Kravings in Derby

Came here from a friend's recommendation. Lounge itself was very nice. Seats were well maintained, everything seemed to be in order. I ordered the Philly cheese steak meal and my friend ordered the beef burger. The food was amazing. Very freshly made. Chips were crispy and the burger and Philly cheese steak were on point. My friend had the shisha. Whilst I don't smoke; he mentioned to me it was a big fail. He ordered the double apple and it taste nothing like it all. Think they need to do some taste testing on the shisha side.

Definitely the best shisha bar in Derby. The atmosphere is unmatched! Great people and service is always 100/10☺️

Great Shisha bar. Good ambience. Street parking just in front. Absolutely liked the Desi tea and Turkish tea. Loved the Smash lamb burger. Philly cheese steak burger better then anywhere else I have tried. Complementary periperi chips with amazing sauce. Best place to hang out with friends

Came to watch the football, Kravings offer plenty of screen to make it easy to watch regardless of where you’re at. Ordered their Buttermilk Chicken and honestly it’s one of the best I’ve had in Derby, super fresh, chicken coating is crispy and a massive portion. The customer service is top notch, super friendly and attentive!

Non welcoming and utterly rude staff. We went in 6 people to order shisha and have drinks and we were asked to order 3 shisha’s minimum even though only one smokes. The approach was quite unfriendly and disrespectful and we had to leave.

Excellent little hookah lounge! Plenty of hookah options, finger food/deserts & wonderful setting & ambiance. Friendly staff & the parking troubles (not bad) are totally worth it!

Great place with great shisha. Service is exceptional and the staff are so nice and helpful. Coal change is consistent and the place has many tv screens with great sitting for sports events. Would highly recommend.

I love the environment and their Kurdish tea, you may also enjoy all international football match there showing in big TV screens.

Thought this was a new hot spot visited on a number of occasions, but just for the record overall staff have been friendly, welcoming and it does have a informal relaxing feel. But disappointed on the after sale customer care service and if you provide critical feedback on the quality of shisha, the the customer service is zero, especially when on this occasion one of the shisha flavour was not to the standard expected. Was told company policy that after 30mins despite calling staff on more than 1 occasion to have a look at the shisha flavour as it was not right, that they can not do anything. When we were actually told that they will change the pot after the staff member agreed it was not right, only to then see the staff member was having his own shisha with his group/managers in charge. When questioned, was told the staff member needs permission before pots can be changed and that the permission was not granted, and that maybe we misunderstood or the staff member misunderstood as he could not speak English. Then was told that they will fix the one we have, only to be then told cant fix it. Really disappointing, was beginning to enjoy this place. But a poor service is a poor service and and bad quality flavour is just bad. Fobbing your customers off is not a excellent customer service and most certainly not to then question customers integrity and make them feel uncomfortable.

Great place with a great atmosphere

A group of us went on a Saturday evening. We were passing through Derby and this place was pretty convenient. To be honest this place didn't really impress me from the off,but it was getting on and we wanted to relax after a long day. The dessert selection was VERY poor. Only about 7 desserts were available,not 7 varieties,but 7 desserts. How can that be possible on the busiest night of the week !!!! Now what happened next really boiled my urine. There were 3 of us,only one of us really smoked,the other was a part time smoker whilst the third wasn't a smoker. We were told that we'd have to buy 2 sheeshas. Now I get this......You get some Freeloaders who roll up mob handed,maybe 5-6 of them,order 1 shisha and hog the whole place,but we weren't this type of customer. We explained our situation and told the cashier that we'd be ordering 3 desserts as well as a pot of tea. But he said that the rules apply to everyone. To me this is a money making scheme that provides very poor customer service. I have been to places where there is a minimum spend,but these are places which are high end and normally in Big cities,not dumps in the back alleys of Derby. To be fair the Shisha was pretty decent,as were the desserts and the service,but the house rules need addressing

A hidden gem!! Loved going here on the weekend, the customer service was great, the shisha was decent but most of all they made some fresh desi chai and it was outstanding!! All this whilst watching the footy with a great atmosphere. Will definitely come again.

Place its very nice inside and out, during weekend it's crowded and loud music which is a good point. Only I would say the prices a bit too expensive, comparing to other ones.

Besh shisha in Derby very good customer service warm nice and clean place

Is an alright place to meet friends and have shisha. Only issue is that is max 1 shisha for 3 people meaning that if you have friends not smoking it can be a bit problematic.

Absolutely amazing, ordered sirloin steak and milk chocolate Belgian waffle with strawberries for myself, my partner had the mixed grill kebab and 50/50 cookie dough. The food was excellent quality, had it as a takeaway, came hot and was very pleased with everything we got! Will definetly be going back again, take away and in person!

Our second visit to Derby, This time to see the town and probably a bit of pre-Xmas shopping. Had to try "Kravings "" again to see if the dinning is as good as last time. A very big yes. After placing our order sit back for little while with a nice cup of coffee, whilst our meals were freshly cooked - - only a short wait, and well worth it, our meals were really hot and well worth the wait - delicious. If you are in Derby this place is well worth a visit of an evening - or if you live in Derby then order out, by " just eat ". The quality of the food is worth the visit............

Ordered via just eat and no pasta actually arrived, they just gave the vegetables as separate. Everything else tasted a day old and it all went into the bin. Money wasted. Won't be ordering again.

I ordered food at 7:15pm and it stated delivery would be 7:50pm, extra time was then added and this changed to delivery being at 8:20pm. I had a text at 7:57pm stating delivery was on its way. The food arrived at 8:40 and was cold and soggy, I also had not got the sauce I requested and the chicken wings all had long feathers on them which is off putting. Unfortunately it was a huge disappointment and definitely not worth the money I paid. I never write complaint reviews but tonight I have been ripped off.

Where to eat - we are strangers to this part of town. Quite a party of us - with children. We all picked something different ( and it was all good } Lamb skewers , steak, chicken burgers, etc. And I had the Spag. Bog. It was to die for. Such lovely tastes, and a lot of it - even I had to leave a litte - it beat me. Really do recommend this restaurant ! ! !
