Fantastic wee cafe. Staff were more than welcoming. Food was 10/10 and seemed to be all homemade. Staff were besotted with my 2 year old son and were brilliant with him. Would recommend to anyone of all ages.

Lovely, friendly cafe with great food and coffee with a relaxed welcoming atmosphere. Pria and Lauren were a great source of local information. I will be going back many times now that I have relocated nearby. Lisa Clayton - Head Gardener - Teasses Estate.

Stopped here today after a walk at Hill of Tarvit. It was excellent. Lovely food and coffee and the cakes looked amazing but we resisted!! Ladies were so friendly too - we will definitely be back, thank you.

We (2 Americans on holiday) stopped by this wonderful little cafe today. It is a community cafe run by volunteers. The scones and the tea and the hospitality were all top notch. I would definitely go again to try some of the amazing sweets on display. Highly recommend!!

Hurrah for a dog friendly cafe! The village cafe is always warm, welcoming and serves the most delicious homemade cakes (baked by the volunteers who kindly give up their time to both bake for and work in the cafe. You can even buy locally made delicious jam. Last year the cafe put on an amazing afternoon tea for the Queen's Jubilee, it was literally the best afternoon tea i have had in a long time. I definitely recommend a trip to the Village Cafe for anyone visiting Ceres.

The Village Cafe is a wonderfully welcoming place with a lovely atmosphere. I have been here quite a few times and always enjoyed the experience. It's a place to relax, unwind and enjoy good food. The soups are excellent and the sandwiches are deep filled and fresh. The kids especially love the pancakes and the hot chocolate with mashmallows and cream! The cake range is always really good (always tasty vegan options), too good sometimes so its hard to decide what to have! If you are passing through Ceres, stop for a coffee and a bite...if you're not passing through, change your plans!

Not impressed with food. Ordered soup that was overly watered down and tuna sandwich that was soggy. Sandwich had like a red dye on the outside like from beetroot or wet salad. Also not a fan of dogs allowed in cafe. I actually had a stomach upset and diarrhoea when I got home. Only plus point was the cost was very reasonable. I was disappointed as I have read positive reviews of this cafe but its not for me.

A great little cafe in Ceres. The cafe has a lovely atmosphere, with very friendly staff members and delicious food! Everything is very reasonably priced and worth every penny. The cafe also offers vegan and gluten free options. Myself and my family have regularly visited this cafe during the Summer, and will continue to do so! Would definitely recommend.

We loved this place so much that we visited four times - We all wish it was our local cafe. A community cafe staffed by a couple of permanent folks and several volunteers it is simply a community asset. We had lunch (twice), called for coffee and then went for a full breakfast on our last day. Lots of home made cakes were delicious but the main thing was how friendly they all were - everyone cares so much and couldn't do enough for us.

Great food, great service and a warm welcome today after our group had done a 8 mile cycle round the Ceres area. Tired and thirsty 5 of us arrived desperate for tea/coffee and a bite to eat. Soup superb, bacon rolls 4.85/5 on the Peppa Pig scale! Plus the cost was more than reasonable. A big THANKS to all the staff. The Carnockers
