Arrived at 14:30 to find it shut. This is not unusual as it frequently shuts early. I have never known it open at 17:00 although it may well do. Cannot rely on the cafe being open after shopping. Do not make popping in a part of your plans.

We visited around 1.10pm. The restaurant was busy, and running out of food. Tables were left with dirty crockery on it so difficult to find an empty and clean table. Very limited menu, and quite expensive.

Just ate with my wife and her dad and his wife. The food was absolutely fantastic, we came for breakfast which is reasonably priced uses good quality ingredients and wasn’t greasy at all. One of the best cooked breakfasts I’ve had and certainly the best in the area.

The coffee was nice. The prices were reasonable. The cakes looked nice and homemade but the buttercream was made with margerine and that flavour was foul. We all scraped the icing off our cake and just ate the sponge because we hadn't had lunch.

5 of us visited the Deli for coffees/cold drinks & cakes. The staff were not helpful at all. We said we were eating in and got paper cups. We had 3 canned/bottled drinks and asked for straws for them and were reluctantly given 2. We waited for the cakes we had paid for and nothing appeared! I asked for the cakes and was told quite abruptly they would be brought out to us. They were put down on our table in greaseproof paper without a word. I could see all other people with cups & saucers and glasses for their cold drinks. The cakes & drinks were fine but shocking service! It’s not hard to be customer friendly and show good manners!!

We went for breakfast. I had porridge which was a really small amount so had scrambled egg too, but that was pretty tasteless. Went back 2 days later, had porridge again, this time it was a large portion so quite inconsistent.

Visited garden centre (or should I antiques centre - not the amount of value plants that were here a few years ago) whilst passing and stopped for lunch at Blossom Cafe. Sat outdoors in nice courtyard area. COVID awareness signs etc in place. However we had to ask for the table to be cleaned once we had sat down. I would have expected this to be done once previous customer had vacated. Teas brought out fairly quickly but had to wait over half an hour for food as did a few others seated near us. When food did arrive, no apology for lateness. The food itself however was very good we both had paninis’ with crisps and salad. Reasonably priced would visit again but feel they need to up their game with COVID restrictions a little more.

staff friendly but the whole place was generally grotty - particularly the disabled toilet, the tiles floors and walls were very stained, clearly there's no deep cleaning going on particularly when you consider how careful we should all be during covid. If they invested in a steam mop then areas could be cleaned through the day to a very high standard but that does mean someone has to be bothered, I don't suppose servers want to do that wort of job - or aren't trained to do it. Plus the place was pretty empty. I'm sure they have time. What a shame, as it's a fairly new place.

I visited the Deli for a quick bite to eat, I ordered the Spainish platter with the Manchego cheese selection and my fiancee the Lamb and Chicken Koftas...very good choices really tasty, a glass of Prosecco topped off our visit. Great food and service.

What a lovely pub! We was out celebrating my Dad's birthday last night and we had a great time. We was served by Amber who was very good waitress and made us laugh. The food was very good and must say a thank you to the cook .

Not really a pub anymore. Owners think this is Borough Market or Hoxton rather than Suffolk. A real shame the Kings Head has be ruined. It is only open 12 hours a week .

We were staying in the hotel and this was the night of the Queen's funeral so we decided to 'eat in'. They only had one chef in the kitchen so it took a long time for our meals to appear. They did warn us when we sat down but it would have been nice to be told when we booked the table when we checked in. Food was nothing special but nothing to complain about either.
