The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in East of England

This is a beautiful corner cafe in Norwich. Overall, the food was of good quality. However, the beef brisket cheese toastie would have benefited from more beef. Both coffee and food were quickly served. I would return but order something else.

This used to be a favourite spot of mine with the kids for coffee and some cake about 10 years ago. Yesterday I took my son back there and wished I hadn't. We had paninis, a muffin and a hot drink each. The coffee and cakes are fine.. can't go wrong really. The paninis were hardly toasted at all, my tuna luke warm, and today my whole abdomen hurts and i feel sick.. 2+2=? But the worst is yet to come, the hygiene. At the counter, above the coffee machine, were the mugs. On and around them buzzed at least 10 files. The staff seemed oblivious and uncaring. We picked a table with bench seats... food & crumbs absolutely everywhere. Tables has not been cleaned at all although the previous plates etc had been taken away. The crew that have taken this over are just not up to the job. I will never go back...

Stopped off looking for food but unfortunately the kitchen is closed for refurbishment. Atmosphere was still good and locals helpful.

Had lunch in Costa in black water retail won't go again.now they let dogs one person was letting her dog drink out of the cup eating of the plate . How can it be hygienic to let animals in eating places.how do these places get hygiene ratings.

Ordered via uber this morning Drinks tasted of washing up liquid, two coffees with two different flavoured syrups, so must have been the utensils used. Couldn’t drink them and both of us felt sick afterwards. Ordered two almond croissants and got two plain (and also stale!!) and two other cakes we hadn’t ordered were in there, maybe a bonus but the black hair was a put off. Won’t be ordering again

It's ok, but I find it pretty expensive for what is essentially a poorly maintained understaffed roadside cafe with one toilet.

Few pints at this unique pub. Very enjoyable.

So I was out on the 21/12 on a works do, I have to say the door staff was absolutely amazing, not only did they send someone out they looked after the punters that needed help and I truly was amazed at there professionalism dealing with people, what a great bunch of guys it has to be said, I will recommend this pub to anyone that wants to have a great experience, my upmost respect goes out to them all

Love Caffe Nero in Loughton. Feels like my local...not like a chain. Consistent friendly staff know "my usual"...and welcome the doggy too. Always a relaxed and friendly atmosphere

I decided to give Toulouse a second chance when I returned last week, as my previous experience hadn’t been great — and I’m so glad I did. The quality of the food has improved significantly, and the coffee was exceptional. I also noticed that the cleanliness had improved a lot since my last visit, when it had been a bit off-putting. This time, everything felt well-kept and welcoming. The staff were pleasant, and the overall atmosphere made it a great spot for lunch. I’m genuinely pleased I gave it another try!

This is welcome spot to refuel if you’re on the Constable walk. The service was prompt and friendly, the cafe was spotlessly clean and very pleasant to sit in, but sadly the food was pretty poor. A sweet potato and spinach slice was limp (possibly microwaved) and the salad although very fresh came with no trace nor offer of dressing. A little thought on how to improve the food would go a long way. I didn’t have any cake, but they did look really good.

Excellent Greek food. Good service with friendly staff. Comfortable surroundings. Fairly new business. Well worth a visit.

A member of our party dines here (with a group) fairy often and has positive feedback, but I think on this occasion it was not very good. The others will return but I won't because I didn't think it was good value for money. The food arrived 5 minutes after ordering, which gives the impression it wasn't cooked but rather, re-heated. The server(s) rushed it down and ran off (literally) and we had to ask them back to order a drink. The room they put us in was very loud, the children & toddlers didn't help but that's more to do with the parents than the restaurant. Food was a bit bland and the burger was not very good at all, but the chips were very nice. I think for the money, it would have been nice to have received a cooked to order meal rather than a re-heated ready meal. The lady server was kind enough to listen to our feedback and she did pass it on to the manager, who promptly charge full price, and we were not in the mood to discuss it further so no problem. Probably they could do better but with other places offering better quality, I would rather not give it a second go. Shame.
