Acabo de tener un almuerzo de 3 platos tarde temprano cena aquí con mi hija, sal un pollo pimienta, patatas fritas de pescado un guisante, pastel de cereza y natillas y fue increíble todo cocinado fresco, personal amable y buen ambiente no es de extrañar que este lugar gana premios.

Lively pub friendly people. The number of real ales on offer seems to have dropped to 3 to 4, but good.

Had a lovely lunch today great service and food well worth a visit . Excellent choice on deli counter if you wanted to take some home.

Tried this pub for the first time as we usually go to others in Beeston. It had a nice friendly vibe pub with a good range of ales, beers and spirits. Decor and layout was modern and inviting. Was quite busy when we visited on Saturday evening which created a good atmosphere. Didn’t eat here so cannot comment on food.

If you want a cheap pub meal that fills you up, £9 for a Sunday roast it was good

I like this small cafe with outside tables when the sun shines. Very good menu, large teapots and very friendly staff. A personal touch well appreciated

Really tasty pizzas. We had a smoked salmon pizza and a calzone. Both were great. Not dry or burned like pizzas I've had in other restaurants.We will be going again.

Updated- Jan '25 - wed night - busy ! .. lovely beer as always. Food = Ribs + chips & HoiSin Burger + Fries ( yes, there is a difference!) Lovely, hot, tasty, fresh cooked food . Large portions. Good presentation. Staff very helpful & pleasant ( as always) .. Recommended.... Oct '24 .. cannot speak to food . Service brillant beer top notch .. recommended Feb 24 - busy ,busy busy - Valentines night Menü & reasonably priced ! .. Winner winner , Venison steak dinner .. Good selection of ciders as well. Staff working hard . Pleasant , happy. Dec.'23 .. Still good beer. Friendly staff. Very Quiet 5th of Dec. Oct '23. Still the place to be for a quiet beer or a choice from a plethora of Ciders, with friends. Update Juky'23= Good beers ( & Ciders) , Good staff , Good times ! Update Summer 2023 - not to be missed ! 'Nice variety of beers. Always somewhere to sit , despite being busy. Friendly place. Small but good food menu. No food on a Saturday.

Come quite regularly usually visiting every 6 to 8 weeks and have done so for about 15 years so I think I’m pretty well qualified to give an unbiased review. Cafe is great, love the soups! We bought a series of cutlery, some plates, other little bits, £1. I think the comments about the cost of some other items such as the furniture is unfair. There are an array of sofas, chairs, tables, furniture for some incredibly reasonable prices. The picture of the sofa for £700 or whatever…it’s huge, a four seater and a large two seater. Both in really good condition. Or if that’s not to your taste or budget literally 5 steps away from that is a reasonably priced alternative and then just as you walk in the door 20/25 other seating alternatives. But again, with these public reviews that potentially last forever on the internet I think it’s also important to remember the people that work and give their time and energy to change their little bit of the world for the better. Keep doing what you’re doing. And if you think a sofa set is worth £700 odd quid, so be it, and if you don’t…maybe don’t worry about it, go upstairs and have a big mug of tea for a £1.

Wounderful afternoon, a treat for Mother's Day from my two beautiful daughters, and my princess Granddaughter 👸 the afternoon tea was delicious, and nothing was any trouble for waitress service xxxx well recomend.
