Absolutely furious with this place tonight! I will absolutely not be going back EVER! Went tonight for dinner with the parents! Decided to get the crispy duck and pancakes, not only were they cold there was bone all through it which cracked my tooth! When I said to the manager at the till there was no apology and no act of remorse for what had happened! Not only did I still pay full price there was a complete lack of respect and acknowledgment of what had happened to me! Food was cold, service was rubbish, and the fact it broke my tooth was the cherry on top! AWFUL!

Took my son and friends 9 x 15 year olds at £25 a head. Pretty steep since many of them only eat certain things they liked. All said the food wasn’t very hot and the best thing was the ice cream Won’t come back

Food cold & poor choices available. No tandoori or any Indian choice . Very few Asian choices. Fruit for dessert was hard.

I would definitely not recommend this place to start food was not warm a lot of fat in the braised steak no tandoori good choice but not much to my liking. Was my daughters birthday and I just wish I had known how awful this place was wild not B bk

Really disappointed! Arrived to be told that they were organising a table for us! We were just standing at the entrance waiting & got told to sit down & wait. My husband was stretching his legs as they were sore. So our choice if we want to stand. Got our table which was ok. Went & picked our food some stuff looked like it had been out a while & over cooked. Plates not getting cleared after finished we sat with 6 empty dinner plates on our table whilst eating dessert & so did others around about us. Staff just walking about not doing much at all. Spoke to manager in charge not very helpful tbh just fobbed it off! Got desert spoons from cutlery tray, tray absolutely filthy at bottom. Food rotten won't be back!!

Shockingly bad food. Went with family for lunch. Initial impressions were good with the look of the place. However, that soon changed after trying the food. Everything cold or luke warm. Waiter advised this was a safely precaution incase anyone burn themselves. No chance of that! Chicken in korma was cold and pink. Advised by another waiter that the chicken they use is not fresh and bought in precooked, and that sometimes the chicken is pink!!! Overall a very disappointing visit that was not cheap. Barely deserves the 1/5

The selection of food was great, the food was also tasty and the service was excellent consistently clean in the up your dirty plates and always with a smile. We hand a large family and they accommodated as very quickly with no issues.

Friendly hello at the front door, got a table booth by the buffet as requested on the booking. Easy booking system? Food DELICOUS. Lots of choice. Excellent chefs will cook you anything grilled, staff so lovley ( going to give 2 shout outs below). Bottomless drinks help yourself is so handy and nice and cold ( can add your own ice if you want) lovley clean resturant with floors and tables getting cleaned every 2 minutes, toilets are spotless Big shout out to Jason and bea, 2 lovley waiter and waitress who will stop to chat to you and are always smiling and happy. That's what makes the place a pleasant place its the staff!! Ryan on the door is always welcoming you friendly and smiley!! Absolutely love this resturant and will never stop coming back!! SILVERBURN COSMO IS THE BEST!!!!

Was very disappointed. After wanting to go here for a while after seeing pics, we went along for our anniversary, we was both so disappointed. The food was dry tasteless hardly anything to chose from. Very underwhelming. Won’t return. The price is far to expensive for what it is, when we arrived no one was there to see us to our table even though it was empty, then the waiters didn’t clear the plates once’s finished so ended up with a table full of plates, no sauces like ketchup or mayonnaise. The people cooking the food can’t understand you so the language barrier is hard, they don’t even do things like bread rolls and butter or hotdogs or hamburgers. Just very poor. Didn’t wanna pay but obviously we had too.

Place wasn’t busy at all but it was a very hot afternoon so that’s probably why! Food was fab and service was great. Jason especially very attentive and just all around great! Thank you for a lovely time

Ristorante a buffet con formula all you can eat, che a un prezzo fisso permette di provare molti piatti di diverse cucine internazionali. Ho optato piu che altro per la cucina cinese e indiana. Sono presenti molte opzioni e i piatti provati risultano ben eseguiti, gustosi, bilanciati e di buona qualità. Sicuramente non è invece la scelta da fare per chi ama il sushi, pochissime opzioni di scarsa qualità, il riso è colla. Pur essendo un amante non ho invece provato il Teppanayaki perché non ho apprezzato il fatto che i piatti venissero preparati tutti insieme sulla stessa piastra, carne, pesce, pollo e salsiccia. Si rischia di "contaminare" i gusti dei singoli alimenti. Bevande incluse nel prezzo, con sovrapprezzo invece per alcolici e cocktail. Ambiente abbastanza tranquillo nonostante la formula e la numerosa affluenza. Prezzo giusto per l'offerta.

I have been given a second chance ( after a bad experience) and I came again to have our lunch and I was so disappointed to see the quality of the food. The lamb was reheated, mashed potatoes too and also the garlic bread. I can make a difference between something cooked on the same day and meals cooked before and reheat for the next day.

First visit in 3 years. Ohhhhhhh dear what has happened to Cosmo. Food cold, dry, super salty. Old food stuck to the bottom of the trays then new food added on top absolutely disgusting food hygiene at it's worst. The steak from the cooking section was pure fat and grisle. Couldn't eat it. Will never set foot in the restaurant again £52 what a joke. You have been warned ⚠️ avoid at all costs. Stomach very sore this morning.

Went in at opening time 1.30. Plenty of food but it was not warm at all. Very disappointed. The staff were great, friendly, couldn't help you enough. That was the best thing about the whole visit. May be it's better at night.

Great restaurant with plenty of choice. Staff all very attentive and tables cleared of empty plates swiftly. Our server Rachel was wonderfully friendly and very cheery. Highly recommend this place for casual and celebration lunches or dinner.
