As always, Amber's friendly service of fresh ground coffee with a range of paninis, croissants and cake, is always a pleasure to visit - & with gluten free options available.

This has become our “go to” place for coffee when in Ripley. Very friendly staff, not a big place although they do takeaways if there are no tables available. Not a large menu due to the size of the place but great if you just want coffee & cake, (the home made scones are fabulous)!!Most definitely worth a visit in support of a small local business.

The coffee was great & the shortbread lovely too. Amber offer a coffee loyalty reward card too so I will be back for a another visit very soon. Hayley is super friendly & makes you feel really valued as a customer ..highly recommend.

We were at a residential conference in the area and wanted to get off site for a coffee during the afternoon break so looked on Trip Advisor for somewhere in the area. Amber was spot on what we needed: very good coffee, yummy cakes, friendly service and relaxed ambience where we could sit and have a good natter together. Thank you for welcoming us - one man, four women and a baby!

Been here for lunch and love this little coffee shop, last few times we’ve been in we had the homemade soup and it’s always tasty. Love the interior of the shop and much prefer to give trade to these types of coffee shops instead of the large chains.

My husband and I go to Amber for coffee a lot. Its our favourite coffee shop in Ripley. The drinks are always of fantastic quality, made quickly and brought to the table. There are light bites available such as tea cakes, sandwiches and soups, and there are always plenty of cakes on the counter, including vegan and gluten free options. The servers are lovely, especially Hayley, offering a welcoming environment and friendly conversation. The coffee shop itself is small and cosy, tastefully decorated and always kept immaculately clean. On warmer days there is a table outside on Oxford Street. In addition to this the prices are very reasonable, with two coffees and two cakes coming in for around £10. I can't recommend this little beauty enough.

Amber is a cut above the rest when it comes to places to sit, relax, and enjoy a coffee. Lovely atmosphere, great decor and friendly staff add to the experience. For anyone who enjoys a good cup of coffee then at Amber you will get a GREAT cup of coffee; you won't want to go back to one of those big high street chains. Good prices and home made produce to a very high standard. Coffee for 'on-the-go' or sit, chat and chill. But be warned; this is fast becoming a popular place to visit, so you may not always get a table. But isn't a full coffee shop usually a sign of quality and popularity! Well worth a try. It's certainly my choice from now on when I'm in Ripley.

Currently only open limited hours Thursday to Sunday, for outside tables or takeaways, but highly recommended and a lovely spot, especially as they've now opened up tables in the garden round the back

Very nice tearoom, we had coffees but felt we couldn't relax due to only having table and chairs, a couple of sofas would have made our visit more enjoyable.
