Realmente encantador lugar para parar a tomar un trago de té de burbujas. El ambiente es encantador y tranquilo, el negocio está limpio y el personal es tan educado. Su gama de tés es excelente y también su gama de burbujas. Puedes tomar la bebida caliente o fría y nada es un problema para ellos. Me encanta venir a este lugar con mi pareja y sus precios siempre son perfectos. Lugar realmente encantador

Must do! Fantastic crepes with coffee. From 5 euros but they are large, well filled. Definitely worth it!!

Coffee and food advertised is great, however if you’re craving extra bacon with your avocado on sourdough toast forget it! Such a shame would have 5 stars otherwise ….

Good food for breakfast brunch and lunch!

We took our caravan to Maker Heights and The Canteen is at the entrance to the site. The first day we just had a couple of cappuccinos- "Best cappuccinos I've ever had!" I said. 2nd visit to The Canteen we had breakfast. My partner had a 'baby' , as they call it, 'Full English' £7.50 and I had one of the best veggie breakfasts I've had, full size £11. It included tempura vegetables and two beautifully poached eggs. I've got a good appetite but could quite manage to eat it all. The lunch menu and cakes looked great but unfortunately we didn't get try either. Highly recommend!

Llamaron para el brunch antes de salir de Glasgow, hubo un poco de espera antes de que pudiéramos entrar, que es aparentemente normal para este lugar. El servicio fue amable y todos pedimos, pedí los huevos de tocino Benedict pero la camarera parecía estar un poco confundida, pensando que había pedido el burrito. Cuando llegó nuestro pedido he aquí que mi plato había sido olvidado, lo que teníamos que señalar. ¿Tal vez se necesita una forma más confiable de tomar órdenes? Afortunadamente, pudieron sacar mi pedido bastante rápido, así que solo estuve sentado esperando unos minutos mientras todos los demás se arropaban. El plato en sí estaba muy sabroso, había un montón de delicioso tocino crujiente en lugar del jamón cortado grueso habitual, los huevos escalfados estaban perfectamente hechos y la holandesa estaba muy sabrosa. También el aguacate en la masa agria tostada agregó otra dimensión al sabor. Toda la comida era de excelente calidad, pero los precios estaban un poco al norte de lo que normalmente vería para alimentos de este tipo.

Fabulous location, exceptional breakfast sarnie. Wouldn't hesitate to return if we'd be welcome after a slight mishap when paying, my fault 100% recommended, booking advised.

We visited for the first time yesterday (Thursday 10th April) and received such a warm welcome from the lovely staff. Although we did not arrive in time to sample the lunch menu (looked delicious!) we thoroughly enjoyed our scones and a very tasty slice of the banana & carrot cake. The baking was a high standard and presented beautifully - all a bit more ‘special’ than you often find but at very reasonable prices. We loved the decor, ambience and tasteful adaptation of the pavilion into a bright, airy and calm place to eat and enjoy the surroundings. We will definitely return next time we are in the area and know to book in advance. A big thank you to the friendly Team!

What a great place for evening dinner. Lovely pub. Great service all round. Food was delicious all 3 courses. Reasonable price. Highly recommend if near this area.
