what a nice place! I would recommend coming here ive been here to get bubble tea and when i went to collect my order one of the staff members told me "i like your jumper" i cant really remember what they said but they said something like that. Came today again and definitely will come back soon! one of my favorite stores to get bubble tea!

Nice cosy vibe. Best bubble tea I’ve had. My favourite is the tiramisu bubble tea with tapioca. Definitely recommend.

I've been coming here for years and there's a reason it's always busy. The food and drinks are delicious and the staff are wonderful.

As a Tokyoite living in the UK, I'm incredibly satisfied with the bubble tea and honeydew buns here. It's been two to three years since I've been back home, and amidst missing the culinary delights of East Asia, finding a taste of Taiwanese bubble tea here is a joy, especially since the owner is also from China. Beyond the drinks, the cafe's decor is immensely relaxing, offering a wide variety of food options that cater well to the tastes of East Asian youths looking for a spot to unwind. They even support delivery, and the staff's attitude is commendably welcoming. All in all, this café is a fantastic find.

This place is the absolute best bubble tea spot I've encountered in the area! Pure Taiwanese flavor that's sweet but not overwhelming, and it's so smooth going down. It's tear-jerkingly delicious, exactly like the bubble tea I had in Taiwan a few years back. The owner is from China and they nail it every time, making me crave it weekly!

I really love this coffee shop! Brown sugar milk black tea is the drink I must order every time, the milk and tea fragrance is just right. The environment of this coffee shop is very nice, clean and warm, and the staff is very friendly. When I am confused about the menu, she is always very careful to help me introduce it. It is worth mentioning that there are many kinds of snacks here, each of which is very delicious, and it is a particularly good choice to come to this cafe with friends on weekends!

My daughter went in for a bubble tea was given the wrong one and was told they couldn’t change her order even though the mistake was there’s absolutely shocking customer service

Been going here for years and the quality has never changed - it’s even gotten better. Everything on their menu is delicious, especially the hot matcha bubble tea.

Miss Coffee is literally my favourite café in and around Derby and Burton. The fruit teas are flavourful and don't have a gritty texture like some other places do. The fresh buns (namely the hot dog and cheese) are sweet and full of unami flavour! I visit every month to stock up on my snacks and ingredients, I only wish that the kimchi&rice bowl was in stock more 😍 all very reasonably priced too.

I went in today to pick up some noodles and kindly asked the girl behind the counter if she knew by any chance if they would be getting the carbonara ones in and she just went “NO” then whispered to her mates behind her “if someone asks me that again i swear to god” I work in hospitality and I understand people can be annoying but I also know how to handle a customer politely and they’ve clearly not had that training?

Me and my sister went in here for a nice drink but we had an issue with the drink and staff were rude,My sister asked for a grape tea with mango pearls,the woman that served us mistook her for a grapefruit tea and my sister only realised when she drunk it,We went back to the desk to ask if they could change it (like any cafe would normally do) the woman asked someone else (I think it was the manager) and she was so rude.She was saying we should have checked the screen to make sure it was right but it was a small mistake that my sister didn’t notice.the staff were refusing to give my sister another and we had to leave.

Unsure how this place is still running? Looks dirty and smells unhygienic. Came in to have a look but would not be buying anything. In addition saw an old woman who I assume owns the place with her hair messy probably falling into drinks, she’s not taking care of herself or the shop? On positive note young staff members kept smiling and were very polite

My son introduced me to this cafe we love coming here for their bubble teas the staff is brilliant and very accommodating I have not yet found a better bubble tea place

Manager always makes mistakes looks tired over stressed and takes out frustrations out on employees. I heard her talk quite negatively to a boy worker, telling him off very unprofessionally, made me feel uncomfortable. Will not visit again for that reason, other staff members are great and have always been friendly, it’s a shame manager let’s the place down

I recently visited miss coffee and had a not-so-great encounter with one of the staff members. When I tried to order a drink I had previously ordered, I politely showed the receipt written on the cup to make it EASIER FOR HIM, but the server responded rudely and was acting like I’m burdening him. It would have been nice if they had been more polite and accommodating. The previous staff were much better and more polite!

Absolutely wonderful service every time we go in. Today they signed me up to their WiFi and spoke to my daughter on the phone as she couldn't remember what drink is her favourite. Couldn't recommend them more (and their bubble tea is amazing!)

Great drinks with wide variety and good prices. Also sell other Asian themed foodstuffs in the shop which are delicious.

Staff made the drinks very quickly, and they tasted very nice. There are a lot of options. For example, with the fruit teas you can choose the base tea and have up to two flavours. There are a variety of toppings. There is seating inside but only a few seats so could easily be quite busy. The shop itself is down a few steps and is small inside, so it can get quite congested and wheelchair users would not be able to enter.

Good place to get Asian snacks and drinks, like bubble tea in Derby centre.

I do not advise. I'll explain why. Today we visited this cafe in Derbion because after the course we were very hungry and wanted something to drink. I was interested in one cocktail and asked my friend to ask about it (because I’m from Ukraine and I don’t know English enough yet, I was afraid to make a mistake), my friend is a certified translator, she asked a guy (the staff of this cafe) a question. He said he didn't understand her. She asked if he understood English, he answered yes. Then he repeated several times "crazy" After which she made an order for another Ukrainian woman. And when I saw the order of one visitor, I asked for the same one and specified "white with cream". In the end, they didn't do exactly what I asked for. To my complaint, the girl who was called the manager replied that the policy of their company does not provide for an exchange. I said that they could look at the cash register what they ordered in front of me and make me the same. After that, the employees discussed us out loud without hesitation. As a result, a spoiled mood, money spent, a feeling of racism (which even my children refused to drink) .

Lovely little place to get iced coffee, bubble teas and great snacks! You can even get your instant noodles prepared for you with hot water! Always such lovely people on service. I love this place! My fave coffee shop. I hope they expand one day :)

Lovely people, lovely bubble tea, lovely food. But very compact and busy nowadays over time it has become everyones favourite little coffee shop, but if your going to town in a busy period expect to struggle to move about and look at the stock. It is a lovely lovely place 100% recomend just think they need to upgrade to somewhere a little bigger now. (I recommend take away not eat in)

The best bubble tea in Derby, but it’s a bit of a joke that they want to charge you with a straight face for ice for water that they haven’t bothered to restock in the fridge ahahah

Staff are friendly and service is quick. Always seating available when I go in with the children for bubble teas. Variety of teas are also very good. The only reason I held back from a 5 star is because they used to do the most delicious desserts but my last 2 visits I have seen none...so was very disappointed.

Been here a lot! Like a lot! Pretty sure the staff recognise me. I have tried almost every drink in very flavour with most of the bubble and jelly flavours. The tapioca balls are great and an excellent texture. But in my opinion what really makes them stand out is there drinks is the flavour. All the fruit teas really take like the fruit rather than syrup-like. I can't have milk but they offer tons of different milk options. They let you have soya milk for free but you have to pay if you want coconut milk or oat milk. They teas always taste super fresh and the staff are lovely. Favourite boba place ever!!

My go to boba shop, I visit 1-2 times a month and always come back for more! The best boba shop in Derby, the other shop in the Derbion is miles behind Miss Coffee in many area. The staff here are always very friendly and informative. The decor is a great vibe and there are soo many flavours to try! Great range of snacks and items for sale, although I can't comment on those too much as they're not vegan friendly. I always go for a matcha or Thai tea with soy milk and regular tapioca, the flavours are always consistent. I just wish the shop was in a bigger location so there was more room to queue and drink in, as its sooo cramped when busy - which it always is! Also seems to be a black hole for phone signal down there.

Miss coffee is a great shop Everything tastes nice, the staff are amazing. Its a small shop but its nice like that as its quite a cozy environment. Also the bubble tea is bliss. Every time I've had it I've really enjoyed it :) 100% reccomend it if your passing through

Come here fairly often. I usually get a Slush fruit tea and it’s good value at £4.70 as you can choose 2 flavours and toppings . Also they have a great assortment of ramen, baked snacks and various other grocery products. There’s also a fridge section with crepe cakes which look yummy. They also have loyalty cards which you can ask for at the till so you do get rewarded for visits which is good.

I’ve never ordered fresh food or drink from here before, but I’ve been a few times for their snacks. I can highly recommend the Shrimp Flavoured Snacks and Rice Crackers! The store itself is cosy and well-organised, and the staff are always welcoming. It’s a shame that the store isn’t a little roomier, as it can become quite crowded and uncomfortable when busy, but otherwise it’s a perfect little shop!

All the staff are helpful. The lady at the counter was one of most informative staff I’ve ever seen. She explained through the sugar levels and types of customisation for the bubble tea. A must visit if you’re in Derby city centre!

Female owner is so rude! Was starting on her staff in front of customers. Never going to give them service again! Update So I don’t actually know who I’m supposed to be friends with who works at the store but I feel sorry for your employees if you’ve targeted someone based on my review and I should hope that you don’t treat anyone one differently due to a review on your treatment of your staff. I don’t live in derby nor do I know anyone in derby. The only reason I was in town was for the day due to training for my work and came in due to loving bubble tea. While in the store you called a member of staff stupid rather loudly in front of customers , the girl was rather upset. I don’t feel comfortable endorsing an establishment that abuses staff , if you could do that so blatantly with customers around I worry about what happens behind closed doors.

I think the process of ordering drinks can be a little intimidating for people new to bubble tea, but Iooking over the menu to get general idea of what you want before helps. I let the woman at the till know it was our first time there and she was very helpful and patient guiding us through it even when it was busy which was appreciated. I grew up getting boba in a lot of different places and I can confirm it's pretty authentic and good quality. I always get cravings for jasmine bubble tea and every place does it differently- but theirs was delicious! It really brought me back to my younger days. Not too sweet and a really nice pronounced jasmine flavor. Husband and I really enjoyed it, even for his first time, and will be back.

We were advised there was a wait when we placed our order, which was excellent customer service as it gave you the opportunity to change your mind if needed. A great selection of options for your bubble tea needs. We both love bubble tea and visit everytime we're in town.

Love drinks but too long to wait for

When I arrived, there was a short queue but it took a long time to be served. They ran out of tapioca pearls and then told us we'd have to wait 45 minutes for them. The mango popping bubbles were recommended which personally weren't to my taste. The staff were friendly though.

Ordered a strawberry slush with lychee jelly but it didn’t even have any taste! Did not taste like strawberry whatsoever. Had to wait 15 minutes+ for the drink and it wasn’t even good.

I ordered a milk tea with chocolate bubbles. Inwas asked if i wanted regular or large. There was no meantion of hot or cold. I then received this drink in the picture which was cold. I went back and asked for this to be changed to a hot drink. But the staff did not make any effort to change my order and straight up said no. No apology at all. Very rude. Do not care about customer satisfaction at all.

They will happily make drinks to how you like them and service is always pleasant and efficient. If they haven't got anything they've rung me and told me. Place orders with plenty of time though as they get busy!

Love this coffee shop, their bubble tea is so good and the snacks are great, every time I go in I spend way too much, but it is worth it. Love it, always pop in when I'm in Derby.

The Black Forest Milkshake I had there was divine! I could not recommend it enough!

I have got no idea, I've never been here. I don't even know where it is, Google just randomly asked me to rate a place I think I only walked past.

I've been here a couple of times and it's the best bubble tea I've had! Also the first time we had the Korean pancakes and they were amazing!! Last time the staff were so helpful especially helping me with vegan options and the vegan cherry vanilla shake was really epic (photo attached) definitely worth a visit 😊

I had a chocolate milk tea. The flavour was nice. But the balls (boba/bubble tea stuff) was a bit much and I think they put too much in. It was close to a 50/50 ratio. Was alright overall. Was done very quickly within a minute to so for multiple drinks. So I'm not sure it's done fresh. But i could be wrong. I would go again. Was small but clean and a tidy place.

I visited Miss Coffee this afternoon because I've been wanting to try bubble tea for a while, I was faced with a huge menu which was a bit daunting but the lovely lady who served me answered all of my questions and helped me narrow down my choice. I had a cold Taiwan Original tea which was very tasty and refreshing after a morning of walking round the shops, I'm quite excited to going back and sample more of the menu!

They are back!!!! 😻😻😻. Bubble tea is awesome, and they have seaweed snacks worth to try.

Been going to Miss Coffee since it opened but its become religious to go now. There are so many options I’m on a personal mission to try all flavours and with how often I go Im pretty much there! The lady who owns the shop and everyone who works there are always so lovely I forgot my loyalty card and got it back the next time I went, it just shows how much they care about their customers and how grateful they are remembering those that come in. If you love bubble tea or good coffee, fun unique snacks and great experience from amazing people I highly recommend giving Miss Coffee a visit.

The cafe is 1 of the best I went to. The choice of food & drinks are awesome as they're rare to find in the city & they're delicious too. Staff are friendly. Boba is hands down 1 of the best. Definetly coming back! 😋🍰🥮
