Sorry people say the food is good but not appealing to me personally

This was a wonderful little cafe with lovely coffee and a relaxed friendly atmosphere. Sadly now closed because local people chose to go to Costa, rather than supporting a great local business! Shame on them 🤬

I have visited Bluebell at South Wingfield four times this year for birthday and other celebrations, and each time I’ve been let down by the vegetarian offerings. In all the years of eating at the Bluebell there is always the same options for vegetarians either a risotto a pasta or lentil burger and unfortunately, it’s consistently bland and uninspiring. A good chef should be able to deliver something more imaginative and satisfying. There are other restaurants within the area who have risen to the challenge of creating good healthy interesting choices that actually contain vegetables. At this point, I can honestly say I never want to eat risotto again. It’s a real shame, because the setting is lovely, the staff are great but the lack of creativity for vegetarians has sadly made me not want to visit again.

Seen this advertised and menu looked very inviting....as there was hot quiche on the menu and I've wanted for a long time but was told they had sold out ...so plan b was homemade soup and sandwich was told it was vegetable....looked forward to this love homemade soups.... When it can it didn't taste homemade it tasted powdery with some chunks of tinned carrots as they where to perfectly diced for homemade Was dissapointed 😔 The sandwiches was on stale bread as they had also a hard outside and the butter or spread left a film on ur roof of the mouth Don't think we will go there again if passing by

I called by for a quick breakfast sandwich takeaway before work. I wanted to spend at a local independent business and try somewhere new. I wish I hadn’t picked here… I ordered a sausage sandwich for £3 and chucked it straight in the bin after one bite. Chewy microwaved pre-cooked sausages on cheap white bread with a measly bit of ketchup. I wouldn’t even pay 50p for that. The owners should be ashamed of this… if this is the usual standard of food I’d expect them to be closed down soon.

Fantastic food as always. I called in advance to ensure there were some gluten free options and the kitchen were SO accommodating. Highly recommended .

Nice cafe inside a large charity warehouse called The Hanger just outside of Alfreton on a small retail park. The cakes looked homemade and were very nice.

Great service and food beautifully presented. Enjoyed coffee being delivered with lunch so that it didn’t go cold before lunch arrived
