A really uncomfortable experience. Felt like walking into a doctors waiting room and about as welcoming. Service vague,food mediocre, at best and expensive. Could not recommend.

My order was placed at 2.15 I received my order at 5.15

Great selection of snacks, their drinks selection and doriyaki is great and tastes amazing Staff are also lovely!

Had an amazing evening celebrating my 50th birthday at The Cosy Club.we hired the beautiful Wallace Room. 🎉 Thank you to all the team particularly Alex who did an exceptional job of looking after us throughout the evening he was an an absolute star! The interior is amazing and the food particularly the sharing starters went down a treat! Everyone loved the whole experience it was the perfect evening! 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The coffee is one of the best. It is smooth, strong and with plenty of flavour and aroma. Wonderful place to chill out or take out a drink. 😊

Nice looking place. We had coffee and cake. The wait was long the cappuccino was lovely but the filter coffee was stone cold. It was replaced when asked to do so. The staff are standoffish and unhelpful. It was our first visit and we would not go again.

Great for a swift breakfast butty on the way to the train station. Food freshly cooked in an open kitchen…. Delicious coffee

This café is situated on the ground floor of the museum. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. It occupies a large pleasant space which is also a porcelain gallery. The coffee was good and the prices reasonable.

My friend and I visited here for brunch today whilst shopping. The menu was great with loads to choose from, we had the eggs benedict with smoked salmon and the avocado, pea, mint on toast with poached eggs. Both meals were amazing, so tasty and fresh. I'm going to try a replicate it at home! The staff were lovely and the restaurant was too. We will definitely visit again.

Visited last night on a whim and had a bit of a wait because the place was full. Once seated the staff were very attentive ensuring our drinks came quickly and clearing our plates. Each time with a smile and checking we were happy. There was a huge choice of dishes and they were kept well stocked. There's nothing worse than wanting a particular dish for it to have run out and not restocked and that didn't happen. There is no shortage of what I would call the premium dishes, such as lamb and king prawns and everything was high quality. We have visited several times and despite eating many dishes, I still haven't managed to try half of them. Place seems very well run with plenty of staff all working hard.

An amazing bar with fantastic staff and quality drinks.

BB's appear to have some new staff members, visited yesterday and all staff were super friendly, the shop had a lovely atmosphere, the muffins were warm and the coffee was delicious. Much nicer than the bigger chains of coffee shops in the Derbion.

We came on Sat 22nd Feb for an Afternoon Tea for my daughter's 'hen'. What a lovely place, what great staff, what gorgeous food served beautifully and a very good pot of tea! We will definately revisit
