We ordered the halloumi open sandwich. Really looking forward to it, but really disappointed when it arrived on a small plate with 3 pieces of halloumi on a piece of TOAST with a few salad leaves and cabbage. £11.50! Absolute rip off. We won’t be returning.

Me gusta este lugar. . un lugar de espera cuando visito amigos cercanos. Solo atiende a veganos también. . sin queso vegano, margarina vegana o houmous sino leche de soja y opción para elegir sus propios rellenos. No es tan caro tampoco. Siempre me gusta un "crisol de gente" y esto es. . posicionado en la estación de autobuses.

We stopped yesterday 7 June and had the most delicious cherry and almond scone and coffee. Absolutely amazing quality was so fresh and the couple running the coffee shop were so welcoming and friendly. Looking forward to going again

Ordered two Bacon and Egg sandwiches and two teas if there was a slice of bacon in each sandwich I would have been surprised and was burnt to a crisp and cold.I asked for one with a runny egg and one well done the runny egg was hard bread stale I am afraid not a good experience overpriced must be somewhere better in Bury

The Greenhouse Kitchen restaurant. Meatballs and tagliatelle which was very tasty. Duck with fresh pappardelle, absolutely delicious. Parmigiana di Melanzane served with brocolli and homemade focaccia. Oh my word this was the star of the show. This was outstanding,authentically Italian and quite possibly the best we have ever tasted. Even Mamma gave her approval,which is very rare. It was a good job we ordered a side of the lovely charred brocolli as it made a great accompaniment. This was definately worth the visit and we shall have to return to try the brunch menu. Maybe with our doggies,as they are allowed in the conservatory seating area.

I ordered toast with jam and butter Have had this before had real bread thick. This visit i had toast it was made froma thin loaf of bread . I don't expect cheap thin bread .

Fantastic pub with very friendly staff who look after you , the food is amazing top chef. There is a good variety of drinks to offer to.

Great venue, lovely new space inside/outside, food good but unfortunately considering we went on universal happiness day the owner showed not a glimpse of happiness. Absolutely no customer service not even a welcoming hello. You need to be reminded that as an owner you lead from the front and if you don't want to be there then pass it on to somebody who does

Stopped off on our beach walk for a snack and coffee. Both very good and will call again. Coffee was a good standard. We had a Fruit scone and toasted tea cake.

Lovely cosy pint in front of the lovely open fire in this community run pub. Not a Saffron Walden local but will definitely be back to try the lovely garden/outdoor area when it warms up!

Had a day out in St Andrew's on Saturday 11th May as it was a lovely day,so we pop in kinnettles Hotel for a few drinks. As there's outdoor sitting on the pavement so we get a table outside. As it was very hot day my friend took off his T-shirt,staff take our order with no issued at all didn't even mentioned or bothered about his not wearing a T-shirt. After our forth rounds of drinks, this man passed our table bend over to my friend in a impolite bad mannered way and tell him in my Hotel you can't dress like that and he walk away.We where shocking even other guests having a drinks think he was rude. I pointed out to the staff and she tell me not to worry about it, we didn't have a problem plus you guys where sitting outside. The Owner should know better how to talk to Guests he was so unprofessional, and we will not be going back.

Waited approx 30 mins for a seat. Very slow service. Plenty empty but dirty tables not cleared while people queueing for tables. Staff like headless chickens and dont seem to have any organisation. We were served food to be told "WE WILL FETCH SOME CUTLERY SHORTLY" eventually had to get our own! Hot drinks served after food arrived. Staff need a shake up. However the food was very nice. Would return for the food but service needs looking at!

Was just passing through Leeds and even though it was approaching closing time I received a warm Leeds welcome, a nice change from some other Prets I've been in!

Siempre un ambiente muy agradable y el personal es muy amable y hablador. Entré hoy y mi bebida normal no estaba disponible (la temporada había terminado) pero Jak fue muy servicial y recomendó una gran bebida alternativa. Sin duda recomendaría.

I work away quite a lot and it was such a lovely treat to find such a friendly hotel with great food. Great staff and fantastic service. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you
