Milano Caffe in Huntingdonshire

I've been a couple of times now to accompany an elderly customer of mine as care companionship. The staff were on both occasions very friendly. The gentleman I went with has only been going here a few weeks twice a week, but they already recognise him and know his order. The food is lovely and the portions are very good for the price. Haven't trued any of the cakes yet, but they look very tasty. The coffee tastes great as well.

Called in for something to eat - tried the Milano Breakfast, Three Pancake Breakfast and a bacon sandwich - all excellent and coffee is a ten out of ten! Staff very pleasant.

Came in today to get some baklava to take away. There was no labels or prices on the bakery items which would’ve helped not only the customers but also the staff as no one seemed to know what they were doing. There were 3 people doing one persons order ignoring the growing line behind. Lady with short hair was short and had no sense of customers service. I ordered 4 Baklava to take away and it came to £9!!! I said it seemed expensive and asked if the lady was sure (as she didn’t have a clue) but yes apparently that was right £9 for 4 SMALL Baklava. To top it off they weren’t even nice 😭 Wouldn’t go back, expensive, bad service and the Baklava tastes awful. (Anyone remember when you could go into Huntingdon Waitrose and get Baklava for 50p? Wish it was still there )

None of the fresh bakes are labelled with what they are, how much they cost or their allergens. The service was shocking with the girl huffing and puffing at us when we asked questions. The other staff members seemed just as clueless and didn't even know what some of the bakes were, subsequently getting our order wrong. The girl then demanded we come back to the counter and pay again for our pot of tea as she charged us just for one instead of two. We only wanted one pot of tea to share between the two of us anyway. She huffed and puffed again and went back to speak to the other staff members and then returned to say we don't need to pay again. All staff are very rude, slamming things down on the table and giving appealing customer service. Way over priced. Terrible service. Rude staff. A disgrace really. Don't bother wasting your money here, you may as well go next door to cafe Nero We definitely won't be returning.

Really good selection of hot and cold food and amazing crepes and cakes. We enjoyed Panini’s and a chocolate & strawberry crepe. Seating available inside and out. Looking forward to visiting again - soon!

Popped into town this morning and decided to go for a coffee. The sun was shining which was lovely. We had a coffee and a slice of cake each. This was our first visit to Milano caffe . We will definitely return. Great service, lots of cakes to choose from, pleasant staff. Looking forward to trying something different next time.

I am so disappointed. The lady (waitress) was extremely unwelcoming, rolling her eyes at me when I asked when I will receive my order which I ordered over 30 minutes ago. I was being very polite, in return I received disgusting rudeness. Moreover, their food is extremely overpriced for what it is. I am never going back there again and I don’t recommend anyone does. Also, the staff were not wearing masks behind the counter, very unhygienic. If I could give a rating of 0, I would.

I ordered brunch to be delivered and the whole process worked like a dream. The food arrived a little early, the omelette and panini I’d ordered were absolutely delicious. The omelette was gigantic and packed with vegetables, and could easily have fed two. The coffees we ordered were good and strong: much better (and cheaper!) than larger rivals. Absolutely beautiful food...my daughter loved the seafood risotto and also the cannoli. Lovely fresh flavours, delivered in good quality cartons. Good servings and fast delivery. This little place is exactly what Huntingdon needs. Long may they remain.

Spot on coffee and cakes. This little Italian cafe tucked down a side street is pretty authentic. The coffee was proper Italian roast and there was a big range of cakes, including cannoli. Sadly nothing dairy free for one of our group so knocked a star off for that.

Great food, great customer service!! My son and I went here for breakfast and we were not disappointed. I can’t wait to go back!!

Now this is a great asset to Huntingdon town centre. In a corner of Chequers Court in the new shopping development I discovered this wonderful authentically Italian cafe. The best coffee in town! And great cakes, pastries, pizzas and other delights - which can also...

they send me a driver who doesn't speak even english and start accusing me of my adress its black listed and im going to cancel my payment dont even know what he talking about so i just refused to take the food next time try to send descent drivers who are polite and who speak english many thnx.

The food was great and delivery on time but my drink (witch cost 2.60 large Pepsi)was missing and i realise only when the delivery man is gone!so check your orders properly on delivery

The bread for my burger was mouldy. The food was dry.

The ice cream I ordered was completely melted.

I wouldn't order from here again the chicken was burnt dry and had no flavour
