious freshly cooked breakfasts and fab service with teas and coffee for £8.00. Would have happily paid double.

I visited today on friday 13th sept 2019 around 3pm and had a lovely experience. All the staff are lovely and can not be faulted., but one particular young man went above and beyond to help me. What a credit he is to you. I don't know his name, but he did mention he once lived in Plymouth. Thank you my dear, you made an old lady very happy!

I can’t believe nobody has written a review for Morrisons Cafe in Leighton Buzzard.Here we go......Firstly I’ve eaten here a few times, I can honestly say I’ve never had a bad meal, Its always busy,Staff are friendly and attentive, Food is well cooked, And arrives hot, The price for their ‘Special’ £10.00 for 2 adult meals plus a child’s meal is amazing value. The only disappointment is that they probably need more staff, Can occasionally be a little wait for your food, Mainly because they are always busy.Well Done Morrisons, Could put a few much more expensive cafes in London to Shame.
